Service was great and pleasant, the food was prepared extremely quickly and was hot. Except the part that actually mattered, the food, had enough salt to melt the snow off of an entire neighborhood block. It's almost impossible to eat as your tastebuds are absolutely bombarded with salt. You'd think you're eating horse electrolytes. Ironically the most enjoyable and least salty part were the fries, which are SUPPOSED to be salty. I've been to this KFC 3 times over the span of 3 months and it has been equally salty each time. This KFC has the most ridiculously stupid C19 set up that I think I have seen so far. Even when restaurants can be open and you have a mask rule in place this KFC chooses to lock down the the restaurant and only offer drive through which would be ok but they don't take the orders at the speaker. Who had the bright idea to only take the orders at the window and and make everyone's order one at a time and log jamb the entire drive through right into the street. I wanted a spicy bowl because it's like the only fast food comfort food that I can think of. The spicy bowl mashed potatoes topped with sweet corn, topped with gravy, topped with crispy popcorn chicken, topped with shredded cheese and drizzled with the KFC Nashville hot sauce. For some reason I like the spicy bowl once in a while because it's a quick and cheap comfort food at $3.99 and it fills me up and I would give it 3 stars. The 1 star is for the stupid drive through set up which took almost 30 minutes to get through which is just ridiculous and I'm probably never going back as long as this is in place. read more

Do not waste your time. Just don't. You'll be in line forever, even if only a car or two ahead of you. When you do get to the ordering speaker, you'll sit there another 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. This location should have just stayed closed after that car slammed into the dining room and not reopened. The food is terrible. The service sucks. The employees don't care and are ALWAYS forgetting something in your bag or worse, if you're in the drive thru, they're not actually paying attention to you and miss half of what you said then cop an attitude when you get to the window and ask for them to repeat the order back to you. The food hasn't typically been an issue the service seems to be what I've had issues with over and over. Almost every time I have to check to make sure that all the food is there. This time I checked and thought I noticed only the one thing missing but when got home noticed another item missing, another chicken little. It is so annoying to have to double and then even triple check every time I go. I want one time where something isn't missing or something wasn't incorrect. The other issue is I was just trying to call and for multiple times calling no answer and no way of leaving a message. Very poor customer service, but the food has been good. To me customer service means a lot. Update: this is unreal. I order in the drive thru get up to window pay, then end up getting food to be given something that wasn't what I ordered. Everyone looked confused. And quick got the stuff made. Handed bag yet still wrong and missing the fries. Given fries and pull away to try one to find out they are ice cold. When you pull up to drive thru at about 6 (the dinner hour), no one is in line nor is anyone waiting, and "the intercom voice" says 'we have nothing for 15-20 minutes' that should be a red flag. I had a question about the menu items and She sounded very disinterested and was borderline rude. I proceeded to place my order and when the food came it was a major disappointment. I should not be the dutchess of this place, but I am. Somehow when the yelp app tells me "Victory" as I check in... I feel that ruling a greasy fast food chain is far from what most people would call a victory... ... but OH MAN, IS KFC CHICKEN DELICIOUS! Employees are always nice and very prompt here. I remember KFC being cheap in the past and my mom bringing it home if she was too busy to put supper on that night and it was always a treat. Who can turn down the smooth potatoes, heartwarming gravy or savory chicken - no matter what the recipe?!? I would like to see a comeback of the bowls they had about a year ago with potatoes, corn, and chicken. My husband tried to persuade me that it was just all the leftover garbage from the kitchen, but I don't care. I do what I want. It's delicious even if I get a heart attack. The most delicious heart attack of all. If I died from a heart attack - I feel like my rising spirit would have drifting away nodding that KFC was the way to go. In all seriousness, I know this is probably one of the least healthy places I could eat and I know that a number of the items actually don't taste very good at all - for example, the mac n' cheese. I was happy to see this as a fairly new side option, but it leaves much to be desired. Really, just making some velveeta mac n' cheese would be spectacular and actually resemble the taste of cheese. Despite all that, I enjoy stopping here every once and a while to splurge a little (both calorically and financially). But, if you aren't a health fiend, I would encourage you to do the same. My Wife and I was wondering what to have for dinner, I had a taste for chicken and I thought ... KFC I normally loved the chicken and the mashed potato and gravy are to die for...now to be truthful I have not been here for a while and decided to treat our selfs. First of all it to a while to get the food but the manager gave us a free small drink ok no problem. I got the food and got our food home. As we started to pull the chicken out of the bucket, the breading seemed wet and was falling of the chicken and was not very tasty. It seemed liked it was sitting under the heat lamp for a while.
