The worst KFC/Taco Bell on the damn planet and this is coming from someone who Loves TBell dearly. The location is pitiful and the size of the place is way too small and the place is so nasty that you may have to check the bottom of your shoes after you walk out. Horrible. Have been here multiple times and if you aren't getting short-changed, then your probably missing an ingredient or two. "um, we're out of lettuce,ok?" or "we don't have any crispy chicken tonight", "oh, ah, we don't have those today". Huh? As others have said. This is the worst fast food location I have ever been too. I typically love taco bell, but I am never stopping here again. Ever. In the past few months I have gone there about 10 times. The drive-thru menu is soaked and cannot actually be read. The drive thru takes longer than anything else I have ever experienced (up to 20 minutes for some burritos!!!) they constantly get orders wrong, they are rude on the drive-thru menu, obviously understaffed and never give me the sauces I ask for. Tonight I ordered 8 burritos and after waiting 20 minutes I got 11 burritos (of which I got 8) that all tasted like they had cleaning solvent or bad meat in them. I filed an online complaint with Taco Bell, threw the trash away, and plan to never go there again. And I was so excited for the beefy crunch to come back. read more

My first truly negative review. I would almost go 2-stars as it was by far the nicest and most efficient counter help ever but the food and and appearance was nasty. I don't have high expectations of fast food but this was just gross. The biscuit was the texture of a dry paper bag. The wedges and mac and cheese were cold. The Original strips were decent. The bathroom, which I avoid in general, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and that people actually used the floor rather then the toilet to relieve themselves. nasty. I have been going to this KFC for a year , its been good! I went yesterday OMG I cannot believe anyone would serve food that was so tiny dried out .I actually got 4 bites out of 2 pieces of chicken. Worse location ever. I did get 2 tacos and they were good, but never gave me any hot sauce .I have been going to KFC for over 40 years. Very disappointed! Just ordered them from grub hub. The estimated time was 35 minutes and it took them 90 minutes to get to my house and then they brought the wrong order entirely. I called the manager and he refused to remake the order until I contacted GrubHub and they resubmitted the order. The entire process took 2 hours and it ended up that I just had to cancel the order. It was honestly the most ridiculous delivery experience I have ever dealt with. read more

My first negative review. I realize it's fast food and therefore do not expect much. However, I do expect to get what is ordered and payed for.. I payed extra for all breasts in a 10 piece meal and they gave me mixed pieces.. I asked them to correct the order (before leaving the restaurant) and they then shorted me a breast. Unacceptable. I do not expect to have to dismantle an order to ensure all components are present. The place is not tidy and the help cares little. It's a KFC/Taco Bell mashup! I only ever get the Taco Bell from here, and even then it's from the drive-thru. I did used to come here a lot when it was only a KFC. I try not to go here often, but it's on the way back from the mall - and when you've been Christmas shopping for 4 hours and on your way home - you crave the most inauthentic mexican food on the planet! This is a Taco-Bell / KFC hybrid. To be fair, I go here quite a bit when looking for fast-food, as I love both Taco Bell and KFC. With respect to food quality, as long as you avoid the KFC stuff late at night, everything seems as it should (late at night the chicken is often dried out). Now, the problem here is the staff is awful, even by fast food standards. They chronically mess up the order, and run out of things they should not. Even having them read the order back is of no use, and especially with Taco Bell, you don't know what is in the wrapper until you actually open it. read more

Sorry, but this place is just gross. I only order Taco Bell from here. The lobby always looks a dumpster and the place smells foul like a sewer on most occasions. There was a nasty scum-looking liquid covering the lobby floor that I had to avoid to get to the register. Food Code Chapter 3-301.11(B) states in part, "Except when washing fruits and vegetables, food employees may not contact exposed, ready-to-eat food with their bare hands and shall use suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves or dispensing equipment." The chapter above is straight from a MA health code PDF I found on the web. I know gloves aren't a silver bullet against providing protection to your customers, but if it's required and they don't follow that rule, what other food safety laws are they doing away with? I watched the guy there make my food without gloves and that was the last straw for me. I ditched my food in the trash and kept the soda. I have managed fast food restaurants for 10 years in the past. I would shut my store down and break out the cleaning supplies before I let any customers see my restaurant in the poor condition this place is always in. Avoid at all costs. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down by Food Safety Inspectors yet. read more

For a KFC this place was great! The staff were attentive and polite, the bathroom and dining room were clean, the food was good and hot, and there was a staff person who came out from behind the counter to straighten things up a bit while we were there. The employees obviously took pride in their work, despite the fact that it's just a fast food restaurant. This place is horrible! Told us they just put in a fresh batch of chicken it wold be 15 min. Cool fresh chicken!! The sent us to the parking lot.. They would run it out to us. 40 min later we went in to get it. They said it was picked up already? Umm.. No. Manager scolded the staff and said 10 min. Gave us the wrong order. Switched no prob. Got home chicken was raw!! Called store no answer for 2 days. Finally called 800 number. Said they would put in complaint! Wanted a refund.. Still waiting.....haha. Won't hold my breath! read more

This is the second time I actually ordered from this location. Both times I was very disappointed! The cashier that took my order today 7/23/12 at 4:25pm with the initials BJ was very unprofessional on the loud speaker, and rude. After I gave my order, she told me "Don't drive up yet" "Wait and don't drive up" a few minutes later she told me I can drive up now. It was her tone and how she said it. So as I drive up to the window to pay, she has my food hanging out the window. I drove off and took a bite out the the most disgusting take out ever in my life! The shell was so stale that it was suppose to be a Doritos hard shell taco supreme and the shell was like rubber! How can you serve something like that to your customer? Both of my taco's were stale and my original drum stick leg I order was disgusting as well! It was not fresh and some parts was hard like it was sitting all day. I'm upset because the Woburn, MA KFC employees had the nerves to serve this! I tried to call and no one picked up the phone which made me more upset. Total waste of my time and money. The first time I visited this location it was about two weeks ago and the items I tried to order they were out of hard shells, they were out of Pepsi, they were out of lids. My cole slaw was old. My mashed potatoes were watery and chicken was not fresh. Shame on me for giving the benefit of doubt thinking I wouldn't have another bad experience with this place. This place is horrible. If you make any mistakes what so ever during your order they start to give you bad service. We ordered chicken that was a littke bit over buget so wr changed our order to patatoe loaded grillers and patatoe wedges instead. The food was either under cooked or not fresh. The grillers were the same way. The worst part is that I knew someone who use to work there and I was told that if you were not a `decent` customer that the WHOLE crew causually asks who wants to `Spit` in the food. I told Sandra the drive up person taking my order that I wanted 4 breast and 4 thighs when she said for the second time 4 thighs and 4 legs I asked her to stop and listen to me. I repeated my order and had her say it back to me she then told me that I would have to pay extra for the breasts. when I got to the window to pay I asked the man to please check that my order was correct, He left to get my order and when he came back i asked again did I get 4 breasts and 4 thighs. He said yes. When I got home I had 3 legs and one thigh. This is the fourth time I have tried this KFC every experience has been nightmarish. Once at 5:30 PM they told me they had no original chicken ready it would be an hour. I said but it is supper time didn't you expect people would want supper? I will go see the manager tomorrow because I have been trying for 2 hours to have them pick up the phone they pick it up and hang upon me so I assume they are not answering anyone else calls and they are suppose to be open until 11:00 PM. read more
