Don't order online. I ordered online and picked up at the store. Once we looked at the food we saw that all the chicken was completely burned. Not edible. Called the store and asked for a refund. I was told if you order online that they will not refund you at the store. I called the KFC 1-800 number. I was refused a refund from them as well. They offered a $15 credit even though my order was $35. They then hung up on me. I am so sick of this happening. I won't order online again. I won't order from KFC. This bucket was apparently chicken breasts. As "delightful"as the picture makes it seem, it was even worse sitting on my kitchen table. Absolutely horrible, my girlfriend picked up two, two for 5 dollar snack wraps and they messed up every single one, my two mac and cheese snack wraps both had 3 pickles each as well as a fat glob of mayo on the very top, neither of which are supposed to be on it, my girlfriends was the two coleslaw with no spicy sauce or pickles and they managed to put zero coleslaw as well as more globs of mayo. The food was decent. Chicken finger meal was great. Crispy, flavorful, hot and correct. Sandwich meal was good. My husbands order so no other adjectives. Lol. I ordered the bowl combo meal. It was ok. The chicken in the bowl felt a bit soggy or stale. Which Durant surprise me, but I've had bowls that tasted freshly made. This one was probably sitting for a while and I didn't get the cookie that comes with it. Which isn't a big deal other than it is included in the meal and was promised to my daughter. The manger Dylan is the youngest manager I have ever seen at a KFC!!! And I can see why!!! Dylan took our order with patience and courtesy that is rare to see at any restaurant. I would even have to say Generous would describe Dylan's service. The food and the welcome we received had us stretching out in our both enjoying conversation for a half hour after we had finished dining, with no sense of push for us to leave. I have dined at KFC, I suspect, prior to having teeth. At 59, with many visits under my expanding belt. including being served by friends, this trip was my Best ever : ) Dylan infused the service with Humor and Welcome! He was prompt and knowledgeable. no hassle no odd questions. Just, Yes Sirs, no maybes. The food was hot and served on trays Not in BOXES. If there's enough time to stand around and talk about how it takes you "15 minutes to cool down and get over it" or how your "attitude has changed" well within hearing distance of customers, then you have enough time to wipe down tables, sweep floors and discard trash. read more

This is a KFC & Long John Silver's combination restaurant. The first time I came here I was disappointed when the LJS meal I ordered was overcooked. The fish was dry and hard. I asked for extra crumbs/crumblies and they neglected to add any. The hushpuppies were also hard little over-fried brown balls. Last night's visit (May 8th) was only a slight improvement, but still irritating. I ordered the same LJS fish and chicken #10 combo and asked for extra crumbs. The girl must have been distracted or incapable of taking an order because I had to repeat it 3 times. I ordered a KFC combo meal for my passenger. When we got home I discovered that the fish was only slightly overcooked this time (still tough in areas). The gal also neglected to add extra crumbs, or any crumbs at all for that matter. I was having a fatty moment and really wanted those (likely terrible for you) batter crumb bits! The chicken bits/nuggets my friend had were cool and not warm at all. We only had a five minute drive home. The french fries were piping hot and crispy and the hushpuppies were cooked perfectly. Overall, it was another disappointment. I guess if I want to get a non-botched LJS fix I need to make the trek up to the Y to the other LJS location. The couple times I have been there it's been perfect. The employees here are not following covid guidelines. I went inside to order a meal on Wednesday night and a young man working was not wearing a mask at all. He was handling food, taking orders with absolutely no mask on. He was also outside with someone in the parking lot; then right back in the kitchen handling food. The young woman who took my order and a man in line behind me handled cash and debit cards then immediately turned around without washing her hands to put orders together. She was wearing a mask. Hand washing and masks are essential to keep everyone safe. This lack of covid safety was appalling and shocking. read more

This Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant has extremely poor service and has given me incorrect food the last three times I've been to the drive up. The first time it was a wrong drink and I let it pass. The second time it was a wrong side dish. And I wasn't going to go back up to exchange it as they suggested. This time, I ordered a one piece breast meal and ended up with a wing and a thigh. How they can confuse a one piece breast meal with a two piece wing and thigh I don't know. But upon calling the manager he seemed to think that it was really strange that they would make that mistake because there's nothing like that on their menu. I think it's strange also that they can't tell the difference between a wing and a thigh and a chicken breast. His alternative was that I could come back up and get things fixed. My alternative is not to go back to that KFC and to let everybody else using Yelp know that their service is horrid. If they can't tell a wing and a thigh from a breast and are condescending when you call in to complain about it they're not worth patronizing. read more

The chicken was fine, but the coating on some pieces was under cooked and doughy. . We bought a 20 piece bucket of chicken and asked specifically for the order to be divided evenly between dark and white meat. When we emptied the bucket at home there were three breast pieces and four wings.The balance - 13 (less expensive) pieces - were dark meat. That's not even close to evenly divided. This is the second time in a row this has happened, but the first time I didn't actually count the pieces. I just know that the big eaters in the family eat dark meat and still had some left after the white meat was gone. Twice in a row seems to me to be a purposeful act rather than an an error, and the outlet gets only one more chance by me before I'm done with KFC. read more
