I made a complaint with corporate and the general Manager was rude to me and refused to honor the emails & voicemail I received from Corporate. He was disrespectful and basically called me a liar. This place is a dump . I did a mobile order . On the receipt it says packed for accuracy and double checked . What a lie! I was missing three items and when I drove all the way back . They were confused what to do. Then the manager had me repeat 3 times what I was missing . The kitchen is disgusting. Floors and walls were covered in questionable stains . I wasn't even comfortable eating my food after noticing the kitchen . I was handed my food without an apology or anything. First time I ordered was thru door dash .. waited 40 mins then order was cancelled .. no reason no explanation ! The second time I ordered on line thru their app .. decided to take the 15 min drive to pick up food .. when I got there the lights were out in the lobby & outside, not sure if they were open .. drove to the cashier in the drive thru who told me they didn't have any food left & my order was cancelled ! But I paid already thru the app ! Told "sorry you have to go thru whatever app you used to get a refund". I parked the car right there in the parking lot & called the app ! The $10 Tuesday 8 piece ( drums and thighs ) were actually good this time. The service on the other hand was not good. The young man who was "working" the drive-thru is not customer friendly. There was no greeting, just what's your order. I was trying to read the menu board, and was thinking about ordering more food. But I was being rushed. I ordered the $10 Tuesday bucket. I wasn't asked if I wanted original or crispy. Then I was asked , is that it? I then had to say "and" , then was asked is that it? So apparently was a total inconvenience for this person. I then responded, yes. I was told, your total at the window. No , thank you or any hello or anything when I got to the window. He looked as if it was a horrible day. So put him in the back or send him home. Customers should not have to be exposed to this. There are others who would appreciate having a job. I had to ask for my receipt. He was not happy with that. Came two days in a row first time I placed a online order . Went to pickup around 7 . Couldn't pickup in store had to wait 20 minutes in line which is crazy , food was already cold ! Came back the next day giving them a second chance . This time I came around 8:30 and placed in advanced (5 min from ) told me to go park around the corner even tho there was nobody inline . Just ordered online from them 6 pc chicken dinner. Cannot pick up thru the drive thru even it was paid for and I had the order number in hand. Had to go inside to get it, and the order was not correct on my side order choices. But my bigges complaint is..........if you order a 6 pc dinner, would you not expect that to feed at least 2 persons (if not 3) and the side orders (i.e. mashed / gravy, corn, mac & cheese etc.) but all side orders are literally about 2 oz of food, not enought for even one person. I dont know who is calculating these portions or if it is just an outright scam to get you go buy ( which I fell for this time, but I am done with KFC forever now) but those company practices fall very short of my expectations or services rendered. read more

This spot has no idea what extra crispy actually looks like or how to cook it. The pieces were the smallest we have ever had at a KFC, but in the final analysis that was a blessing because the breading was so laden with dark smelly oil that it was inedible anyway. When we arrived and were greeted at the drive-through, we were told that it was cash only and we can only order the number five bucket meals because their computers were down. Guy was nice at drive through window. But they forgot to give us any utensils at all & we were staying at a hotel. Otherwise my chicken bowl with mashed potato's was good. Horrible! How come I can't leave zero stars? You can tell this location is on their last leg, the kitchen and restaurant are dirty and run down. It is a shame because KFC has always been my favorite guilty pleasure, I love their chicken. I spoke to the manager which confirmed to me that this is a management issue. So disappointing every single time I stop here on my way home it's something wrong. Food is prob a 3 star, but honestly customer service is negative stars if that were to exist. I come here occasionally because it's close to where I work so I'm kind of forced. The lobby is occasionally open you never know when. There's nothing on the door to indicate it's closed until after you park get out and walk up to the door. Yep it's locked sometimes it's like Russian roulette 430 on a Friday and it's locked OK I'll go to the drive-through. Finally get to the window and I was amazed at the talent of the person at the drive-through. She literally completed the entire transaction without uttering a single word to me. Pretty impressive. Needless to say I would rate this is probably one of the lowest in the area. Every time I get a chicken sandwich it's never the same. I get a number 12 Nashville hot. Sometimes it's hard as a rock sometimes it's delicious it's a huge gamble. Picked up my sandwich the other day and I guess they ran out of chicken breast because they put two strips on top to make it a whole sandwich. Like I said this place is complete waste of time if you're looking for any type of quality whatsoever I would give it a half a star if I could. read more

Its too bad most of the KFCs have closed in Sarasota, they really do have good fried chicken. I like this location not just because its the closet one to me, but the people working in the drive through are always friendly. The $5 fill-up meals are a good, inexpensive lunch option. read more

putrid sell upon entrance. the floor was sticky and the whole lobby was filthy. trash everywhere and dirty tables. no line but still waited 6 minutes before being acknowledged. employees appeared lackadaisical on their phones, flirting with each other and mingling amongst themselves. after finally being greeted and having my order taken. they said they ran out of chicken and had no biscuits either.
