I have had some bad experiences with KFC before especially with online pick up orders ,this KFC on the other hand i haven't had this issue, in-fact every time iv put the order in it was ready within 5-10 minutes even without the ASAP ordering during Rush hours, always have everything I ordered when I receive my order,iv also noticed the chicken is juicy not super greasy every time that I have gone to pick up food for dinner, they're friendly when I bring my kid with me, today I only had enough points to get a chicken sandwich and was in a rush to eat and go after not having the chance to eat all day. the manager was super friendly and helpful didn't have to wait when I ordered a biscuit to go afterwards since that's the only thing on the menu that's under 2$ and I wanted to bring my kid a snack, the biscuit was still soft too! read more

My expectations are very low for fast food service in general, but this place wins the prize for absolute worst fast food staff in modern history. One lady in the back looked like the booger monster from the old Mucinex commercials. Absolute rejects. When I saw this KFC only had bad reviews from over a year ago, I thought "heck, why not give them a chance. I am craving chicken enough it probably won't be terrible either way." And I'm glad I did! The chicken was deliciously crispy, the chicken sandwich was heavenly, and even though the Starry didn't have flavoring, they were quick to offer an alternative/replacement. On the road again. Just can't wait.... On a trip to see family. The Hangry Bear woke up grumpy and hungry. Our next stop had several places to eat but I saw a sign for Fried Chicken and i wanted it. Sometimes you just need chicken. You're traveling down the road, you know lunch time is coming and something inside you just screams, "I need chicken, fool!" Sometimes you are in The Dalles. Then what? Say what you will about Colonel Harlan Sanders and his legacy but honestly when was the last time you had a dried piece of chicken from KFC? Can you say that about Winco or Albertsons or Safeway? I bet you cannot. What I like best about the revamped KFC brand these days is they are serving it in so many inventive ways. Popcorn, nugget, pieces, snackers, sandwiches and my favorite, pieces of dark meat. This particular KFC is really clean both in the dining room and happy to report, the bathroom too. The strip mall it is in has been revitalized with the addition of a Coastal Farm & Ranch. The staff was friendly and quick too. I ordered a 3 piece crisp chicken strip meal. After paying i was told the ice machine didn't work and was given a warm soda and the chicken wasn't even cooked, it was chewy. Went through the drive through and was asked to pull around the front to wait. After more then 20 minutes I went into the store. They told me it was still going to be a few. In the meantime several cars had gone through drive through and inside. The only thing that was lacking was the corn bread, I had a simple order of a three piece meal and bowl. Chicken is so yummy. Every time we have a picnic we buy a bucket of chicken to take with us.

My wife's food was ok. She ordered the spicy chicken bites. My food on the other hand looked like it died. The chicken strips were cooked so long that the chicken wasn't moist at all. We were attended fast, the people in the drive through were extremely nice. There was a misunderstanding between the worker and my friend and I, and she was super kind and worked to help fix the problem! The food was amazing, I love kfc!!! Their customer service is also phenomenal. I wish the one we have back in Salem were are customer friendly as this one!!!! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely come back to this kfc!!!
