I am a big fan of Fazoli's. It's a convenient way to get my favorite Italian food. The Fazoli's location on Greenfield Ave is our go-to location, as it's the closest (and isn't really that close). The food is hot and tasty, and the breadsticks are SO GOOD. The location is clean and well-maintained. The service is great, and the employees are friendly. When it comes to Italian fast food, Fazoli's is the place to eat. The only downside to Fazoli's (in general) is there aren't nearly enough locations in the area; we drive over a half-hour to visit. They also recently moved away from Coca-Cola in favor of Pepsi products, and I am personally not a Pepsi fan. read more

So shocked and pleasantly surprised to pass this on my trip through West Allis- how did I never know it was here?! One of my favorite concepts, drive thru Italian! Daniel Z (according to receipt) took my order and was patient when I needed 30 seconds extra at the drive thru. He was very kind. Penne marinara with breadsticks were simple but simply wonderful. The bread sticks were soft and phenomenal dipped in the sauce. The portion was very generous. I am thrilled to say Fazolis has not let me down, even though ten years has passed between my visits. I have always loved Fazoli's. It reminds me of my childhood and I've always gotten the same thing - ravioli with no sauce and garlic butter on the side (I know, strange order, but I love it) perhaps I'm just nostalgic. Anyway, I have gotten their lunch special in the past and this time I went in and didn't see the usual sign about the lunch special. I also didn't see anything on the large menu behind the registers so I assumed they got rid of it. I placed my order and it was about $7.50 for just my plain ravioli (overpriced, but I thought nostalgia). As I was finishing paying and getting ready to sit down I noticed a maybe 10 x 12" sign to the right of the register about the lunch special. I commented that I didn't realize they still had it and a man named Andy commented that they have always had it. I said I didn't realize they did because the sign I was used to was down and he was defensive and said that they had to change the sign due to the info being incorrect. I get that, but I said I wish I had seen the sign since my order was more than $2 more for less than is included in the special and instead of asking if I wanted to change my order I just got a rude reply that the sign was posted. I went to sit down and wait and as I turned the corner I could hear him talking to other staff about me and how I hadn't noticed the sign. I returned and called him out for talking about me, a customer, behind my back and said that it wasn't clear that there was a special from what I saw. I requested my order to go instead because I was uncomfortable. Frankly, I love Fazoli's, but this may have been my last time at that location and I can see why it's always empty when I go there. I have come to expect better service. Additionally, while I enjoy it -- $7.50 for some plain ravioli? Maybe it's just not worth it anymore despite my reminders of childhood. I haven't been to a Fazoli's in years, but this one happened to be on the way to my hotel. I took a quick look at the positive reviews and then decided to stop in for lunch. First let me tell you that the lunch specials are a really great value. It is rare to find a $5 lunch, and so I was pleasantly surprised when the manager pointed the lunch specials out to me when I started looking at the menu. You can choose two half portions of entrees, and there are several to choose from. There are several vegetarian options too, and orders cheese ravioli with marinara and penne with a spicy pepper sauce. Also included were three breadsticks and a drink. A great deal for $5! Both of my pasta enters were really good. Fresh parmesan was brought out with my lunch and the employee asked if I wanted some grated on my food. A nice touch, and I don't remember this happening before at Fazoli's. But, like I mentioned, it has been years. The breadsticks were hot, fresh, buttery and garlicky. Really good! Custom service was excellent. The manager was taking orders, and he was very helpful as well as enthusiastic as he explained the menu. And Marlene was cheerfully brings baskets of warm breadsticks around, and cleaning tables as soon as they were vacated. Sadly, I had to go to work so I had to turn down her repeated visits with the breadbasket because I couldn't function at work in a carb coma. I would definitely return to this location if I am ever in the area. I seldom visit chain restaurants, but honestly, the food and service here were better than many sit down Italian restaurants that I have been to. A very emphatic five stars. read more

