My kids have taken lessons there for over 2 years and they love it. The only issue we've had in that time is they've occasionally had shortages of teachers and combined classes (specifically the beginning and advanced tots classes). Usually these situations are temporary, but for the older kids, the classes become a big waste of time when they have to stay on the same level as the little ones. My lowered rating, though, is primarily due to the front desk staff. When we started taking lessons there, the front desk person, Lesa, was exceptional! She knew me, knew my kids, and knew her job. For a year and a half, we never had any issues. Unfortunately in the last year, they don't seems to have a consistent front desk person, and the various people I deal with don't seem to know the computer system, how to recieve payments, and because it's different people all the time, it seems like a LOT of work to get anything done. Every time I've had to interact with the front desk in the last 6 months, it's taken a minimum of 20 minutes; even when I'm just making a payment. Then, I recieved a bill for a session I gave notice (2 months) in advance that we wouldn't be attending. It's just a mess - no one seems to know what they are doing there anymore. My hope is that over the summer they will find and fully train someone to run the front desk... My 3 star rating would go up to a 5 if they could resolve their staffing issue in this one area.

Both Alyssa's were great also. We had 24 kids so we reserved the GREEN room. ( it's double in size so choose this if you have a lot of ppl coming ) I saw big rowdy kids in the toddler area and a worker quickly moved them along. It was good to see that. It's a bit pricey in my opinion, at least $75 too much but the kids all had a great time. It's our 4th party held here and won't be our last. Thank you!

Pretty fun trampoline park in Redding…read more They have a few different sections inside. Two areas for older kids on the left and middle sections, and another section on the right for smaller kids. They have a dodgeball area as well as a rock climbing wall The prices are reasonable, especially when you have younger kids shorter than 42". It only cost $7-$8 per kids. They also have an arcade area in the main lobby. Not a ton of games but enough to keep a kid busy for 30-45 minutes? A few of my negative experiences: 1. it's a smaller trampoline park and in a place like Redding, when it rains for example, the place is PACKED. 2. Even though they had a "little kid" section, there was no regulation. There were tons of older kids running around the toddler area, knocking over our toddler and baby. 3. the yelp hours, their website hours and their actual hours are not the same which is super frustrating. Yelp says they're open at 10am every day Their website says "Normal Hours: Monday - Friday : 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM Saturday: 10 AM - 8 PM Sunday: 11 AM Their actual hours: 11am Monday - Friday (see photo) 4. No one answers the phone here. I tried calling at 10am, and continued to call every 15-20 minutes without anyone ever answering the phone. Then around 2:30pm someone finally answered and confirmed they opened at 11am that morning... Which sucked because by the time we got their after 3:30 the place was slammed and our kids were overran by older kids. Over all I'd give it a 3 stars. I would've given it to 4 Star, but I hated that it was so crowded. I also hated that i tried calling for over 3 hours and no one answered the phone DM me and I'll show you the call log. I won't post here because it's unnecessary

Sky Zone Trampoline Park is such a fun place for young kids and teens. It was surprisingly clean,…read morespacious and smelled great. Located down a sketchy road behind the old Crowne Plaza hotel right off the 50, Sky Zone is conveniently located with plenty of free parking. There are cool claw machines and arcade when you first enter, and every employee seemed happy to help and excited to work there. We attended a birthday party with a dedicated helper and a decorated room with party supplies. There is no kitchen onsite so the snack bar consist of chips and warm nacho cheese, ice cream and beverages. The pizza must be ordered in advance and only available with party packages. The girls loved the trapeze & swing, the mega launch slide and silks. The teen boys loved Skyslam and ultimate dodgeball and the toddlers loved the freestyle jump and the foam zone. So much to do and every station had a dedicated helper. Don't forget that Sky Zone Trampoline Park also offer monthly memberships so your kids can have fun anytime.

From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. The hospitality was top-notch...you just don't see that level of care often anymore. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Munzer, Tedairo, and Leilani for their outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond. I even lost an earring, and they took the time to help me find it. I truly appreciate their effort and kindness. If you're looking for a fun activity with your kids, I highly recommend checking this place out. And definitely grab the Groupon. It's so worth it! You get to jump from 5 to 9 PM and it's non-stop fun. Thank you to the whole team for making our Friday night so special. I hope their supervisor sees this and knows they did an amazing job tonight!

Sometimes it'll be an issue with another kid or a bigger kid even but it's not something that is out of the normal for that many kids. It gets worked out. The staff is nice and usually helpful. Lots of good birthday parties there. I like it better than the other trampoline parks. They could do a better job of answering the phone tho. Never is crazy lol also the new hours, 4-8pm in the middle of summer is wild. It used to be a pretty solid place for parents to come work remote while their kids played but apparently that era is over. 4-8 is like the prequel to closing for good.

When we arrived, I was told my toddler could jump while I watched from the sidelines. However, after seeing how chaotic the facility was, there was no way I felt comfortable doing that. Children were running around unsupervised, teenagers were climbing up the slides the wrong way, kids weren't taking turns, and I didn't see staff monitoring any slides. To keep my 23-month-old safe, I ended up paying the additional 50% fee so I could accompany him on the trampoline. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy the party, I spent the entire time chasing and playing alongside my toddler to make sure he didn't get hurt. It was exhausting--I left drenched in sweat, and I'm 38 years old, a runner, and in good shape. Unfortunately, the experience got worse when we left the party area. Someone stole my Altra running shoes along with the zippered party favor bags we had received. My 5-year-old was heartbroken. On top of that, many of the arcade games were out of order, two major attractions were closed. I think this location would benefit greatly from having a dedicated toddler area where younger children can play safely away from older kids. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this Urban Air.

My sons were invited to a birthday party here…read more What a rush for the kids! So many activities, jumping nonstop, and friends! There was a little something for everyone, even the adults. I heard the birthday packages were banging deals and you get a private area. Totally would go back!

I've been to this Sky Zone Roseville around four times now for birthdays or child entertainment,…read moreand unfortunately each visit has had the same recurring issue: being ignored at check-in or unexplained slowness even if you pay online and do the waivers prior. One of the employees then turned around, and it said Manager on the back of her shirt, so it enforced my opinion that they simply don't care about customer care. For our most recent visit, we purchased tickets online and arrived about 15 minutes early. We walked up to the counter to check in and stood there waiting while two employees worked on something else. I understand staff may be handling another issue, but basic customer service goes a long way. A simple "Welcome in, I'll be with you shortly" would have acknowledged that we were seen. Instead, we waited about 10 minutes before being helped, despite there being no other guests in front of us. Another thing that stood out was the inconsistency in enforcing rules. There are numerous signs stating that outside food and beverages are not allowed, yet many guests had Yeti-style tumblers and drink containers sitting on tables. There are also signs posted saying beverages are not permitted in the jump areas, but parents were openly standing nearby with drinks. Whether those drinks contained water or "something else" isn't really the point. Rules should either be enforced consistently or not posted so prominently. When standards appear optional, it naturally makes guests wonder what other policies might be overlooked. The facility itself serves a purpose and gives kids a great place to burn off energy, especially during the summer heat. However, the overall operation feels disorganized. Most of the staff appear very young, and when a manager became involved, they didn't seem much older. That may help explain the lack of urgency, customer service, and attention to detail. If Sky Zone weren't one of the few indoor options for active kids in the area, I would likely look elsewhere. The attractions are fine, but after four visits, the check-in process and overall customer experience still leave a lot of room for improvement.
