Consistently delectable, the Colonel never disappoints. The service provided was exceptional. The meal was truly delightful.

I just learned about Rashad Lott, the man who KFC called the police on after they messed up his order. This situation could have been easily diffused had the employees not reacted with a quick temper. I saw the videos, and the way the employees were speaking about the situation made me question their credibility. A man's life should not be turned upside down over this. The employees made a choice to inflame the situation by trespassing the man resulting in the police arresting him. I saw nothing that indicated the employees attempted to resolve the situation or offer the customer anything to correct things. I wouldn't have left either after paying for my food. I go to this location often and while I usually have a good experience, they have at times messed up my order. This guy was a paying customer and the employees clearly lacked proper training on how to handle situations with frustrated customers. I will not be returning to this location until they issue a formal apology to Rashad Lott. read more

The workers do there best with what they have to work with. They were short staffed and getting very aggressive costumers that were incredibly rude over the fact that the had to wait a whoping 5 minutes for someone to take there order as if there wasnt a digital assistant next to the counter that you can take your own order with. I saw 3 people working the entire restaurant and felt horrible for the high schoolers that were getting snapped at because they weren't being fast enough. read more

At 4:00 this afternoon I tried to purchase a chicken pot pie and pay for my order with cash. The cashier said there was no change, but would check with a the manager. Christy, the manager came out and said they didn't have change and no pot pies. She said she was filling a large catering order. I said okay then I'll pay with a credit card and get strips. Christy came back with, "you don't understand, I'm in the middle of filling a catering order" and weren't going to serve me. When I questioned her she accused me of being abusive (no raised voices or swearing) and not to come back to the store. Geez, all I wanted was a pot pie! read more

While I'll give the small staff credit for being polite, it's apparent to an average customer that this location severely lacks any semblance to professionalism and pride in what they do. I visited via the drive thru and ordered a 12 piece OG recipe meal (requested 2 mashedspuds & gravy, green beans, 2 sauces) and a 10 pc cherry pie poppers. I was asked to pull forward after paying for my order, because my cherry pie poppers were being freshly prepared. I did as requested,and watched as several customers left with their orders, but a few quickly returned with receipts and the bag they'd taken to their vehicles. After about a 15 minute (at least) wait, the employee brought my order to my truck. I trusted they'd gotten my order correct and drove to my home ten minutes away. Imagine my embarrassment when I arrived with a surprise dinner for my family and discovering my order was not only incorrect, but also incomplete. The 12 pc bucket contained 2 wings, 1 drumstick, and 8 thighs... all of it extremely greasy and some undercooked. The biscuits were fantastic for oddly shaped bread cutouts. The sauces & honey were invisible, which made dipping a bit tricky, but we tried to compensate with gratitude for what was purchased that was edible. I admit I felt rather butt hurt because the cherry pie poppers I'd paid for weren't included, but my retirement income only goes so far, and so does my patience after a point. I called the KFC location where I'd purchased and the nice person on the phone apologized profusely, promising to correct everything if I returned. My son went back for me, since I needed to stabilize my blood sugar. He was given a shit ton of honey and BBQ sauces, a bag with soggy cherry pie "things," and no chicken breasts, still. My son told me he was standing at the counter when he overheard the lady tell some guy to grab some chicken breasts for the order. That guy walked to the back and my son watched as the guy grabbed the bag of honey, sauces, and sloppy cherry crap, handed it to her and said it was done. It should be noted that there are 2 chicken competitors within a city block of thisclown car of a restaurant. I've tried the one across the street (name rhymes with "stop by!") which had good food and excellent service. I'll try the one next to this KFC next time. I may try a different location of KFC, but as far as this one goes, I highly recommend the reader runs, not walk, far and fast from this place. I ordered a fill up box @ 5.25 for pick up at 6. Went to this location to pick up and arrived @5:59. My order wasn't ready . They said they were working on it now and it would be just a minute. While drive up customers were getting their orders. Then I was told they forgot to put down fries! It's a fill up box, they all have fries. Bad service here and it's not the first time. Ordered the 20$ meal. Chicken was over cooked on the outside a little greasy on the inside. Not satisfied normally always satisfied at other locations. Rest of the sides that came with the meal were very good. Probably not returning to this location again. I know it was only 20$ but seems like the quality has been lacking. read more

If it wasn't such a comedy of errors it would be a sad experience. So went to this KFC around 4:00 in the afternoon. Ordered a 3 piece famous recipe with mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, a pot pie, and an extra side order of mashed potatoes and gravy and an extra side order of coleslaw. Not overly complicated. Yeah. Got it home and I got some weird chicken nugget over mashed potatoes with some corn mixed in A very large order of mashed potatoes, a fair size container of gravy, and a large order of coleslaw. No 3 piece chicken dinner. And I can't believe what I got was considered chicken pot pie. I've had KFC"s chicken pot pie. It was very good and looked like a pot pie. So I'm a good 15 mins one way and I don't want any crap now that I have to drive back so I call. The lady I spoke to was as sweet as honey and apologized up one wall and down another. Said they knew exactly what happened and they would have my correct order ready for me when I got back. So I packed everything back in the bag and headed back. Once there the lady at the drive-thru window refused to take the wrong items back and handed me a fairly heavy bag back thru the drive-thru window with what looked like a couple of cooks and another employee looking on. I assumed (That word haunts my world. Ass u me a perfect example) that this time they got the order correct. In fact, the nice as she could be lady at the window repeated my order back to me with a wink and a nod. Not really sure what that was all about but I figure they might have added an extra piece of chicken or a couple of extra biskets size I'm now 45 mins and 30 miles out of my way. So, I get home. Hungry and ready for some piping hot chicken and my friend is ready for her pot pie. What I got was 3 chicken sandwiches, another one of these weird mash,gravy,corn chicken nugget in a bowl things. Another large side of mash and gravy and a side of Mac n cheese. And 4 cookies. I guess they were out of chicken because I never even saw a piece. I would have given this a 1 star rating because let's face it folks this had to be either the dumbest bunch of employees or they just were not paying attention or maybe both. But they were all so nice and apologetic I had to add the extra star. Just do yourselves a favor and check your order before you leave the window. This is a drive-thru-only food place. Bad customer service with people that don't know how to take a order through a window and just outright disrespectful with nasty food

Ordered online. Arrived to pick up order and stood at the counter without being acknowledged. The 4 high school delinquents working behind the counter were inept. Poor attitudes, rude and awful customer service. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait and then after 10-15 mins was told it would be another 20-30 mins. I was the only customer inside. Had to call customer service to get a refund. I will never visit this location again. Never seen anything this pathetic in my life. Let's see how long this location stays in business. read more

Don't understand what everyone was bitching about. Was a regular KFC to me. Considering KFC is my go to drive through I think I know the difference between a bad KFC and a good KFC. Service was fast and staff were friendly. read more

This place just opened up and figured they would have their best foot forward. Boy was I wrong. The cashier, Chantel, seemed to be bothered that we even showed up. She never asked if we would like to order, I guess we were supposed to read her mind. As we waited for our food, two drive through customers came in because they weren't given the correct order.