This place is great. The service was fast and efficient. Our order was correct. Considering this is a fast food restaurant, I was impressed how they brought our entrees out on a tray, placed them on a folding table and then put freshly grated mozzarella on each item. It was all decorated for Christmas too. I really enjoyed their meatballs and breadsticks. The small side salads were the perfect size. Horrible customer service & food! I ordered a pizza, baked ziti with sausage & chicken with 2 slushie drinks on Jan 28th, 2023. I ate a few bites of the ziti and didn't like it but was going to finish it. However, I started to feel sick to the stomach hours into digestion. I called to just inform them and ask politely for a refund for the ZITI ONLY. I spoke to one Mgr, and then he handed off to another one. The 2nd one was the so call assistant manager then he later in the call, changed his title to the general manager, told me to go to the ER, and if they say it was from their food, they will refund. I'll never return to this place. Usually, establishments try to make it right when you're not satisfied. This place will never get another red cent from me!! This is not how you keep your customers happy and returning. I wouldn't recommend the low-grade fast Italian food. It's not that good to begin with for them to be acting like this. Great Experience!! Myself and 25 other people were supposed to have a birthday party at Cool Waters today but a pop-up storm wrecked the plan. So, Plan B, we came to Fazoli's for lunch. So impressed!! We all ordered at the same time and within 10 minutes, everyone had their food and EXACTLY what they ordered. The food was fresh and very tasty for fast-food Italian. Also, they came around multiple times with breadsticks and always had enough for everyone. The service was fantastic!!! Not every restaurant is good with large groups but Fazoli's nailed it and were incredibly friendly. Note, I highly recommend the pepperoni pizza breadsticks! Delish!! read more

Updated 6/24/18 Redemption!!! I was hoping that my last experience was an anomaly. Thankfully it was! Ordered the Chicken Parmesan again. I figured that they couldn't mess it up again. And thankfully they didn't! Back to tasting pretty darn good all things considered. It's certainly not cheap, the combo, which include a slice of pizza and a medium drink came to over $11, but it really fills you up. Not to mention, the breadsticks are AMAZING!!! Glad I gave them a second chance. I can happily say that my last visit was just a bad day. Bummer!!! I came in tonight and ordered a Chicken Parmigiana and waited, and waited, and waited... They brought it out and served it to another customer first. Put fresh Parmesan on it and everything! When his wife asked why he got his food before hers he stopped and had the waitress take it back. 5 minutes later my plate was mysteriously delivered, with not so fresh Parmesan cheese on it! I had to drive across states to eat here! No I'm kidding. We stopped here on our drive to Chicago. We actually went out of our way to stop here. I LOVE Fazoli's and when the one in my hometown closed, I was devastated. I had not been to a Fazoli's in 10+ years. So walking into one of these brought back so many delicious memories! Things have certainly changed over the years though. Their menu is different. It went from a single style dish to combo dishes. Great if you're like me who love to get a variety of pasta dishes in! I had to get the classic spaghetti with meatballs and lasagna! It's like I instantly went back 10+ years. Their meatballs were better than I had remembered, and the lasagna....oh that lasagna. Soft noodles, zesty sauce, flavor explosion. But let's not forget about the Fazoli's staple...the BREADSTICKS. I have no idea how I went so long without having that fluffy, buttery, garlic breadstick. Right out the oven, piping hot, totally good on its own. A fast food restaurant with sit-down dinner quality. The first part was I actually received a genuine hello and greeting from the girl behind the counter and the manager was very friendly as well. It is obvious that the employees were happy to be there and that made my experience much better. The staff was very friendly and helpful they made us feel like we were eating at Olive Garden without the Olive Garden prices. They were attentive to our needs, cleared our plates, and brought delicious fresh hot bread sticks. The food was really good and everyone enjoyed their meal. For 6 picky eaters that is pretty good to do. This is the best Fazoli's I have ever been to and I would actually come back here again for a date night. read more

When you are looking for something simple like a slice of pizza, or a bowl of spaghetti, you'll find that's Fazoli's provides just the right amount of food for the right price. Got a gift card to Fazoli's and was looking forward to some quick Italian food. Used card there twice and both times the food had way too much oregano and basil...almost made me vomit. I understand that Italian food thrives on oregano but choking patrons on the spice is not a good idea. Incredibly disappointed in this company. Cancelling our school fundraiser with less than a week to go is shameful. It takes a couple of months at least to plan these events, now our small school won't receive the funds we need from this event. We've been having fundraisers for years there and for you to "change your policy" with less then a week to go is suspicious at the least. This place looked promising from the reviews, but it was far from that. First time here and didn't know what to expect. After ordering and getting our food, the best thing we had were the breadsticks that they gave. The Spaghetti was not good. The sauce is strait out of the can. The Lasagna was not good. The pasta was horrible. Stouffer's Lasagna is better. The Fettuccine Alfredo was not good. Noodles were not al dente and the sauce was generic and had no flavor. Again strait from the can. Fast food Italian is a niche market that Fazoli's has cornered pretty well. Meals are typically ready a few minutes after ordering, with a variety of pizza, pasta, sandwiches, and salads available. Free breadsticks are available, very good though probably really bad for you. Fazoli's used to have an employee wander around periodically handing those out, now you have to go to the counter to get them. The food isn't fantastic, but it is really pretty good, especially considering that it is "fast food" Italian. read more
