I would not have experienced that disrespect out in the suburbs. The manager reiterated "we dont give refunds" also, and offered to replace the sandwich but refused to return the difference in cost!? I have never heard of such a policy. so I returned the entire meal. I will never return to Wendy's and I hope to disuade others in my community from spending money there as well.
