Their fries and potato wedges? Stale. Their Chicken strips? Stale. Their chicken wings? Dry, boney and stale. Their extra crispy bone in chicken? Stale. EVEN THEIR CHICKEN SANDWITCHS! STALE AF! Thier new chicken sandwitch was so stale and dry i couldnt bring myself to swallow it. My suspicion is that they cook all of the food for their opening at 10pm and just leave it under a heat lamp. That chicken sandwitch i had tasted like it had been sitting out for days not hours. This is easily one of the worst KFCs in the country because they are serving up food that LITERALLY is not edible. The only thing that this location makes that isnt stale is the chicken nuggets because its the only thing made fresh. Their customer service is respectful and good which goes a long way which is why im giving them 2 stars instead of 1. read more

I loved the service here and the food was delicious. I would definitely come here again.

I'm surprised this kfc id still in business. Their food quality is really below par of what should be served. They need quality control bad.

I don't eat kfc a lot but when I finally decided to get it for family dinner not only did I have to wait for my order to be done but they also forgot a few items and when I called they didn't seem like they gave a shit horrrrible just horrible read more

Worst fried chicken ever! Terrible service terrible food Nasty! Can fried chicken get any worse? read more

This place just sucks the attitude is horrible , I literally went in there with a coupon and the Indian manager gave me attitude, the young guy who actually took my order asked me how I wanted my chicken ( crispy , grilled or original) I said crispy the lady jumped in and said oh that coupon is only honored in original, honestly times make us have to use coupons and for the negative reaction out of this situation makes me feel very discriminated against and very disrespected, I've had multiple bad experiences with this location but this is probably the worst I felt just trying to get dinner to feed my family Side note the sitting area was better than the manager's attitude read more

So much hype with all the chicken sandwiches these days. Popeyes, McDs, BK, etc, all either updating or adding fried chicken sandwiches to their menus. Popeyes even just added a fried fish sandwich, next new trend? Anyhoo.... Just finished trying KFCs new Classic Chicken Sandwich. As you can see from the pic, huge ass piece of fried chicken breast, moist, delicious and of course crispy. Also inside are pickles and mayo then holding everything together, a pillowy brioche "style" bun. Overall I'd say it was pretty good. My only beef or chicken with the sandwich was the bun. It has a weird artificial butter flavor, perhaps margarine? In any case, if they'd change that I'd be pretty happy. Popeye's makes the best fast food fried chicken sandwich in my book, KFC comes in a close second. However with so many other fried chicken sandwiches coming soon my book could be changing. Hold on tight, fried chicken sandwich wars have begun. read more

KFC - KFC NEW Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo - Fast Food Near Me - Napa, California

I was visiting in Napa the other day and starving. I didn't want a burger and all the fast foods lines were so long except KFC. The food was terrible. Not fit for human consumption. Made me feel like crap chicken was cold the biscuit was like a hockey puck and the fries were so salty. I love the KFC in Vacaville but never will I give this location in Napa a try. Oh I paid $15 what a ripe off. Shameful read more

Service. They really need to learned who is the customer and how to approach them. They get in a bad attitude and try to made you feel liked they are giving the food for free.I was giving KFC a chance here in Napa. You know who you are lady that worked today at 4:30 PM. read more

I would highly suggest management supervise the staff at night. Came to the drive thru at 9:20 pm and was told it would take 14 minutes to make chicken but tenders would be available right away. This wasn't true as I was asked to park and wait. Not only was I asked about what I ordered when I got to the window but I ended up waiting 15 minutes and was missing food from my order. When I went to the door to ask for my missing items I witnessed the employee take a hit from his vape pen, employees were cooking with no gloves and it appeared they had their friends in the store hanging out. read more

Very good experience, food was great and excellent customer service by alex and another worker named chris! I come every Saturday and they are always on top of their game and helping me out with no problems read more

Don't you ever have a craving for KFC?? Lol! we only get it a couple times a year, but that's when we just have to have that chicken! And even though the mashed potatoes aren't real potatoes, I still like them! I think it must be a childhood memory? The coleslaw is just way too sweet for me, so I come home and put it in a colander and rinse the whole thing off and add a little mayo, salt and vinegar and then it's delicious! You can't go wrong with their biscuits either... Throw them in the microwave with real butter, and they are fabulous! I don't even remember the last time I've been in side the restaurant, so I can't comment on the ambience... But the drive-through people are always friendly! read more

Took my "special" lovely family to kfc they all seem to love it, Diego Falcon(the one in the middle), said the chicken was a 10/10 Jose (the one in the front said the biscuits are better than the Popeyes ones David(the one at the end) said the chicken nugs where fantasticc read more

