The front desk offered us bottled water when we checked in but there's also some lemon water at a self-service station. They placed us in the same room so that we could chat during the massages if we would like. They ask that you strip down to your underwear and knock to make sure you're ready and under the blanket before they come in. There was a good variety of massage lengths you could choose from. We did a 45 minute massage this time, but I'd like to do a longer massage whenever we return as it didn't feel like there was enough time/focus on certain parts of the body. The feet was just a quick two pounds of their fist, which didn't really do much for us. I had CeCe and my mother-in-law had KiKi. Overall, the massage was nice. They used oil and a combination of their hands and elbows. The pressure started off too light for me, so I asked her to go harder. She noted she was afraid to go too hard, so I told her not to be. There was a bit of a communication barrier with my mother-in-law, but I was able to translate.

The prices here are pretty good value in my opinion. Massage room was nice and relaxing and massage itself was ok. Pressure could have been lighter but my fault for not letting the therapist know. Washroom had no toilet paper and no hand soap so for a spa environment that was a bit unpleasant but overall pretty nice and I'll probably go back to check out more of their spa menu or monthly specials.

I'm so glad I came here with a friend 'cause they had a promo - $110 for 2 ppl. No tax if paid by cash. Service was friendly. They give you slippers to change into when you enter. You then sign the waiver and they take you to your rooms when you change into the robe. It's soooo relaxing and comfortable! I wanted to film the process but felt awkward so I didn't and I ended up falling asleep during the process. When it was over they take you to another room to dry and style your hair. I wanted to try the funky hair dryer where you put your head in but it wasn't offered to us. The hair drying room is actually quite cramped so they had to pull my chair out instead of having me face the mirror like everyone else and they just blow dried it. They offered drinks (pop, tea, water) when you're finished and they have some snacks at the front. My hair was soooo soft and smooth I absolutely loved it! Can't wait to come back!

My attendant was Fendy, she was very quiet but friendly to make sure all was done properly. She really did a thorough job on my toes. Plenty of free plaza parking, they are tucked in the corner of the strip just west of Costco. It is a small location but they have many attendants on staff waiting for Pedi season to start. They had top 40's radio playing and all seems clean enough today, except for some sticky residue by the cup holder on the massage chair. I've been coming here for the last 8 years now and it's honestly a hit or miss…read more The lady who usually does my eyebrows, her name is Primple, she does an amazing job and shapes my eyebrows the way I like them. Everytime I go, I ask for her. Today, I went with my mom to go do our eyebrows and Primple was busy so we went to a different lady and I think it was the BIGGEST MISTAKE. She did my eyebrows way too thick the first time, and the second time, she fixed them, one was thinner than the other. I thought third time might be the charm, but my arch is different on both eyebrows. I'm devastated!! At the end, I just left and she KNEW I was unhappy but scurried me out quickly as there were other customers waiting. YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO BE WORKING IN A SALON WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE. She also messed up my mom's eyebrows as well. Both are uneven and still have stray hairs on both. This lady went and tried to fix it two times already. This is how you lose customers. I've been a loyal customer for 8 years but I don't think I will step foot into this business again. Look at your reviews, you obviously have a problem with your establishment when everyone is rating it 1 stars and you still don't seem to be fixing any of the issues that arise. Hire more skilled staff who knows what they're doing and actually care about the customer's experience.

HORRIBLE. DON'T EVER COME HERE. Came in to get an ombré. As…read morethe owner previously told me, she knew how to do ombré and told me to book an appointment and that it would take 1 1/2 hours. Well: 1. I booked my appt for 6pm, showed up 15 mins early and ended up waiting there till 6:50 2. After showing her the colour of ombré I wanted she spent another 30 minutes running around helping walk-in clients while I sat there. Need I remind you I had an appt booked for 6PM. 3. She did not bleach my hair properly... Nor did she DO MY OMBRÉ PROPERLY. 4. I refused to pay her in the end as she wasted 3 1/2 of my time to dye half my head blonde. It wasn't even ombré. I argued saying I was paying for an ombré and not this. She then proceeded to threaten to call the police if I didn't pay saying she worked hard on this and this is ombré You think being the owner of two salon locations and being in the business for so long she'd know what ombré is? Definitely not. DO NOT EVER COME HERE. WORST PLACE TO DO YOUR HAIR AND EYEBROWS. Service and quality of work is horrible! Paid $100 for nothing.

Good bye skin, hello polysporin!…read more I came here a year and a half ago and got a decent shellac manicure, so I decided to come back. Unfortunately today has been one of my worst mani-pedi experiences yet. First, when they were trying to add more water in the foot bath, they turned up only the hot water and burned my left foot. Then, the manicurist went too aggressive with cutting my cuticles. By the time I had the chance to tell her to go less hard, the damage was already done - my ring finger skin was bleeding. Finally, the lady who scrubbed my callouses on my foot also went a bit too hard and didn't stop when she sees the cracked skin at the bottom of my foot. Now it hurts when I walk.
