For many years I was told about how good Chick-fi-A is and when it was announced a store was opening up in Brookfield everyone was going crazy. I have to say how impressed I am with Chick-fil-A and understand how people love them. Great option to your mundane burger joint or taco joint because of the quality. I have gotten the Chick-fil-A Deluxe sandwich , Spicy Chick-fil-A sandwich and the tenders. I usually don't like the cottage style fries but their fries are crispy and doesn't taste oily and to me one of the best fries out there. Their service is amazing. The staff is extremely well trained and friendly. Quality... prepared fresh and delivered to your table if you are dining in. Their drive through method is well planned out. Restaurants are always clean. Some people will say how can I give 5 stars on value well you get what you pay for and all of the above contributes towards the value. It's the customer experience as well. This is one fast food place that I have no problems going to when my kids ask to stop at. I will post pictures next time.... read more

I went through the drive-through and the employee at the window was very rude and rolled her eyes at me multiple times. It made the interaction uncomfortable and felt unprofessional. As far as I can tell, there is absolutely no reason to EVER visit a Raising Cane's in a world where Chick-fil-A exists. I was never a frequent patron of this chain, but since we got one near the mall now, I have visited a number of times. The service is friendly, fast, and courteous. The food quality is good, consistent, and hot. Prices are fair. I've tried their sandwiches, tenders, fries, and lemonade, and everything has tasted great. Definitely a step above other fried chicken chains, and with much better customer service to boot. read more

I was in the mall and I thought a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich would hit the spot since I have not been to a CFA in a while. The drive through is busy with a different process now because you no longer order at the speaker box because an employee walks down the line of cars and takes your order with a tablet that has a card reader so no more cash and they put a number on your windshield, Culvers on steroids. The bad thing is that it's a bottleneck so if your order is given to you before the 5 cars ahead of you than you wait to get out of the drive through. The spicy chicken deluxe sandwich is my favorite from CFA and what I always get. The consistency of the chicken is absolutely amazing because the breading is thin and crispy with the moistest tender white meat of any chicken sandwich. CFA has a great product and the reason why I will continue to stop over. read more

I love this CFA. The delivery is always quick and accurate, and the drivers have always been super nice. I'm not normally one for breakfast food, but I love their spicy chicken biscuit!! Sometimes they do free breakfast or may add something in your order for you to try which is a nice surprise. Yesterday, I went to the Brookfield, WI Brookfield Square location specifically for the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and specifically asked about the cilantro lime sauce that comes with it. I briefly checked my bag and saw the items and other sauces. Got home to discover NO cilantro lime sauce. My daughter raved about the sandwich, so I went again to the same location today. Ordered the exact same sandwich. I confirmed all sauces were in the bag, along with "A" sandwich and fries. I get home to discover it is the crispy chicken sandwich, not the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. Thoroughly check your items, folks! I might try a different location, just for the sake of trying this sandwich. However, I'm not convinced the price is worth all this hassle. The kid couldn't take my order so due to frustration of his machine in the actual drive through so I waited five minutes while the other helper helping someone else just to be told to go to the speaker which then it didn't work. This location has declined steadily since it opened a few years ago. When it first opened, everyone was polite, courteous, and professional. Now, it's like going through McDonalds. You never hear anyone say "My pleasure" any longer. This morning they made a mistake in my breakfast order. Luckily, I spotted it before I left the parking lot. Get there early otherwise you are going to be waiting a long time inside and outside in the drive through. The staff are super friendly! Today was just a frozen diet lemonade cold creamy refreshing on a hot day.I think its funny the restaurant couldn't take it being in a mall but now there are lines out of the parking lots. Sometimes the pieces of chicken are a little small especially if you get the grilled one. I do like the salads if you don't want the fried chicken. Delicious! I head over to the Chick Fil A at 12:30 just dreading the wait I knew was incoming - but oh holy efficiency! They have two drive-thru lanes going simultaneously and while it was totally full, I was through the entire process in under 10 minutes, which was really fast for 15 or so cars. They asked my name when I ordered and when I drove up to the window I was greeted by name. Both the woman who took my order and the woman who handled payment were SO KIND. I couldn't believe it! "It's my pleasure to serve you" she said. Once I got up to the window it was maybe a 20 second transaction and when I checked (as one must) the entire order was correct. The only reason I am deducting a star is that the chicken strips weren't crispy. They were pretty soft and soggy. The fries were great, and I LOVE their honey mustard - it's got a great kick. I do wish they didn't use styrofoam cups, they are just so terrible for the environment. This is a great spot to grab a quick lunch, I will definitely be back! It's good, but not great like the other Chick-Fil-A spots. Today I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with a large frosted lemonade. My sandwich was warm, but seemed like it had been sitting for a while. Still a good sandwich by comparison to other fast food, just not that top notch quality that I've come to expect at Chick-Fil-A. Also, my fry box was about 2/3 full, which reduces the value. Fries were great tasting, but I'd have loved to have the other 1/3 that I paid for and was shorted. The frosted lemonade was amazing, as usual! If you havent tried one, you should. Chick-fil-a isn't the reason this is a 2 star rating. It's the staff at this location that time and again forgets simple items. I'm not talking about "they put tomato when I asked for no tomato", I'm talking about consistently forgetting to give me items I've paid for. They spend so much time looking as if they're checking the bag but I'm convinced they're just making it "look" like they're checking the bag. I used to live in Chicago when there weren't any there, and one time I was running across the Atlanta airport to make a connection with no time to spare but passing up a Chick Fil A... it was worth it to take the next flight. I went on February 5th to buy a 30 count of nuggets in a heart tray and when my order came to my car the nuggets were in a square box. I was severely disappointed. They were still advertising on Facebook that they had them. I also came here last year and they ran out. It is not even Valentine's Day yet and they should prepare for the supply and demand. I wasn't satisfied with my food at all. My breakfast sandwich wasn't fresh. The biscuit was hard and cold. The cheese wasn't melted and the bacon didn't seem cooked well enough.
