I came through the drive thru today and the employee first of all started off strongly with a disgusting attitude. secondly I ordered a dozen biscuits, two large fries and requested sauce. I was given none. The attitude I received was atrocious. As a fast food worker I know how this works, they need to work on their personality and attitude towards customers and its a ridiculous amount of money plus the extra amount I paid to go back and request my missing items just to not receive them again. ridiculous, I expected better. I worked at KFC as a teenager and I love KFC but this place serves old chicken that is way past its wait time. It's nasty every time and I do mean every time. it's piss poor management for sure. Cookers are pressure cookers and the shortening must be stired and grease filtered, Flower not sifted and sometimes I've went and grease is old. I wished they would let me cook a tray. We had Pride in our day, 80's. Get a manager that cares and restore that awesome KFC Chicken. Place is a real shithole. read more

WOW, I saw the commercial for the donuts at KFC. So I said yup! Got to try it. I ordered the Donut fried chicken sandwich meal. Man talk about a fat bomb. The donuts were the bun and a nice size chicken breast in between. MAN, I think this was one of the best sandwiches I've tried. Sooooo Good. I love donuts and fried chicken, so together, it was Awsome. It came with nice size potato wedges and a drink. Make sure you get plenty of napkins for your mouth and fingers. A Must TRY. I would recommend eating it at KFC, if not the heat from the chicken melts the donut sugar. But it was still yummy. I had to eat it on the couch so I could pass out in a food coma. I really dislike being negative, but this location warrants it. Mainly, the restaurant was too warm (particularly the scorching hot restrooms), there were flies all over the place, and many of the tables and windows were dirty. We visited at 2:30 PM, so there was no rush. However, our food came out more than 10 minutes after ordering, which is much slower than most locations. I seriously don't know why I keep trying to come here. They never have the KFC chicken ready that you want or they're totally out. They skimp on every side you order, either filling cups 1/2 to 2/3 full, I ALWAYS check and have them topped off before leaving. If I could give 0 stars I would. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru, when there was NO ONE else in line... I ordered the famous bowl 2 for $6 and the new Cinnabon biscuit. I then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes on the food. When I finally got to the hotel I was staying at I realized I had a plain biscuit and the famous bowl with no spoon. Literally the worst restaurant I have EVER been in. Went in today to order a simple $20 fill-up. Not rocket science, there are only 2 choices, chicken or tenders. After 20 MINUTES of waiting, I asked for the mgr. No food was prepared, my # was never called. I asked for a refund. After refunding my $$$, the mgr said he did call my number and tried to turn the blame on me. If that is the case, why was there no food already bagged up? This is my 3rd (and last) visit here. The 1st visit my order was messed up, and the 2nd visit I was told they only had legs. Quick summary of how my experience was tonight: -Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order (drive thru), then ended up just pulling up to the window. -We asked for sweet tea, and the guy at the window offered us a tea that had been sitting for at least an hour. So, I haven't eaten at this location in a few years, but I think this warrants some attention from the harassment my father and I got last Sunday. The last and only time I ate from the KFC on Central Freeway, was an astonishing disappointment. First off, they under filled the containers of gravy and mash, my potato wedges were cold and soggy, and the chicken looked like it had seen better days. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they were short staffed and were having a bit of trouble getting orders out? I have no idea. I ended up sitting in the drive through for at least 45 minuted before I got this food (it was so long that I was able to sit through a 20 minute song and another three that were at least 5 minutes long). So, I get home and begin chowing down on the breasts that I got. My first clue that something wasn't right, was that the crispy skin (I got the extra crispy keep in mind) looked like the regular fried chicken you'd get from there, quite soggy and a bit too salty, but edible-ish. My next clue was the fact that these breasts looked grey, like they had been sitting out for hours before being touched. My last and final clue was the fact that everything was almost stone cold. So I said f#$% it and trashed the entire meal. Over the next few days I began vomiting and having explosive you-know-what. It took a week (almost two) for me to be able to eat solids without it hurting. This is a prime example of what I've had to deal with when it comes to this establishment. Long wait times (even in store), almost always cold food, gastrointestinal distress, and very rude employees that seem to think that they can curse at you in Spanish and get away with it. I might be neon white, but I understand Spanish very well; especially swear words. HORRIBLE. FYI KFC staff. This comment was sent to the Corporate headquarters before being placed here. I ordered 2 soft tacos and pulled around the store. Sat 5 minutes behind a vehicle. Then the window girl takes their money. Yes they sat there that long or longer as they were there before I even pulled in. Another 10 minutes rolls by, I have my daughter go in to see if she can get the tacos. I can't leave now because a large truck parked about a foot from my bumper. Another 5 minutes and they finally get the vehicles order completed. I drive around to the front of the store and wait 5 more minutes for my daughter. I park my car and go inside. She had just been served. We stand around waiting another 5 minutes. I look in the back. 4 people are standing around. No tacos being made. I ask nicely, "hey, I'm sorry but we ordered 2 tacos 5 minutes ago. Any chance they can get made now. I would have though they'd have 2 tacos from when I was sitting in line but this wasn't the case. The drive through girl starts getting into it with me swearing at me in Spanish, as if I don't know what she was telling me. What I assume was the shift leader began to make the tacos. I declined very loudly that I just want my money back. I continued to give and take abuse from the window girl. The only calm person behind the counter was the shift leader. He remained quiet and handed back my money. It appears that they were only making orders after they were paid for. This really isn't of any benefit for a customer that sat behind someone with a huge order just to get 2 tacos. Also, the facility was filthy. Food and scraps were all over the kitchen which at the current number of customers was abominable. In all honesty this is likely the last time I grace one of these restaurants with my presence. This is the worst meal We've had ever! I wouldn't give them a star at all if I didn't have to. We were ordering food to take out. First of all they wouldn't let us order a meal without a drink or substitute another side. Then we ordered two three piece meals. One was supposed to be mixed and the second was supposed to be all white. Both were dark meat only. One meal was supposed to have potatoes with no gravy-both had gravy. We prefer the original style chicken. We were not given an option when ordering but we got the extra crispy. The kid taking the order was very unhelpful and didn't really seem to know what the rules were on the orders. Overall the place wasn't as clean as it could be and it was a terrible experience. This location won't stay in business long. Sad that it's the only location in WF. But I can guarantee that we will never go back. I rate this place NO STARS!! read more
