While the two employees (female) I encountered were friendly, it was evident that they needed more hands to handle all orders coming in. For instance, I witnessed a customer wait an extra 30 min for an online order. Further, the employees did not unlock a restroom for me to use and were away from the counter for an extended period of time to fulfill more orders. There was even an employee (young male) on break who did not have the common decency to unlock a restroom while being aware of my need to go. He saw me walk up to the counter multiple times to request a restroom and chose to ignore me.
