Words absolutely fail to express our love and gratitude towards the Seedling and Sage team…read more We were put in contact with Darcy last August when we booked our venue and for the past year she was honestly the super-glue that kept our sanity together. No matter how long the email or how ridiculous the question or request, it was met with a quick response and above and beyond accommodation. We were excited to read reviews about how delicious their food was, and at our tasting our expectations were blown out of the water. The unique and delicious seasonal options had my wedding guests raving all weekend. On the day of our wedding our breath was taken away by the performance of the Seedling and Sage team. Our captain, Jamie, made sure the night went off without a hitch. My wedding guests (many of whom work or have worked in hospitality) kept bringing up how spectacular, friendly and efficient the event staff was. Our hearts are so full of warmth and thanks towards Seedling and Sage for making our day special as it was. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

The communication was great, and Annette was very responsive and helpful. However, I really cannot recommend this company to anyone after what I experienced during the wedding day. The seedling and sage employees took all our center pieces (except 5), my bouquet, and my mother's bouquet without asking us. The gluten free/ vegan desserts we specially ordered and brought in for our family were thrown out. We were not asked beforehand if this was ok. We spent a good amount of money on the flowers and they were just all gone, it was heartbreaking.

When I first spoke with Missy I felt I could trust her with this very special event. She was going to be away for the actual date, but she created the menu and assured me her staff would do an excellent job the day of and they did! Eric, Amy, and Brooke arrived on time and brought everything together beautifully. My Father rarely says something is 'delicious' but that was his reaction to his porter house. Another guest said the salmon was the best she every had! Amy went above and beyond to make sure everything went well, she is truly a gem. The staff were very professional and left the kitchen spotless. Highly recommend! Thank you Missy, Amy, Eric & Brooke!!

I'm honestly still very disappointed with West Ave Grille. My husband and I used to go here all the…read moretime, and it was one of our go-to places for breakfast. Our meals would usually cost around $35 at most, so imagine our shock when we went in one day and were charged over $150 for TWO people. We ordered something as simple as bacon, eggs, home fries, and orange juice. Then we realized they were charging everything à la carte, even charging us separately for the eggs. When I questioned the manager about the bill, her response was simply that "prices went up." There was no real concern or attempt to explain why a basic breakfast for two had suddenly become over $150. At that point, I honestly felt like we had been overcharged. For those prices, I would expect a completely different level of experience. I shouldn't have to pay $150+ for two people to eat bacon, eggs, home fries and drink orange juice. Needless to say, we haven't been back since. It's not even about the money at this point. It's the principle and how the situation was handled. When you have loyal customers who have been coming to your restaurant for years, you shouldn't make them feel like they've been taken advantage of and then dismiss their concerns. Very disappointing because we genuinely used to enjoy coming here.