Ordered the new wraps and the chicken was undercooked and slimy. Awful had to be thrown away so I don't get food poisoning. Called them and the woman who answered never apologized just said 'we cook it perfectly' and 'why didn't you bring it back?' I have a 65mile commute and I'm not about to go back to return some chicken. Highly dissatisfied with her response and lack of care. I will never visit this location again!! read more

KFC - Undercooked dangerous chicken! Beware!! They didn't even care! - Fast Food Near Me - Napa, California

I wish there was a Popeye's closer to home because KFC is failing a liberal politician discussing the crime rate in California. I took a picture of the drumsticks that was given to me and I thought they were wings because of there size. This is a sad excuse for trying to cut good cost. read more

Went through the drive-through ordered the $20 bucket it came with two wings two drumsticks two thighs and two breasts. By the time I got home and opened up the bucket the wings I had to throw away and the drumsticks were all dried up the chicken must've been sitting there all day always inspect the food before you drive away is what I've learned from KFC read more

I used to eat here occasionally when I was in th mood for some good chicken. My favorite was either the chicken pot pie or the extra crispy fried chicken. The pot pie was always ho and fresh and so delicious. I loved that crispy pie topping on it. So good. And lots of big chunks of delicious chicken in a scrumptious gravy, with los of vegetables mixed in. My second favorite being the extra crispy chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, with string beans They also have delicious chocolate chip cookies This place was always clean inside and the staff were always so friendly And I would always take home some of their delicious cole slaw. So creamy and so tasty. Great place. read more

It's not that difficult. MISSING Items in my Order. I hate that. Just follow the Damn Order Screen. But...I'll give them this. I had to go back, but they were willing to fix their mistake. It's just an IRRITATING waste of time. read more

If zero stars was possible I would. KFC was open staff in kitchen and thirty minutes before closing., multiple staff standing around in their cell phone, waited five minutes and no order taken. No customers inside and no customers in front of us in drive through! So drove off, will never be stopping here again in our commutes from work to home. read more

Terrible service, waited trapped in the drive through line forever. Finally the person in front picked up their order and left. We still were left sitting there. We finally asked if they were going to take our order and the person responded that there were just two workers trying to do it all. To please be patient. We had sat there another 18 minutes, with no one in front of us. Out of frustration we drove away without placing our order. As we went by the window, we were surprised to see there were no customers inside. read more

Kentucky Fried Chicken has struggled with its image. In the role of the Colonel, they've had the tanned George Hamilton, Rob Lowe, Ray Liotta, Titanic villain Billy Zane, comedian Jim Gaffigan, and now country star Reba McEntire- https://www.pastemagazine.com/articles/2017/04/every-kfc-colonel-sanders-actor-ranked.html I got the Nashville hot. Right now they have a "Flavors of the South" so you can get some south in your mouth- Georgia Gold, Smoky Mountain. The Nashville is kind of "hot." It has an odd aftertaste, as do the biscuits. The mashed potatoes&gravy were gross, so much so they went straight to the garbage. The chicken&pickles were OK. The biscuits were strange- not that soft, with a weirdly sweet aftertaste. The service was fine. Didn't have to wait that long. The dining area was clean, but despite the lunch rush, it was a ghost town. Even the drive thru wasn't busy. All the other fast food joints nearby were doing a business. This one is just meh. read more

I have to give a huge shout out to this KFC! I was having a little stay-cation in Napa with my daughter and her 'special request' was dinner from KFC, which we rarely do. I called a different location the night before, an hour before they closed and was told they were closing early because they were 'out of chicken' (they will get a separate review!). Daughter was super bummed and ended up coming to this location the following night. At the drive thru, 30 minutes before closing, I tried to order a $20 fill up - they said they only had 4 pcs of chicken left. I thought it was going to be a repeat of the night before, but INSTEAD, they offered to make me a batch of fresh chicken if I was willing to wait 23 minutes. SCORE! These sweet employees were working on their close up clean up and were willing to put in a batch for us. On top of it, they offered a complimentary beverage for while we waited and everything was done with smiles and genuine friendliness. The cashier according to receipt was OSVALDOS and the woman that delivered to our car was Avian (not sure if spelled correctly). They were both over the top friendly. Thanks ladies - you made my daughter's night, which makes my night! :-) read more

If I can put a zero star I would. It is 8:42pm and they told me they are limited in chicken.....i ordered a 3 piece chicken and they do not have it? They close at 10:00pm. They are KFC. I can't really say that I love KFC, but I do love the Tuesday special of 99 cent for a 2 piece leg and thigh. The staff is cool and the food is always served in a reasonable time. You may have to wipe your own table and booth of miscellaneous crumbs. Oh well, it is KFC. read more
