The sandwich was good, but I should have ordered the after burner because the base wasn't spicy at all. Tenders and wings are cooked well. I wasn't a fan of the sauce. I can't describe why, but it just didn't wow me (but it didn't gross me out either). Service was friendly. Seating at a table is tough.

Unfortunately, I either tried it on a really off day or my taste buds just weren't in it. I tried the hot chicken tenders, but they were like chewing through pieces of steak that had been cooked too long. Very tough and dry. The sauce surprised me, but not in a bad way. It has a really sweet base coat and then hot top coat. At first I wasn't sure if I liked it or not, but I think I did. Haha. My husband had a sandwich and thought it was good; he didn't share a bite though. I really enjoyed their french fries, Which is slightly unusual for me to comment on. There was a powder dusting on something sprinkled on them, and it was really evenly dispersed and tasty. Maybe I'll try this place again and see if the main entree disappointment was a fluke. If so, I'll update then....

Seems like the chicken had been sitting there for a minute. My cousin ordered spicy. It looked extra crispy and dark like it was burned. She didn't eat it and wanted to take it back but it was late. Our table ordered a couple of dishes: chicken and waffles, southern fried chicken, shrimp fried rice, and the hitman. The water tasted like it came straight from the water fountain outside the restaurant. Chicken was overly breaded and salty, and the corn cake was sour. I also don't know how they managed to dry out dark meat. The waffle was semi burnt. The shrimp "fried rice" was soggy, vinegary, almost sushi rice like texture, and shrimp was heavily salted. The hitman smashed burger... the hitman probably killed people with the insane amount of salt on the plate. See the theme? Lighten up on the salt unless you're trying to give your customers clogged arteries. Extremely disappointing considering all the great reviews we saw before going.

I foresee myself craving this in the future and being sad I live in Orlando and can't even Door Dash. I really enjoyed the Crab Cake Eggs Benedict too - though some of my crab had a little fishy taste, but most of it was perfect. The Meyer-lemon hollandaise was creamy, light and just enough citrus flavor. Love it being served on soft foccacia bread with perfectly poached eggs. Service was fantastic! Our server "Erica" was amazing. She made great recommendations and even made a fresh pot of coffee for me, Including an iced version of it to go along with my husband's iced tea. She said portion sizes are even bigger at dinner! We will definitely be back.
