They told me in order to get a cleaning I had to have x-rays. The assistant who took the x-rays and other photos was perfunctory in her duties and didn't respond when I told her what she was doing was uncomfortable. Dr. Cera came in a gave me a quick exam and then I was told I had to go back out to reception to wait for a hygienist. My wait started at 35 minutes past my appointment time. I waited another 15 minutes and told them I had to leave for another appointment. So I went in for a cleaning and never got a cleaning. Worst of the worst.

When I booked my consultation I was told no charge for the appointment, now I have a bill which I have asked to have amended. He's just about the money. My recommendation seek another periodontist who acts with care about the feelings and well being of their patients. UPDATE: The office apparently has nobody in charge with customer service, I have written them 2 letters about my billing. I was billed for a consultation, that when I booked my appointment and asked them if there was a consultation fee the woman who answered said there was no charge. I paid for my x-rays and received a bill for the consultation after i requested it be removed. When I called the office to speak to the person in charge of billing I was told there was nobody who handled billing ! Really ?? That bill I also paid In exasperation with this issue. I now have been sent yet another bill for $16.58 which is apparently compounded interest. This I refuse to pay. It's absolutely ridiculous.
