I put my name on a wait list. 20 min later, I noticed many people had returned their skate assists. There were probably 6 of them behind the desk. I probably asked 5x or more if it was our turn on the wait list, every time I was told no. At one point the girl said "you're welcome to walk around out there with your own child" I have a hurt shoulder and a prosthetic hip, otherwise I would've :( Long story short, my son sat on the bench next to the skate rentals, waiting for his turn on the wait list, fighting back tears. In the 45+ min we waited, no one from the wait list ahead of us collected a single skate trainer. And we were repeatedly told we couldn't use one. I definitely understand waiting our turn, but when no one ahead is coming to collect them..... The guy at the skate rental place when we first arrived was super nice tho! But the girls I wasn't impressed with.

The course has a lot of fun holes and pretty well maintained. Didn't cost much, totally worth it.

Was asked to sign another waiver yet again...The young lady whom I spoke to last weekend was very rude, she literally mock me and laughed, walked away !! Until today when there was a young gentleman name Rodolfo who clearly likes his job was kind enough to help rectify the issues. this man was very patient, took his time too explain why this could have possibly continued to happen even gave me a complementary entry for all our troubles. I would definitely the owner training the other employees on how to engage customers, customer service is key. Thank you !! Rodolfo

The instructors are kind, caring and very good at what they teach. There are classes for lots of different age groups too. My son started when he was 5 or 6 I think and he is almost 9 now. They have beginner classes and also classes for more advanced kids. I feel very safe leaving my kid at these classes and he comes home and is totally inspired to create new and exciting things he learned. We have also had this company for a birthday party and it was a hit with all the kids who came. They bring tons of different legos for the kids to create with, and help design a special theme that all the kids can build and contribute too. Totally great for winter birthday parties like we have! Prices are totally reasonable for the classes and birthday parties too. Highly recommend signing up for a class over summer break or they even have them during Spring Break and Winter Break. If you have a creative, thinking master builder like I do, this is the perfect place for them to grow and expand their talents!

Booking & the party itself was seem-less, all the kids had a great time and few parents asked for details about booking afterwards. The gym is very clean plus the guys who run the party and demo'ed all the obstacles were great with all the kids. 4 of the 20 kids who attended have autism, we were expecting to have to explain or encourage patience (as we do with many other places) but we didn't even need to disclose any differences! The guys were naturally patient, so kind and encouraging with ALL the kids-they naturally treated all the kids with grace and encouraged them all to do the obstacles, and offered helping hands when needed, like a boost up for ropes out of reach. Highly recommend and grateful for such a great business in town.

Both Alyssa's were great also. We had 24 kids so we reserved the GREEN room. ( it's double in size so choose this if you have a lot of ppl coming ) I saw big rowdy kids in the toddler area and a worker quickly moved them along. It was good to see that. It's a bit pricey in my opinion, at least $75 too much but the kids all had a great time. It's our 4th party held here and won't be our last. Thank you!

Pretty fun trampoline park in Redding…read more They have a few different sections inside. Two areas for older kids on the left and middle sections, and another section on the right for smaller kids. They have a dodgeball area as well as a rock climbing wall The prices are reasonable, especially when you have younger kids shorter than 42". It only cost $7-$8 per kids. They also have an arcade area in the main lobby. Not a ton of games but enough to keep a kid busy for 30-45 minutes? A few of my negative experiences: 1. it's a smaller trampoline park and in a place like Redding, when it rains for example, the place is PACKED. 2. Even though they had a "little kid" section, there was no regulation. There were tons of older kids running around the toddler area, knocking over our toddler and baby. 3. the yelp hours, their website hours and their actual hours are not the same which is super frustrating. Yelp says they're open at 10am every day Their website says "Normal Hours: Monday - Friday : 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM Saturday: 10 AM - 8 PM Sunday: 11 AM Their actual hours: 11am Monday - Friday (see photo) 4. No one answers the phone here. I tried calling at 10am, and continued to call every 15-20 minutes without anyone ever answering the phone. Then around 2:30pm someone finally answered and confirmed they opened at 11am that morning... Which sucked because by the time we got their after 3:30 the place was slammed and our kids were overran by older kids. Over all I'd give it a 3 stars. I would've given it to 4 Star, but I hated that it was so crowded. I also hated that i tried calling for over 3 hours and no one answered the phone DM me and I'll show you the call log. I won't post here because it's unnecessary

Mimi's Playroom is a great place to spend the afternoon if your kid doesn't nap anymore, you want to get out of the house, go somewhere air conditioned, but not go shopping. We visited Saturday afternoon in September from 2:30 PM to closing at 4:00 PM. It was us, plus two other women with their toddler girls. The youngest girl was almost two and explored and played at her own pace. My girl and the other girl was closer in age, so they played together some, but mostly separately. Overall, it was nice and quiet. No kid music in the background, just the sound of battery operated toys and toy wheels. Really really spectacular if you are a parent in need of decompression. I am currently enjoying the sofa. Ahhh. So nice. There is a small kitchen with drinking water, ice machine, coffee, tea, and a sink. There are small snacks like Pringles, plain popcorn, Honest Kids juice boxes, fruit bars for sale. There is a separate play space for children 24 months and younger, but it's pretty small and simple. There is a clean, single restroom with two stools, child toilet seat, and not loud manual flush toilet. There is a changing table next to the restroom. Drop-in price is $12 first child and $10 for siblings, no time limit. Adults are no charge but must accompany child/children. It is a no shoe facility and adults must wear socks to go into the play area. There is a shoe cubby at the entrance. Tap to pay accepted, so I paid with my phone. There is a waiver but you can do it online ahead of time.
