Oh my gosh, KFC keep it coming like this please

The food at this location is still good even better than the visit that I came last week and the chicken sandwich was so crispy and delightful. My stomach is so happy now.

manager nataly she treated us with kidness lupita helped us so much and they had a very good service. They treated us with kindness. They are that the food is pretty cheap so we got a lot of stuff.

We just placed a mobile order for the 6 tender meal with12 nuggets. Order 223726917. We've never tried the chicken nuggets and when we got home, we had everything but the chicken nuggets. I tried calling the restaurant and no answer. On the bottom of the order it says your meal was packed and double checked for accuracy by and it's blank, and has no one's names. So obviously no one's checking for accuracy. And not getting the nuggets is very disappointing!

There is never not a problem here. I genuinely think this is probably one of the worst KFCs in the country. We asked for a famous bowl with the gravy on the side. Guess that means you only get 5 chickens and no cheese. The gravy was filled less than half of half way. What am I supposed to do with that? The biscuits we ordered? Hard as rocks. Absolutely inedible. Y'all should be ashamed of your staff and the quality of work they produce. Following directions is really not hard.

I took my family here through the drive through about a month and a half ago. Ordered the meal shown in the receipt (pic). They had me pull forward so they could serve other customers. They took 35 minutes to get my order to me. Wrote on my receipt the note "whole meal replaceable anytime". I wasn't too upset until today. I went back and was told the girl who gave me the receipt didn't work there anymore. I told them it shouldn't matter. They then said it's only good for a month. What point of whenever didn't they understand? Worst service I've ever gotten. Twice!

The Colonel would be ashamed of Santa Paula KFC.

I've tried this KFC three times since moving home. 3 strikes you're out. First time, asked for no pickles no sauce on a chicken sandwich. Pickles and sauce. Second time the chicken sandwich was so disgusting I didn't take a bite. Something other than sauce on it. Third time I ordered a 3 piece, paid extra for a breast, thought I'd give them a chance and have some faith in humanity so I didn't check the box before driving away. Got home, you guessed it. No chicken breast. $14 for 2 thighs 1 wing and bland tasteless cold Mac n Cheese. Never again.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. The estimated delivery wait was 2:34-2:54pm, why did it just notify me that my order is in the works at 2:56pm? Yeah I know two minutes later. I know KFC is NEVER busy, this really is annoying. Now I remember why I never go to KFC in SP. I recommend anyone who's thinking of having it delivered to you, don't. It's not worth it at all.

Straight up microwaving their food, too

Dont eat here. Not very clean, very greasy, and not all that great. I would pick any other location in Santa Paula for my food.

If you're looking for a place with great food, cold drinks, and an atmosphere that feels like home,…read moreThe Draft Sports Bar & Grill in Santa Paula is the place to be. It's become my go-to spot to relax, unwind, and spend quality time with great friends. One of the things that keeps my wife and me coming back is the outstanding hospitality. The entire staff, including owner Greg, always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. They're friendly, respectful, attentive, and genuinely make you feel like part of the family. In all the years we've been coming here, we've never had a bad experience. This past Saturday, my wife and I stopped in for lunch because we were craving something different. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich "wet," covered in their homemade buffalo sauce with bacon and lettuce. You can customize it with cheese, tomato, or any toppings you like. It came with a generous serving of perfectly crispy fries that paired perfectly with the sandwich. My wife ordered the wings and chose half traditional buffalo and half garlic lemon pepper. They were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. Her meal came with celery, carrots, ranch, extra buffalo sauce, ketchup, and she couldn't resist adding an order of their delicious fries as well. The food arrived quickly, was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, the prices were very reasonable, and, as always, we had an amazing time. Whether you're looking to grab an ice-cold beer, catch the big game, enjoy a great meal, or simply relax in a welcoming sports bar atmosphere, I highly recommend The Draft. Great people, great food, great service, and an all-around fantastic place that never disappoints.

