Service needs major improvement at this location of the popular "Mexican-inspired" fast food spot. The food was okay-the standard Chipotle fare, but the sour attitudes at my visit also soured my experience. A simple reply to a customer's greeting, a little less impatience in the "You will have to pay extra for that" when I requested a bit more protein in what seemed to be a smaller than normal portion would have made a difference in my experience. I paid my extra for the protein and thankfully was on my way quickly. I'll skip this location in the future. read more

I've been to this Chipotle 3x and all three I had an horrible experience! Honestly I should have walked out but we're here. I've never been there and they had fajitas they're always out. And this time I asked for brown rice they were also out. HIRE STAFF THAT WANT TO WORK THERE OR CLOSE THE STORE I ordered a bowl. The rice was completely uncooked. I paid $16 for a chicken bowl with extra chicken. The chicken was covered in fat, there were big uncut pieces of chicken in the bowl. There were fajita peppers I didn't order. Thank God I'm not allergic. The only thing that was right was the side of guacamole and sour cream. Every time you walk into that store the store itself is filthy. Which is probably why you hardly ever see people dining it. Stopped here to grab lunch while I was in the area. I was shocked when I opened the door and saw a hugeeee line. I foolishly assumed this would move quickly since other Chipotles I have been to efficiently move their lines. No such luck... it took foreverrrrr to get food. Once I got to place my order the staff was all super friendly but they each moved so slow on the line. They appeared to have a lot of mobile orders coming in so in between the people waiting in line the employees were filling those orders which was holding up the customers in line that much more. Once I got my food it was delicious and tasted fresh. The tables inside were neglected as none of the staff were keeping up with them. They needed to be wiped down and cleaned off etc... Overall, I would return if in the area since the food was go but wouldn't wait in another crazy line at this location. read more

Worst chipotle I've been to in any state, ever, in my entire life. On two separate occasions I have placed an online order only to arrive and the order not even be close to being prepared. ADDITIONALLY once I make it known I'm there to pick up and order that was designated to be picked up already just continue serving the people in the line and make me wait. So basically if I walked in and got in line I'd have been serviced faster than I'd I ordered online 45 minutes in advance. I complained both times and both times they just looked at me like I was crazy. I've ordered lunch in Willow Grove almost daily some months and have NEVER had my order not be ready upon arrival. Tonight I ordered two burrito bowls. One for myself and my mom. I am vegan (no animal products or by-products), so I ordered a Sofritas bowl and no dairy products. My mom got a chicken burrito bowl which was supposed to have sour cream and cheese on it. We ordered from the Chipotle app around 8pm and it said our order was going to arrive by 8:31pm. Our order did not arrive until 9:07pm. Not only was it late, but it was so so WRONG! Whoever was making our bowls was looking at them at the same time and either rushing, cross eye, distracted, drunk or some combination because they completely mixed these bowls up. There was sour cream all over the sofritas bowl while other items were completely missing like the corn salsa and romaine lettuce, and the hot chili salsa. The chicken bowl had no sour cream, no cheese, 3 kernels of corn, but it did have the hot chili salsa that was supposed to be on the sofritas bowl. To make matters worse, the restaurant was closed by the time we got our food so there was no one I could speak to. Their app has no way to reach out once the order is closed. So I called the restaurants number just to see if someone would pick up or an automated message could direct me somewhere. The automated message directed me to my confirmation email and told me to find the "Need Help" link at the bottom. Here I had to chat with another robot and let them know that my order was incorrect. There solution was to provide me with 2 BOGO coupons with an expiration date about 4 weeks away. While I appreciate them giving me something, I really do not like this "solution" because they are ultimately just making you spend more money at their establishment instead of actually righting a wrong. It should have been an option for either a credit or a refund, not this BS. Do you really think I want to spend more money at a place that can't get my order correct? Not to mention they are getting really careless with the guacamole because there were enormous chucks of avocado and a piece of straight up avocado SKIN in the "large" (not so large for $6.15) side of gauc! The manager at the time tried to convince me that a rodent was apart of the avocado seed! I've never in my life seen such a thing. On Juneteenth I came by with a handful of friends to get a bowl and soda, I asked for some standard fillings and once i received it I noticed half my bowl was the rice and there were barely any toppings, i should've grabbed a picture, I asked them to put more of my toppings in my bowl but they told me all the portions were correct and the only thing i could get more of was rice. I was upset because i paid 15 dollars for half a container of food and a bev. I'd skip this chipotle. The line was also awfully long for there to be three people taking customers. If you're going to give us small amounts of food, atleast make the container smaller so there appears to be more. read more

This location deserves 0 stars. On my last visit the store it was obviously short staffed with extremely slow workers. The wait was FOREVER because they only had one person waiting on customers and he acted like he had all the time in the world, no sense of urgency at all. The manager is a miserable negative rough looking female who knows nothing about good, pleasant customer service and needs to be fired immediately. Another time I ordered 2 meals through DoorDash. They sent one correct and one that wasn't what I ordered and the container had someone else's name on it. I tried calling the store but there's an automated system that gives you no option to ever speak with anyone. I visited this establishment after a much needed spa day. As I was walking to my car, I decided to pick up a few salads and not cook tonight. I walked in the store and was promptly greeted by a young man around 6:15pm only to be told that they were out of lettuce. I love Chipotle and go to the ones downtown regularly. I went to this location today because I happened to be in West Oak Lane. As soon as I walked in, I saw a handwritten sign stating the store was out of queso and sour cream. Wth? So, I go and get a burrito bowel. I ended up getting a burrito bowl. They didn't have anymore fajita veggies so I had to take the one at the bottom of the pan. The serving area was a mess and the kitchen area behind it was too. The seating area was also dirty and something bizarre is going on with the construction of the floor. When I got to the register, a woman asked the cashier for a tray. The young man looked through a small stack of trays that were all dirty. Instead of cleaning the trays, the cashier wiped one off with his hands as we both looked on in shock. The woman declined the tray and simply walked to her table. By this point, I was so annoyed that I asked for a Manager. The young man was accommodating and offered us a free coupon for our next visit. I appreciated his effort, but this place needs more help than one Manager could possibly do on their own. read more

The service at this location was terrible! Upon entering the store there was one associate servicing the food counter whilst a line extending through half of the store waited. When I approached the counter, the associate stormed off, cursing and displaying incredibly unprofessional behaviors due to the fact that she was the only individual working. It is a rational and human reaction to be frustrated but in a food establishment filled with families that is unacceptable. Not only was the customer service poor but the restaurant was dirty! This location recently opened it is a very clean and wifi friendly place to eat. The seating is amazing and it offers you the option of eating out on the patio, very nice to grab a bite to eat for dinner and enjoy under the stars. I am not much of a meat eater so getting the soy option was perfect, having tofu on the menu is always a plus. I purchased the sofrita burrito bowl the first time and the sofrita burrito the second and each time it was delicious. The ingredients were fresh and delicious and the colors were very bold and inviting. I was pleased with the servers as they were patient when making my selections. I purchased the tortilla chips with queso which was delicious and a little mild for my taste especially since I like my food spicy, but it served its purpose. Unfortunately, the second time, they were out of queso which was NO GOOD. You should NEVER run out of ANYTHING. I would like to mention that the staff was friendly, patient, and clean which was appreciated and made the food more appetizing.
