I've noticed that Target shelf prices frequently come up higher at the register. Today, two items…read morerang up 15% and 25% higher than the posted price. When I asked for the correct price, the cashier refused to adjust it and said the items would be discarded instead. That's wasteful, irresponsible, and manipulative. I should not be guilted into paying the higher price, and I am equally upset that food is being wasted like that. In a time when we're already being overcharged for everything, Target is engaging in deceptive pricing practices and hurting their customers even more. They've already faced class‑action lawsuits over this behavior. Customers shouldn't have to choose between overpaying or watching perfectly good products get thrown out. Do better.

During the warmer months they host a Farmer's Market which is rapidly growing allowing local vendors to sell their fresh produce, baked goods and crafts. Many shops with names you are familiar with, including Victoria's and Borders, plus plenty of unique one of a kind shops line the streets and make it a breeze to browse or run in and out. It's almost a one stop shopping center with a Wegman's Grocery and shops galore that have almost anything you may be looking for. Plenty of restaurants and eateries inside this center make it hard to choose, from pizza to ice cream, Ted Montana's Grill, P.F. Chang's, Chipolte Mexican Grill, The Melting Pot, Panera Bread are all ready to feed you. The items my husband bought ( 2 under armour tops- not on sale) but he did wean $10 for future use 10/28. I also purchase 3 items totaling over $50 dollars. Long store short Ending total was $58.22. They took $10 off, and my $10 precious coupon and 30% total $14. I saved $84!!!! Doing my happy dance. Upon entering the store on aThursday night at 7:45pm. It was quite and not busy at all. I was able to go shopping without bumping elbows with people or carts running into you or running little kids. I went to the jewelry section. It was well stocked and did not look messy at all. All items that were on sale were clearly labeled. Also there was one female worker stacking and fixing jewelry boxes. The next section I went to was the bedding section. The section was neatly stacked and clearly labeled. This store was already selling Christmas items. The last section I went to was the men's section. That was where my husband was. Like I said previously my husband purchased two items that were not on sale. Yes, it was clearly marked that it was not on sale. There were 2 female employees working, they were putting out new items and fixing the men's section. I did ask one of the ladies question. I asked if all items in the store would be 20% off. She nicely came over to us and explained how the 20% worked. I was very grateful for the explanation and the help. There was also a tall black gentleman, who was also very nice. I mentioned to him, that was trying to get some of my Christmas shopping done. He chuckled and said best to get it done now before the crowd comes in. I will continue to come to this Kohl's. I had a positive experience. The store was clean. Upon checkout at 8:18pm. There was only one cashier. I did not mind, since I was next in line. She was a very pleasant lady, she was not rushed and very kind to both my husband and I. I asked her questions, I just wanted to make sure that i would get 20% off, $10 off and use my $10 coupon. She was so nice ! She said don't worry. She also mention if I had the yes 2 you rewards and I said yes. She said those points are tripled!!!!

I had the larger size item, the original item and the receipt. A GIANT SIGN STATING "WE WILL GLADLY EXCHANGE OR RETURN...." was on the wall behind the customer service line. I was, upon presenting all items, informed they don't do exchanges. I would have to return and then GO BACK THRU the register to purchase the larger size item! "Then why does your sign state you will GLADLY exchange?!" "Oh, they just haven't changed the sign." If your sign says exchange.....and your CORPORATE policy online says you exchange, then don't enforce some different policy PRIOR to informing customers!!! I was not only inconvenienced by having to make a send purchase at the register, but the item was a gift on my daughter's credit card....so now the credit goes back to her card and I have to purchase "the gift" myself."! Stupid!!!!!