Domino's is located in a small tiny strip mall in the back. If you've made it to R and R's Market, you've gone too far. REVIEW: It's not too bad! Domino's Pizza has upped their game since the good 'ole days. :) I only use their app now to order, and it's a breeze. Every time I have come into pick up my order I have been a bit on guard...not sure what to expect. However, the pizza is always hot, fresh, and while maybe they could spread a few more toppings IMO, it's been really good and tasty. Also, I want to give a plug for their Garlic Knot things: SO DANG GOOD. Always request the garlic butter dipping sauce if you want to sleep well. Sometimes, if you time it correctly, one of the employees will even give you a few more sauces. AGAIN, ask for the Garlic Butter sauce! The service has been nothing short of friendly and courteous. I usually time it just a few minutes after my notification so I literally can just walk in and walk out with my food. I mean, it's pizza, right? Of course, it's not Toppers or the like but pretty good none the less. Would definitely recommend for a Friday night dinner for sure. :)

The World Cup match was on, there was a beautiful fountain creating a relaxing ambiance, and the whole place has a really cool vibe. The building itself is unique. It's an old automotive repair shop that's been transformed into a beautiful restaurant, with what was once the parking lot now serving as a massive outdoor dining patio. It's a great blend of history and modern design. We came during happy hour, which was a great value. My wife enjoyed a glass of wine, I had a beer, and both were discounted. We shared the surf and turf (ahi and filet), which was excellent, along with the flatbread pizza. The clam chowder was one of the highlights--a huge bowl loaded with real clams. We finished the evening with fried ice cream and an espresso, which was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. The service was outstanding. Every person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Great food, great drinks, outstanding service, and one of the best outdoor dining atmospheres in Ventura County. We'll definitely be back.

We've been in a few times now, and we want to like the place, but the service is lacking. Edited to add context - we sat for a good 15-20 minutes with empty plates and glasses before finally getting follow-up from the bartender but by then we just wanted to leave and asked for our check. It wasn't busy, we watched other customers getting follow-up service right next to us while we were ignored. We've both worked in restaurants, we go out regularly, we're not fussy or demanding - we understand how the business works and what it's like when you're slammed - that wasn't the case. It was pretty quiet in there, a Friday afternoon with a few other customers, there wasn't a rush, but there were several employees around the bar area, which seems to be the norm, which is fine, but you might think that one of them would notice the people with the empty plates and glasses and do something about it. And the same thing happened the last time we were in, with the same bartender, but we thought maybe it was an off day, so we gave him a pass - it happens. But now it's happened again, and this time it was worse - last time we waited but not as long and eventually got another round. This time? It seems like a pattern. And it's not just on the one bartender - plenty of other staff was around, including the owner who went behind the bar to make a drink, and the marketing person who stopped to visit with the people next to us. It would have been nice if one of them noticed our empty dishes and either asked if we needed anything or reminded the bartender that we were there. We felt invisible. We were in restaurant purgatory. I wasn't even sure how we were going to get our check. I literally said to my husband that we could walk out and they wouldn't even notice (we would never but it's probably true). It was weird. We likely won't be back, but please try to do better on the follow-up with others, we just wanted another round.

We thought, "What the heck is Angry Chikz?" And walked in ready for anything. First surprise is you get to select your own spice level: Country (no spice); Mild; Medium; Hot; X-Hot; and Angry (need a waiver). My husband and I both went for Medium--and glad we did--because even medium-level of heat does not mess around. (Am unsure if I can handle Hot level, but would like to give it a try next time). The amazing thing--beyond picking your spice level is the texture of the chicken tenders that come out. I am from the south and I make fried chicken, but it IS NOT EASY to make extra-crispy fried chicken. Much less to make extra-crispy chicken breasts (which are often dry inside). Angry Chickz NAILED the extra-crispy crust (and a fine, thin crust it is!) AND the chicken breast tender inside is TENDER. The contrast between the spicy-crispy crust and the tender umami-chicken inside is intoxicating. To add to the fun, the menu options include buttery rice (which I loved!) and cole slaw. Again, being from the south, I can't help but love anywhere that serves rice and cole slaw. Those are my love language! I chose the #4 with rice, cole slaw, two tenders, and pickles (really crisp homemade-tasting pickles--not the rubbery canned kind at all). My husband got the Hangry Fix bowl that is two tenders chopped up, with rice, mac 'n cheese, and slaw. Angry Chickz is likely to become an obsession--it's that great. There is one downside--if you stroll in expecting to stroll out in a few minutes with your food like other fast-food restaurants, you'll be surprised. It does take between 15 and 20 minutes to prepare an order. But the chicken will be hot, HOT, crisp, tender, and delicious. This Ventura location is convenient. And the service was lovely. But be patient. It does take a while to make great fried chicken.
