Food and services are awesome but prices are going up steadily for the past 6 months or so. My suggestion is get the app to rewards and or coupons for future purchases

The Fazolis flag waves proudly in the breeze, beckoning to weary travelers "come enjoy our breadsticks."

A top-notch experience. Now if only I didn't have to travel from AZ to WI to enjoy Fazolis... Breadsticks were remarkable. My baked ziti was impressive. Pleasant customer service, clean atmosphere, what more could you ask for. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Make your own pasta (penne, marinara, meatballs) and a side salad with ranch dressing.

This place is great. The service was fast and efficient. Our order was correct. Considering this is a fast food restaurant, I was impressed how they brought our entrees out on a tray, placed them on a folding table and then put freshly grated mozzarella on each item. It was all decorated for Christmas too. I really enjoyed their meatballs and breadsticks. The small side salads were the perfect size. Overall, a great quick Italian meal before we returned to our holiday festivities. Would definitely recommend.

Flavor was not up to the mark. It seems they just reheated the frozen stuff. I didn't expected from fazoli because i have been to there other locations and no douth there food was delicious especially there garlic bread freshly baked.

I no longer see pizza as an option. But the entrees offered are all high quality with enough variety to keep everyone happy. A nice variety of meat and cheese on a charcuterie board is served to begin your meal as a relish tray would be offered at a supper club. This is a tasty touch. Most of the bartenders are very welcoming and mix a good cocktail. Bar seating is limited and many people choose to dine there, so we feel fortunate to get to sit at the bar before a meal. Waitstaff is knowledgeable and very attentive. Great looking decor and the four booths and semi circular bar are from the era of fine wooden furniture. It's our special occasion Italian food destination.

The bartenders are amazing, friendly, personable without being too much, knew the menu and made fantastic cocktails. I love this place. After every visit I have to forego pasta anywhere else for weeks. Nowhere in town compares. Their treatment of wild mushrooms is masterful. My partner and I scored a two-spot at the bar on a Saturday to celebrate and we loved it, as always. The service was just as attentive and friendly at the bar as at a table. The atmosphere there is cozy and intimate and feels very European. Bonus - you get a great look at other diners' meals. I've had the tajarin with morels in the past, blessedly, and got one of the final orders available, maybe the last for the night. It's always a revelation in how amazing simple, high quality ingredients can make a meal. The amount of morels is generous as well. He ordered the rigatoni with pork and enjoyed it very much. We started with a cauliflower and broccoli dish that would make anyone a cruciferous vegetable aficionado. I had the always wonderful browned butter bourbon drink and a twist on a Manhattan for dessert. He had the house Affogato and really enjoyed it. This place is always worth the time and the money. It's among my favorites anywhere in the country that I've ever eaten.

SO DISAPPOINTING!!…read more We were a party of three - I arrived before the others. Hostess could not find our reservation, but after some time claimed to have found it and attempted to seat me at a table for two - I had to correct her, and I was then seated at a table by the window - the draftiness was significant and distracting on a cold evening. We were offered a small basket of bread with a small plate of olive oil with a blob of what appeared to be roasted garlic. Our party ordered the lamb shank, the lasagna, and I ordered the Carbonara-our waiter exclaimed how that was an 'excellent choice and his favourite item on the menu. I expected a bowl of hot fettuccine with a thick, flavorful, creamy cheese sauce, but what I got was a bowl of lukewarm pasta at best. The 'sauce' was runny and lacked flavour - it resembled milk. There was no salt or pepper on the table, nor was any Parmesan cheese offered to help improve the flavor of the sauce. No additional bread was offered. We ordered Creme Brulee for dessert. It too was NOT hot, the sugar topping was burnt, and what should have been a firm vanilla custard was also runny - and had almost a curdled appearance. Again, outside of burnt sugar, there was no flavour. Our server was nice enough, but the food was so lackluster I can't recommend Ill Mitto. I will have to think long and hard before attempting to dine there again.

The restaurant was busy, but that didn't slow down our amazing server, Kayla C. She was so kind, funny, and attentive. Such a gem! We started with appetizers, including the famous onion strings, which definitely lived up to the hype. Next came fresh salads and plenty of warm breadsticks. Kayla was happy to customize the salads for family members with different dressing preferences, which we really appreciated. The entrees were so good and very generously portioned. The menu has a great variety, making it easy for everyone in our group to find something they enjoyed. One family member brought in a bakery cake for the birthday celebration, and Kayla even offered to have it sliced for us, which was such a thoughtful touch (even though she was a bit disappointed that she missed singing "Happy Birthday!")! I've tried most of the menu items, with the exception of the lasagna, and everything has been very good. They also serve a delicious sangria. This year, I finally tried their cannoli, and I was blown away by how good it was. It's not quite as good as one that's freshly filled to order, but it's surprisingly close. If you order the Italian sausage sandwich, be sure to add the grilled onions and peppers. While you're at it, don't miss the giardiniera from the condiment table.
