This seems like a busy location. I ordered 2 hot honey tender meals inside the restaurant that took a extremely time. While the dtive thru was getting their food very quickly and I stood waiting. I'm assuming maybe the tenders just took longer to make but it was like 10 minutes of a wait. But it's not that big of a deal, just know you will have a wait because other people inside were also waiting while yet the drive thru was steady getting their food. Maybe the person running drive thru knew what they were doing more than the one running inside orders . Anyways at least the tenders were fresh. My son frys were cold but at this point I just wanted to be done with it and leave to eat. KFC on Telegraph in Monroe Michigan is the worst. It has been bad for awhile but tonight the worst ever. I ordered the tenders with Cole slaw and the 2 piece meal. When I had entered the store there was orders placed across the counters, the guy taking care of the window was talking on his phone and not to a customer as I could hear him. The girl who was working there ran around the place crying and went to the back never saw her again. Once the window guy finally got off his phone he asked me what I wanted, didn't bother to apologize. I get my order home and both orders were horrible! The tenders were burnt and shrive up, unrecognizable! The 2 piece meal the same, the meat was like rubber, burnt and shriveled up had the throw both orders away. We ordered an online order (first and last time), said it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I arrived about 10 minutes later and went inside to pick it up. Was told in would be about another 8 minutes. People came in ordered their food and received their food while I was still waiting (I saw them leave, after eating their food). The workers were only worried about the drive thru, before I finely got my food there were about eight people waiting on online orders. I waited inside 50 minutes before getting my food, are you F-ing kidding me, 50 minutes! I could have driven thought the drive thru and gotten eight orders in that time. Last few times there they shorted my food. Called in immediately and they say they are putting you on a list for next time but don't. Call up there and they don't know what's on the website per meal. Ask for the manager's name and told he don't have to give it to me. I'd give a negative stars but ya can't do that. read more

My wife ordered a online order and said it would be ready in five minutes. I arrived and went through the drive through gave my name which my wife put the order in. Was told to drive around and wait in the parking lot and would be two or three minutes and they would bring it to my car. Which was no problem as I dont mind waiting for hot food. I asked the young lady to please make sure the sauces and honey were in the bag and she said no problem. I pull around and waited until I was there for 10 minutes and mind you no cars in drive through or in parking lot only my vehicle. I called and asked on the status of my order and the gentleman who answered said he would have to ask. I heard another co worker say "oh it's ready". He brought it out and when I got home the fries, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes and chicken were all cold. So it must have just sat there while they were in there talking and goofing off. Who ever owns this restaurant / franchise really should do something with the staff they're hiring. It's shameful that the employees will gab and let food get cold when customers are paying hard earned money trying to feed their families. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!! read more

They don't have the KFC wings special and don't have jalapeño peppers. The staff is friendly but don't have what is advertised on TV.

Typical fast food. Went through drive-in and guy taking my order wanted to make sure I knew that the Chicken Littles had pickle and mayo - I appreciated that as I am not a fan of pickles. Food tasted good. Only drawback was that I did not get any napkins in my drive through order...kinda strange, when eating in the car you need at least one napkin to get through a meal. read more

KFC is a bit expensive for a fast food restaurant, but you get a good amount of food for your money (usually). I personally love the biscuits. The chicken and sides at this location are typically well-cooked and reasonably fresh. Much better than the other KFC in town, which is horrible. Staff here are polite and quick, but often there's issues with the order (missing sides, no gravy for potatoes, etc.) so be sure to check your order before driving off. If they were better in that regard, they would get four stars. read more

This place is unbelievable. Not only did they get my order wrong. But ended up busting my passenger side shock and ball joint in the drive thru. They had a gigantic pothole just after u go pass the pay window. The owner refuses to meet with me to settle the situation. You run an establishment and you treat your customers like crap cause u refuse to fix your drive thru. I took pictures and got estimates of the damages.
