Came to kfc for a cheap quick dinner, ordered tenders and somehow got wings, so went I bite into my tender I bit an unexpected bone, I almost choked on it because it was unexpected, and then got no sauces to dip my "tenders" confronted the staff about my issues and I got told off by 2 employees before speaking to manager, manager said she could replace my meal the next day, which is no good for me, after is all said and done the doors were slammed on me. read more

I placed a to go order on the app for the "Deal" of an 8 piece bucket + 8 tenders, large fries + other sides etc for $30. Plus we ordered 10 spicy nuggets. We did not get the large fries or the plates and utensils we asked for on the order. We didn't realize this until we were already home and everyone was ready to eat. I have never had worse kfc in my life. As you can see in the photo, the chicken was dark and dripping with grease. I soaked three paper towels to ring out the surface grease. The famous 12 herbs and spices were not immediately obvious. When I splurge on kfc, I expect to get the golden, fluffy coating, not dark chicken dripping with grease.I compared it to cheap diner food. I will not eat there again and will discourage anyone who asks about it. read more

Food is pretty yummy just normal service and it's pretty clean I really love the chicken in my mouth.

Walked in there tonight and all I heard was cursing. Spoke to the general manager just to speak my concern and she was getting irate with me said they were two employees arguing said she kicked them out. We'll my husband was in the car saw one male walk out cursing then walked right back in. Not acceptable. The general manager had no right getting frustrated with me. Not a way to run a restaurant. The manager seemed genuine but not the general manager and we spend a lot of money there. Not anymore. Wouldn't go back! read more

Very disappointed in the management of this KFC. It was move in day at Binghamton university, very close to this KFC. It was an unprecedented debacle people were lined up in their cars for hours (2-5 hours). Understandable that people needed a restroom. This place actual locked their doors. Way to be kind. Ordered 4 of the same item at the drive-thru and they still messed up our order. Twice. They probably would have messed it up a third time if we had pointed it out. They also gave us only knives in our bags AND when one of us walked in to request sporks. The girl who gave us our food/drinks also looked high and was acting very unprofessionally. read more

I have been to this location many times since my time as a student at Binghamton and I have always had a pleasant experience with the food and workers. I've only gone through the drive thru and I've rarely had to wait for food. The only times I had to wait was like 2 minutes for fresh fries which I would gladly do every time. The workers are super nice (they sometimes give me a free cookie) and the service is very quick. There usually aren't many people in the drive thru so it's a quick and easy lunch right off campus. Not too sure about all the negative reviews, this place is great. read more

This is not a good KFC (Vestal Parkway, Vestal NY). I waited 30 minutes for my food which was a simple 8 piece deal that was on special. Everyone in the store was mad because of extremely slow service and mistakes. The store was sparsely populated - it was not a busy night. The only reason I got my order at the 30 minute mark is because I went up to the counter and complained. They asked to see my receipt twice, which makes me wonder if they forgot about my order. read more

we were asked to wait a few min for a fresh batch they had juts put on,, after 40 min and seeing the drive up window get waited on, I went back to the counter where a rude mad told me they had just sold my chicken and was sold out and they would not put any more on that night, I said I had already paid for mine, he got very rude yelling saying he doesn't understand why people wait to the last min and then expect they have it all ready, I informed not so, I had been there 40 min, I finally got my money back but it was too late to hunt down another meal. I'm very confused how you can confuse chicken tenders with drum sticks. Does this happen a lot? It must, because this isn't the first time it's happened. It might be a good idea to put your employees through a shapes and color course so they understand the difference. read more

I just went here for the first time probably waited in line with two people in front of me no exaggeration 25 minutes maybe 30 minutes absolutely ridiculous. The staff in the back were arguing in front of customers. I've been to the KFC on the vestal Pkwy, and both times, it was filthy, there's never any heat on, u hve to eat with Ur coat on, the food was cold both times, presentation was sad, and the uniforms of the workers were filthy. It's disgusting there. read more

Why did they close down the excellent Endicott location instead of this trainwreck? Only been there a few times and each time it gets worse. Most recent trip sealed the deal that we won't be returning. We shouldn't have to speak to literally every single staff member working there (including a manager) and jump through bizarre, nonsensical hoops just to get a very basic 8-piece order correct. First sign of trouble was a new cashier who literally didn't seem to know what she was doing and kept messing up our order. Not a huge deal, since she was a new trainee and I understand. But nobody was there to help, so it took like 10 minutes just to order and we had a feeling it wasn't correct. She also seemed to have an attitude, which turned us off. Next, we were told our "special order of all dark meat, extra crispy with extra biscuits" would be a 45 minute wait. We clarified that we didn't do any such special order, which lead to a lot of eye-rolling and exasperated gasps/scoffs from the staff, as we then proceeded to talk to each staff member one-by-one as they tried to figure out our order, which was literally just "basic 8 piece, original recipe." Nobody seemed to understand this, so every couple minutes, we'd have someone else come up and try to figure out what we wanted. Eventually the really strung-out-looking manager stepped in, and it got even more ridiculous... The best/most-insane part was twice in a row, we told the manager TO HIS FACE what we wanted, then he would turn around and bark out something completely different to his staff! I'm not joking. What universe does he live in? THEN when they finally did bring out the correct order, he sent it back before we could take it and told them it was wrong! (Only for it to be brought back out a minute later, with a staff-member correcting US and telling US that they got it right... even though we weren't the ones who sent it back and we knew it was right!) And to top it off, I heard another staff member behind the counter mumbling and whining, blaming US for THEM screwing up our order so badly. Yes, because it's somehow our fault that our order of "basic 8-piece, original recipe" somehow got misconstrued as "special order, all-dark-meat, extra-crispy with extra biscuits" and then went through a million other iterations because nobody there knows what their doing, smh. After, we realized we were so confused because all of the insanity and nonsense that we didn't even notice they didn't bother to ask what sides we wanted and evidently just threw in whatever they had sitting there. At least when we got home we realized they rang it up wrong and under-charged us... So there's a silver lining. And for all my complaining about the staff, there was one single staff-member who was actually quite nice and was the only one there who seemed to know which end was up. Older lady who I swear used to work at the Burger King near the Vestal High School about 10 years back before it closed. (Though I could be wrong) Put her in charge of the place! She's the only one who actually seemed to give a crap about the place and about our order. Excellent service! We stopped in for dinner on the 14th, ordered meals and just as we sat down to wait they got slammed with customers inside and at drive through so my order was short for a side of wedges but the girl immediately corrected the oversight with a friendly attitude and smile even though you could see she was super busy she brought the order right to us with apologies. Definitely returning! The food was fresh and delicious! Customer service was superb! read more
