All you fab ladies, this is where you're going to want to come for your funkier shoes! The ones…read moreeveryone will stop you and ask you where you got them! They have some really unique options! From more youthful labels like Kylie and Kendall, to earthier Naots!! Trendy pieces like that current embroider rose thing happening, to reversible wedges, to more comfortable, cushioned yet stylish shoes for women of a certain age. Something for every taste, but all a bit extraordinary. Definitely items you won't find in chain stores. This is the same store as Talk Of The Walk in Tropicana in Atlantic City. This store has taken notes form the other and now carries great bags and clothes. Dresses and tops with some fantastic hemlines and cuts! Very edgy! Again, unique, special pieces. Wearable art, if you will. I even found a rocker style clearly labeled vegan backpack for under $100! Way cool! Prices vary. They're are definitely some pricier options, but also some items you'll pick up and be shocked to see they weren't quite as much as you expected. There's also a very large sale corner too! And it's not filled with junk either. Great items to put away for next season! The customer service is top notch. Greetings immediately when you walk in the door and calls when they get new merch or when they're having a sale! My mom has shopped for years and years and has nothing but positive things to say about the staff, variety and quality here. Definitely worth a stop for anyone with an inner Carrie Bradshaw!

As the doors open you're hit with a strong leather smell and if you like that, well, you're in for fun. The front of the store has shelf after shelf of boots arranged by size. these are western /cowboy boots and come from plain at around$140 to tooled to painted to freaking ostrich skin at around $450. As i walked around I noted they also sell the polishes and creams needed to maintain boots and keep them clean so they want you to keep these in good trim for the long haul. The clothes they sell also have a strong western them in jeans, shirts and vests and I was hard pressed to find fault as all have a high cotton content and feel nice to the touch, unlike so many similar clothes found in the near-by mall that look nice but have a less pleasant feel. The staff is helpful but not obsequious. So, you don't feel ignored but neither do you feel smothered by them. I was actually looking for something to complain about. mentally I was thinking 5 star? but I can't. They don't have rubber boots! Yes they do. They don't have hiking boots! Yes they do. In the end the store runs to an aggressively western theme but they also have modern work/hiking/rain boots as well as stylish cowboy boots. They do not have European style riding boots, chukka boots or suede desert boots, so Clark's still has a reason to hang around but otherwise if you're looking for good boot etc this is the place to stop off. Heck if they'd had the brown drover's rain coat in my size I'd have to be explaining the purchase to my wife.

If DSW Shoe Warehouse and John's Sneaks in Ardmore were to get together in a joint-venture, J D R…read moreShoe Warehouse would be that store. The Rev. Dr. Steak and I decided to check this store out after a lovely dinner at Outback Steakhouse next door. This is a large, open space, with shoes stacked on top of rectangular boxes, very similar in layout to a DSW. The difference? Clearly more budget-friendly signage, lighting and, most importantly, pricing. The store offers a wide variety of shoe types and styles, and has a very good little kids' section - something DSW does not offer. Their 'big kid' selection when we were there was not as solid, however it offered some decent choices. In both Men's and Women's shoes they offered everything from dress shoes to sandals to sneakers. I saw Women's sizes up to 12, though the selections in 11 and 12 were slimmer. Name brands - Nike, NB, Saucony, Chinese Laundry, Uggs and Bear Claw (and other "fugg" brands). Columbia, Dockers, Merrill, Timbaland. The best part was the pricing. Regular pricing easily 30-40% off retail, even beating online by a strong margin. Their clearance, even better. We were able to score a pair of Columbia hiking boots and a pair of Docker's loafers, combined $104. Boots alone best price online (thank you Red Laser) were $94.99. They seem to operate on a similar model to John's Sneaks - quality items, last season's models, very discounted. There are so many 'seasons' anymore in shoes it's not like people notice you don't have the 'latest' and they are excellent quality shoes for significantly less. For those who like quality shoes, like bargains and don't mind a shopping environment that's less 'styled' than the chains, this is your place. Have fun.

Another reason I went, it was televised that Kohl's was having a sale. If you spend over $50, you would get $10 off plus 20% off as long as it was not on the exclusion list. The items my husband bought ( 2 under armour tops- not on sale) but he did wean $10 for future use 10/28. I also purchase 3 items totaling over $50 dollars. Long store short Ending total was $58.22. They took $10 off, and my $10 precious coupon and 30% total $14. I saved $84!!!! Doing my happy dance. Upon entering the store on aThursday night at 7:45pm. It was quite and not busy at all. I was able to go shopping without bumping elbows with people or carts running into you or running little kids. I went to the jewelry section. It was well stocked and did not look messy at all. All items that were on sale were clearly labeled. Also there was one female worker stacking and fixing jewelry boxes. The next section I went to was the bedding section. The section was neatly stacked and clearly labeled. This store was already selling Christmas items. The last section I went to was the men's section. That was where my husband was. Like I said previously my husband purchased two items that were not on sale. Yes, it was clearly marked that it was not on sale. There were 2 female employees working, they were putting out new items and fixing the men's section. I did ask one of the ladies question. I asked if all items in the store would be 20% off. She nicely came over to us and explained how the 20% worked. I was very grateful for the explanation and the help. There was also a tall black gentleman, who was also very nice. I mentioned to him, that was trying to get some of my Christmas shopping done. He chuckled and said best to get it done now before the crowd comes in. I will continue to come to this Kohl's. I had a positive experience. The store was clean. Upon checkout at 8:18pm. There was only one cashier. I did not mind, since I was next in line. She was a very pleasant lady, she was not rushed and very kind to both my husband and I. I asked her questions, I just wanted to make sure that i would get 20% off, $10 off and use my $10 coupon. She was so nice ! She said don't worry. She also mention if I had the yes 2 you rewards and I said yes. She said those points are tripled!!!!

Because we were rushing and their store was closed until 12 due to staffing shortages. So we parked at curbside. We only had 10 min at the most and I knew exactly what we needed: 3 pairs of kooligura for kids. And I had the sizes and we didn't need to try on. Dear front desk lady, promise we would have re-parked. We are good citizens. You just startled us with the screaming and attitude. Not how you treat customers. I get that there are tons of shitty people who do shitty stuff, but today you were the one who acted like that. Curbside is curbside I get it, but there are no laws prohibiting us from parking there because it's not "disabled" space. And the only reason we grabbed that one is because we wanted to be out of the store within 10min. We learned our lesson. We will never do it again. Learn yours too: be nice.
