I have a 4 and 3 year old that attend and they absolutely love their teachers and the administration. My girls get their exercise taken out by playing outside and they are learning so much so fast. My 4 year old is learning to read and is doing great thanks to the school. read more

Unreliable, every week they have called to get my 4 year old son because they can't handle a 4 year old. Multiple days a week I have been denied service but they want me to keep on paying for a whole month even though any and everyday they call me because they can't handle a 4 year old. You can't deny me service and keep charging me for a month when it's clear you don't want to watch my son. read more

It's difficult to even put into words how terrible this place is. They are definitely hiding stuff from the parents. Makes me question who was watching my child and how they were looked after. I went into the office to get some paperwork I had signed and I was told Mela was out of the office and she would get back to me. I didn't hear from her and after a week I called and was told Mela was again out of the office and would get back to me. I asked for a manager and I was told Mela is the owner. I waited another week and went there again and I was told Mela was busy and would get back to me. I then called a couple days later and very calmly asked to speak to Mela. They asked me who I was and as soon as I told the girl on the phone, she told me Mela refuses to speak to me because I harassed her and swore at her. ??!?!?!?! I could not have been nicer or more calm....how could she say this about me?? What is she trying to hide???!! All I want are the papers that I signed that I have every right in the world to have. I was told if I called again they would file a restraining order and take legal action. I still haven't received the papers I asked for and I will do everything I can to warn everyone I know to stay away from this horrible place. The owner is a liar and clearly some sort of con artist. I have never had a problem with any other business in my entire life. I am a mom and my husband and I are very kind and respectful people. Has anyone else had this issue??? I brought my kids to this daycare on such short notice, they worked wonderfully with me and my situation that is a little difficult. Both Melea and Heidi are amazing and they work hard to help out the kids and the parents. I love the teachers that they have there, Tiffany and Becky are absolutely wonderful teachers! I couldn't say enough good things about this place. My kids love going there and every day I go to pick up my kids they don't want to leave. The office staff is willing to work with me and they are great about giving me updates on my child. My oldest had some behavior problems due to being picked on at his last daycare and the staff at Kids Zone have been patient in working with him and I have seen a major turn around. They want to help their kids succeed. Honestly I am impressed with the amount of love they put into everything and the activities they do for the families. On days that I do have a complaint I have talked to Melea who fixed the problem right away and in a manner where there was not uncomfortable fall out. I cannot say enough good things about them! read more
