Worst service I have ever received. I ordered 3 snackers and only received two. I asked the staff for my third snacker and two different workers acted confused and walked away. One continually ignored me Only upon going up a third time with my bank statement open did they say they would make me the food. And of course it came with some blue stringy hair thing.

The new Mashed Potato poppers were miserable. No flavor or seasoning. Gravy very salty. Luckily, only wasted 3 bucks.

I came here and the worker up front saw me, went to mess around in the back, looked straight at me again, and messed around with another employee before finally taking my order. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo. Unlike other fast food places, the chicken itself isn't spicy; they add a disgusting spicy sauce to the sandwich. The fries weren't very good either. In fact, I had to yell 3 times just to get the workers to finally notice I was there and get some ketchup. The workers here are impossibly imbecilic and the quality of food matches their work ethic.

i ordered 3 chicken tenders! they made me park up fron and wait 15 minutes for 3 fucken chicken tenders!!!!!

I ordered a chicken sandwich nugget box combo from this KFC and they threw a raw chicken thigh on my bun and served it as a sandwich.

I enjoyed the 8 dark pieces (4 thighs and 4 drumsticks) along with 4 biscuits, mashed potatoes & gravy, and coleslaw for the next 3 meals!

From the outside, the place doesn't look like much, tucked away in a small shopping center. Once inside, there are a plentiful number of tables in the smallish restaurant, which does not feel at all cramped. It is tastefully decorated, and you order at a counter, and they will either call you to get your food or bring it out to you. On the day we were there, the owner was behind the counter and took our order. He asked if we had been there before, and since I had not, he took the time to explain the menu to me. They focus nearly exclusively on chicken tenders, and we opted to share The Three Tenders, which comes with...you guessed it...three chicken tenders (with your choice of heat level), three warmed tortillas, pickles, and alley sauce (the house dipping sauce) on the side. We added sides of French fries and Cole slaw, and the owner gave me a free fountain drink since it was my first time there. So nice! We grabbed a high-top table, and once the food came out, and I bit into the first tender, I knew I was eating the best chicken tenders I have ever eaten. Seriously. These are awesome and at a decent price, too. The tenders are very large and perfectly breaded. The spiciness matches the heat level you choose--not to little and not too much. No mushy tempura batter here either. And the house dipping sauce was perfectly suited to the tenders. The fries and slaw were great, too. If you like chicken tenders, you won't regret trying Hot Chicken Alley!

Just for signing up, I got enough bonus points for $5 off, plus $5 off for my birthday, so $10 total. I was in the area picking up another meal and decided to maximize my outing by ordering from here as well. It was easy using the app and ordering my food. I chose the 4 tender and tots meal ($10.99) and chose their homestyle tenders and for the two dry rubs, I chose Jalapeno Garlic Ranch and Chili Lime with the Mango Habanero (Spicy Sweet Mango) sauce. The sauces sounded really good and it was tough choosing one. ASAP orders are ready in 15 minutes but I chose a pickup time of 30 min. This restaurant is located on the north side of FLW, east of the 101 with a few other businesses and food spots. There was plenty of parking and they even have curbside pickup, which is cool. There were two doors to enter from and a few people dining in. Lots of seating. Pickup was quick and easy and I was on my way. The tots were yummy, I got the regular ones but am intrigued by their maple ones. The chicken tenders were full of flavor, especially with the sauce. I love that they are oven grilled as opposed to fried, and they were tasty. The instructions on the box say to pour the sauce inside and shake it up, but I decided to just dip the chicken in the sauce. I may have to try that method next time. Overall, this was a great choice for lunch and I'm glad I got to try it!

Tried Fly Bye on Camelback and I'll just say it: this was a classic "great deal, a couple tweaks…read moreaway from greatness" situation. I called in my order at 11:20am and got quoted 25-30 minutes for the lunch special. It was ready right around that window, which immediately put me in a good mood because nothing ruins lunch faster than staring at a pickup counter like it owes you money. The guy behind the counter was friendly and even tossed in a sample of 'copy cane' sauce for me to try on my sandwich. I ordered the lunch special (pepperoni pizza slice + Caesar salad, no drink) and added the chicken sandwich with fries. (Fries were only $1 add on!) Starting with the chicken, flavor was solid. Chicken was seasoned and the hoagie was legit. But the lettuce comes ranch-tossed like it's training for a swimming event. It tastes good but if you wait too long to eat it, the bread starts turning into a sponge and the sandwich becomes more "salad in loaf form." The Cane's-clone sauce was 100% needed--once I added it, everything clicked. Now the fries were cooked well done, crispy, and exactly the texture I like. They were just a touch dry, so ketchup wasn't a suggestion--it was a requirement. With ketchup, they're great. The real value winner was the pizza + ceasar. The slice is big and absolutely worth the $10 on size alone. Also: A+ pepperoni choice. They use those small cupping pepperonis (Grimaldi's style) instead of the big greasy ones, and I respect that decision deeply. Only downside: the center was slightly undercooked--that gooey middle happened on a few bites, and I'm not a "wet pizza" person. The salad was fresh and the dressing had great flavor and depth, the croutons felt home made and the whole situation, even portion size, was enjoyable. Would I come back? Yeah. I'd give it another shot because the bones are good and the price is right. Next time I'm ordering the sandwich no tomato and no ranch-tossed lettuce, so I can control the sauce per bite instead of letting it control me. Also worth noting: I signed up for their rewards program and got $10 off, bringing my total to $15--which made this whole lunch feel like a small financial victory with gas at $5 a gallon!
