However, the pizza is always hot, fresh, and while maybe they could spread a few more toppings IMO, it's been really good and tasty. Also, I want to give a plug for their Garlic Knot things: SO DANG GOOD. Always request the garlic butter dipping sauce if you want to sleep well. Sometimes, if you time it correctly, one of the employees will even give you a few more sauces. AGAIN, ask for the Garlic Butter sauce! The service has been nothing short of friendly and courteous. Every time we order there's something wrong. We just moved to the limonera from Ventura and this is piss poor..... hire a better manager and employees. We regularly order from dominos and it seems like the staff doesn't care about the food they put out. We solely use the app to order and sometimes they are on point and other times they have me waiting past the estimated time. The toppings are just thrown on and not evenly dispersed and sometimes they don't include the toppings from the order. This time they gave me a pizza with 6 slices. Where is the zero star option? Today's service was the worst. Placed an order at 355pm online; was prompted it would be ready in 35 minutes. One hour later I was standing at the carry out line waiting for my order to only be told that one of the pizzas got stuck to the pan by a worker who thinks it's ok to roll his eyes at the customers. Today I came in to pick up an online order and another customer witnessed a young gentleman picking up trash from the floor and pushing it down in the trash can. He then proceeded to put toppings on pizzas without washing his hands! Super gross. The customer told the employee what he saw and the employee got mad the customer caught him. He did not even apologize for fucking up! Funny part is, after the employee washed his hands, many other employees started washing their hands lol be careful your pizzas may be done with dirty and upset hands Also, the app pizza tracker is not accurate with this location. Every time the app says order is ready, I come to wait at least 5 more minutes. A different employee stated she felt so angry as she was making boxes. Customer service not up to par. Manager there "Allen" should get training on phone etiquette and customer service. He never did refund my friend on her order like he said he did "takes a couple of days for it to go back on your card" (never did) and simply he was not even remorseful when we asked him why our pizza wasn't delivered yet. Pizza took over two hours to deliver and even after the text saying pizza was on its way, we had to call an hour after to ask where it was. When we did get it, the pizza was cold. I'm here to mention that when ordering we wanted to get a 16 piece boneless wings the gentlemen I spoke to said they don't toss them in sauce any more that instead they put the sauce on the side, so I said yeah that's fine let's do that. When I received my order I didn't get any sauce, so the. I called domino's and mentioned it. The manager came off rude saying that we could still eat them without the sauce although that wasn't the point. I experienced the absolute worst customer service EVER! Don't have an online ordering process if you do not honor it!! We ordered 7 pizzas for a company lunch a day before the luncheon. I received an email from Dominoes confirming my order, stating we would have our pizzas next day at 11 am. I called that afternoon to confirm anyway. It took 3 people at Domino's to find and confirm they received the order. Next morning I called 4 times, again making certain they were processing my order and that it would be delivered on time. I'll admit, dominos is not my favorite pizza. Probably not even in my top ten, but this place is close, open late, delivers and is fast. It seems like everything in Santa Paula closes at 9 for some reason, but dominos stays open until midnight I think. We ordered the special 3 medium pizzas with unlimited toppings for 26 bucks. It was great. I love that you can watch what's going on with your pizza and who's making it online and there is different themes that all have funny commentary. Our order was taken care of super quickly and delivered in under 30 minutes. I had regular crust which was delicious. The other two pizzas were thin crust which was also a big hit.
