Once I got connected with a carrier, my car made it across the country in under a week from Maryland to California with no issues. I'm a meticulous person and I made a largish purchase for a car so I even checked the carrier that he found for me, and they had sufficient miles logged and insurance on file, all of which gave me an extra peace of mind. He accomplished all of this while giving me a reasonable/competitive deal. I'm recommending him to my friend who might also be buying a car across the country in the bear future

It had been 8 years since my last shipment so I had lost the contact to the last provider, and went with this due to Yelp reviews and being local. What a mistake. Comms were very poor. She even suggested putting some extra information in the notes about where to do the pick-up and drop-off (something that was completely messed up by the other company). On the day of the pickup, the driver texted me to let me know exactly when he would be there (the other company messed that up too). We talked about the best place to do the pickup and he went to the place that I suggested (the other company insisted on an illegal and dangerous location even though I told them there was a safer and legal spot just around the corner). I asked the Patriot driver to give me his best estimate on the drop off date because I needed to book a flight. He told me he would text me after picking up the other the cars. And he did!!! He arrived on the date he said he would. He texted me about where he thought he could do the drop off and I was able to suggest a better location within walking distance of my house. My friend however, was adamant about their reliability, so I contacted the company to inquire about their services and obtain a quote. I was contacted directly by the owner, Dimitri, who talked me through everything and answered each of my questions over the subsequent weeks. I was won over by their customer service, not only from the owner himself, but also from the other employees I interacted with (Nick and Lee). I took a leap of faith and was incredibly satisfied with my choice. The entire process was smooth and streamlined and the excellent customer service continues to this day. I felt obligated to share my experience with ETC because I understand how a few bad reviews can reflect poorly on a business. From years of experience in the logistics industry, I understand that sometimes there are additional costs incurred at customs that are completely unavoidable and independent of the importer. Those who are upset and caught off guard just didn't take the time to fully understand the process and listen to the information that Dimitri and his company are so willing to give. I highly recommend ETC to anyone looking for a fast, reliable, and responsive freight forwarder and will definitely be using them for my future shipments.
