I ordered at this location for our 4th of July picnic and was very disappointed in the quality of the chicken and the biscuits! The coleslaw and the mashed potatoes were excellent but the chicken was dry and tasted like burnt frying oil! The biscuits were a little over cooked and crumbled when pulled apart! Also, we only got 2 each of the butter and honey squeeze packets for 8 biscuits! It's been over 8 years since I've eaten at a KFC but I remember the chicken pieces being bigger...not that it mattered though because the chicken we received was so bad that we didn't eat very much of it! Foods good but check your to go bag and make sure everything you ordered is in there. They wouldn't give me my chicken thigh they forgot to put in the bag. I went there for a burger and the rude cashier gave me a price higher than what was on the display board I ask at the window why it was over $2 more and she said they hadn't changed it on the sign yet. My Husband and I went through the drive thru the night before last. 1st we ordered a bucket of chicken and asked for just thigh and legs and the lady said she didn't have enough chicken to do that. No real problem there. We pulled up to the window and gave our money. Change was handed back with No recipe. They gave us our bag and we pulled up to check it. It was not even our order. She then proceeds to tell me they have NO chicken! NO CHICKEN at a KF-CHICKEN! I ask what they do have she replies "side orders and cake". I ask how long until they have chicken and she doesn't really know and guesses 15 minutes. I politely reminded her they are a CHICKEN and FAST food restaurant and received some explanation about a "dinner rush". I realize this comes down to terrible restaurant management, but seriously if you can't keep chicken going / ready to fill all orders, you should not be in business. Service...well...to say the least it was horrible!! I usually don't eat KFC because its over priced...I could go to a real restaraunt for the same price and get way better service. They had an item advertized on their reader board at a price they were no longer offering and refused to give it to me for the price advertised. They were finally tired of dealing with me so someone came over and changed it so I could get on my way. I even took a picture to show them when I came up to the window. When I called back to talk to a manager on the next business day, the person said there is currently no manager and that they were floating people there and that the staff is under trained and I said it seems to me that if there was an error made especially being under $1.00 you would fix it and let everyone be on their way. This is the 2nd time it had happened, I also ask every time before leaving to confirm the amount ordered is all in there.I bought a 10 piece bucket this time and came home missing 2 pieces. Went through the drive thru and purchased the $5 Fillup with three chicken tenders. If only I had been at the restaurant when I opened the box 10 minutes later. The three skinny little tenders were tough and stringy. Not a bit of moisture in them. I had to assume they had been sitting in the hot box for hours prior to my purchase.
