My husband and I came in to order two small personal pizzas, two salads and two drinks. Total over $75. For two small 6" pizzas! We were told each topping added was $2.99 extra. So the 4 toppings cost us an additional $23.00 on top of the normal cost of two 6" personal pizzas. I was like you gotta be kidding me! $2.99 extra for maybe 5 slices of mushroom, another $2.99 for a few green bell pepper strips? This isn't a large pizza, it's a tiny pizza yet toppings still cost $2.99 for each topping? That's not right. Also the new salad bar is very difficult to use. Both my husband and I had to crouch down and reach far in just to get a topping for our salad. The bad is below waist level and the glass covering is very low. My husband has arthritis in his knees and he's only 5'6" tall and still had to do full squat just to reach in. Very painful. I am shorter and I had to reach way in to get toppings. The new salad bar is fine for a person only 4'8" but anyone taller it'll be a feat to reach in to make a salad especially if you're old and have arthritis! read more

The staff in the location are great. I called an order in for carry out... and apparently it's a call center in India. The rep on the phone couldn't understand me, had a hard time getting my name correct and messed up my order. Very frustrating. Why in the world is the owner outsourcing to a call center in India instead of giving jobs to locals. Service is hit or miss there. Some are friendly and some are serious. My previous visit, I spent around $50. I tried to input my receipt on the app to collect my points but it said invalid. It is expensive but it was worth it they have a few beers on tap. Arcade and few tvs. The owner I assume it was him taking our order was really nice I would definitely come here again. (Toppers and various others come to mind.) So if I had a bad time eating pizza because of your service... YOU GOTS TO KNOW THE SERVICE WAS THAT BAD. I recently had the displeasure of visiting Round Table Pizza in Santa Paula, and let me tell you, the service was so atrocious that it managed to make the pizza taste bad. Yes, you read that right - the service was THAT bad. First off, I waited for a whopping 15 minutes only to find out that my pizza had been sitting there, forgotten and neglected. Can you believe it? Instead of them letting me know that my pizza was done and ready to go, I had to take matters into my own hands and go to the cashier to retrieve it. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, they were loudly calling out everyone else's name to let them know their pizza was ready, but for some reason, mine was seemingly invisible to them. The thing that further piZZed (lololol) me off was this kid's attitude behind the cash register. You know how youngin' these days are rockin' the broccoli curly hair on top with the sides shaved? Yeah, picture that dude being RUDE to you. I asked for my pizza and he was like "Oh yeah sorry it's been done." He handed me my pizza. And then I asked for my ranches (THAT I FUCKIN PAID EXTRA FOR) and he sloppily grabbed a couple of those pre-made little cups and handed it to me with such force that the lid popped out and the ranch overflowed on the side. I said thanks and asked for MY SIDE SALAD. He huffed and puffed and turned around, grabbed a container and handed it to me, LOOKED ME IN THE EYES, AND SAID "YO IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE? I GOTTA GET THE PHONE" WTF DUDE. I've been waiting on YOUR ass to give me MY pizza and I had to go up there and ask for it as IF YOU DIDNT FORGET LOL. Now, let's talk about the pizza itself. I have to admit, the pizza was actually decent. The crust was crispy, and the toppings were flavorful. I couldn't complain about the taste, but the poor service overshadowed any enjoyment I could have had. It's a shame when the incompetence of the staff manages to taint an otherwise decent dining experience. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and common courtesy from this particular guy at Round Table Pizza was simply unforgivable. A little professionalism and attention to detail would have gone a long way in salvaging the situation, but shit, it was sorely lacking. If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy a good pizza without the headache of dealing with inept staff, I strongly suggest you steer clear of Round Table Pizza in Santa Paula. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment. There are plenty of other pizzerias in the area that offer both tasty food and competent service. This is my second time getting the gluten-free pizza from here. I wanted to wait to do a review because sometimes after eating something gluten or if it's cross contaminated an episode won't happen till later. "NO EPISODE'S AT ALL" Even it being gluten free, it tastes so good, The crust is a little thick but with gluten-free bread that's normal. I've always enjoyed Round Table pizza flavors. It all started when I worked at one up north and eventually became manager of it. I missed having one close by, and was excited one was near again. I was disappointed both times I went. First time, the customer service was awful. Not one employee or manager said hello and seemed pissed off to be there. The food tasted like it too. Understanding that people have bad days, I elected to give it another shot a couple weeks later. Still the same lack of customer service attitude. But the food tasted a little better . The restaurant was empty which was frustrating since it was lunch time and should be busy. The store is clean, but has a little run down feeling. I was giving benefit of the doubt blaming inflation but no this place is a rip off. Being charged that amount for them to skimp that many toppings is horrible. Caution! We tried to order pizza from Round Table. Our online order was transferred to Door Dash for delivery since the store doesn't deliver orders themselves. We got an update that the driver was at the store picking up the order and the delivery time continued to change. The next update said our order was canceled! I called the store to find out what happened. Once I got to the right person, I found out that our order had been delivered to a different address. We were offered their order since the store was now out of dough and couldn't remake our order. This was 90 minutes after placing our order. The wrong order was never delivered. I ordered Saturday about 4:30 on the website, they showed a wait time of 45 minutes. 1 doubled the time and asked for 6PM. At 6:15 I finally received a text saying delivery time would be 6:44, WTF. I paid a delivery fee and a reasonable tip to have delivered at 6PM. Received a lukewarm pizza over 30 minutes late. Unfortunately my last order was equally disappointing, that time I preordered with a pick up time beyond what was stated as the wait time. Not ready when I arrived. 15 minutes later they gave me my pizza, then when I asked for the ordered salad, was given a container to make my own and I had to ask for dressing cups and crouton's packets. It's been years since I've been to round table. They sold their store and have changed back to round table. Growing up I loved going there because of all the games, specially the Simpson's video game (that dated me). Now they have a few claw games (where you try to grab the stuffed animal but you know you'll never get it). It's still nice inside. Big booths. They have a small salad bar. The pizza is still really good. I love their crust how it's not super thick especially at the top. All toppings seem to go all the way on the pizza. They have the sausage I love which is getting harder to find. All in all I say if you're in Santa Paula and want some pizza, call round table. Top notch customer service. I ordered a pizza and 2 liter over the weekend and the DoorDash driver "forgot" my drink. I called Round Table to let them know the situation and without hesitation they informed me the manager himself would bring my drink. Within minutes the manager was at my door with the 2 liter I ordered! Honestly, I called to just give them a heads up so having the manager deliver the drink himself was very appreciated. My boyfriend was craving pizza & we wanted to try something new, so we decided to try Round Table Pizza. The guy who helped us was friendly & made the ordering process quick & easy. However, the pizza was not at all what we were expecting. It was very doughy, the tomato sauce (we had gotten extra) tasted like tomato paste, it wasn't very flavorful. The inside was very outdated, lots of wood, poor lighting, & not the cleanest but clean enough, the restrooms were scary, the doors were hard to close from the inside of the stall, there was no handle to pull it closed, the sink sprayed water everywhere right when you turned it on, and it didn't drain fast, so it was pretty clogged. The food definitely wasn't worth my money, and I don't think we'll ever be coming back here again. read more

Absolutely horrible worst Round Table I've ever been to. Ordered 2 pizzas one was burnt the second was was undercooked the dough was chewy. Ordered some sodas and couple beers with dinner the beer was flat. Then the salad bar that's a whole other bait and switch. Ordered salad bar they closed it 10 min later when I ordered the sign didn't say only one trip. But when I asked about getting salad was told then.
