I feel compelled to write you as I am horrified by the staff at this store. About a month ago, we had our grandchildren come for a visit and they all wanted KFC. We picked up a large bucket and when we got home, the extra crispy coating was so hard, it was almost impossible to eat so we peeled it off the kids' chicken. The chicken inside was extremely dry. We let it go, although I don't think I should have. So when I stopped last night to get a bucket for another visit, I went in the store and was not greeted at all. I ordered and I got told the total and my number. No smile of any kind. I explained what happened last time and that I wanted to make sure it was fresh this visit. She didn't acknowledge my comment in any way and didn't relay it to anyone. Then a man filled the bucket, called my number and when I went up I told him the same thing. He didn't say anything at all but that the chicken he put in the bucket for me was about 30 minutes old. No apologies for our bad experience and so I told him it was a real concern. He said "then I will just give you a refund.". I told him I wasn't there for a refund and that I was just concerned. Again, he repeated the same thing and told me he didn't have to serve me. I asked for the owner's contact info and he refused. I asked for his name and again he refused. I told him I was contacting corporate as it was shameful and he again said he didn't have to serve me. Your commercials show happy workers and fresh chicken but that wasn't the case. I think it's shameful and after being in retail management for over 25 years, I would never keep employees that failed to greet customers with a smile and show some concern for something we should be aware of. Terrible service...did the drive thru and employee was cranky for some reason???? and we were polite as could be. We got our food and went to hotel room only to discover the cranky young lady didn't put eating utensils in our bag. I called KFC store to report this and ended up speaking with three different people who identified themselves as the Manager and repeated my story three times of course. Finally I was told the actual manager wasn't on the premises and I was speaking with the "Assistant Manger" who identified as Rose. She basically said tough darts go ahead and call corporate and complain as nothing is going to be done. I called Corporate and told them what had transpired,,and was told the Store Manager would call me. Well it's been five days and I did not receive a call and my file has been "resolved and closed". Bought a bucket of chicken from there. I drove an hour to get there as I hadn't had it for a long while! I got a bucket which came to $38. And change. I drove home to eat it, and was so disappointed in it! Firstly I could not find one breast in the whole bucket! The wings and drums were like appetizer size! If I if I wouldn't have paid cash, I would have canceled it on my card. I mean everything was so small! And no white meat! Never again! read more

The chicken is never fresh. The manager says the chicken is always fresh, after an hour the chicken is put in the trash. The last two times I was there the chicken was pulled away from the bone and in spots the bone was black!!! That is NOT fresh chicken. I will NOT be back. The managers are rude when voicing my complaint. I will NOT EVER GO BACK TO THIS KFC. You never treat customers this way...ever. Went in there recently for the buffet - I usually go through drive-thru and haven't had bad experiences there at the drive thru. The buffet was terrible. It was the dinner hour, so not an off time to go, and the chicken was kind of soggy, the sides overcooked, and just sad. The seating area is pretty cramped. I'll stick to drive thru when I just have to have KFC. read more

I don't know what people expect for $7 but this is the best $7 buffet i have ever been to. Fresh hot chicken with all the fixings. Choice of Fried or Grilled chicken. I have eaten in KFC's across this country and this on is the best. And in all the times i have been there the staff has been friendly and helpful! read more

Today(4-11-16) I decided to stop at KFC for a good meal. I must admit, the $5 box was very good. The meal lived up to the "Colonel Quality" for taste and freshness. The quality if customer service did not. Upon arrival, the female cashier was less than invitimg. I felt as though I was a burdwn, NOT A CUSTOMER. " THE Mexican male working the drive thru was busy popping bubble wrap behind the counter. The eating tables were being bused by customers rather then employees. I sat at a table that had unused condiments, butter and honey and salt, already at my table. A look around oth we r tables indicated if I wanted more condiments all I had to do was use one from the next table. This type of customer service does not d we serve $15 an hour. It only hurts the cause for others who utilize basic customer service. My $5.41 meal, ticket #4409, was well spent. Ne X t time I will use drive thru and ear in my car. read more

Better not want hot wings any time soon. I've been there multiple times and every time there is a 10-15 minute wait for hot wings. Fast Food, I think not. read more
