We used to really like this BWW. I had a few conversations with one of the managers many years ago after a small complaint with our meal. He came by the table and asked us how it was, I said it was good but could have been better. He asked how? I told him everything was actually very good except for the fried pickles, it was obvious that whoever cooked them pulled a frozen cluster from the bag, threw it into the oil and then dumped the connected mess with raw coating into the serving plate. It was mostly inedible. He genuinely cared, our next visit he recognized me, gave us a free order of fried pickles and came back to ask how they were. This time was far worse. Wednesday 5:00 in the evening, we were the only ones there. That should have been a sign. Ordered 15 traditional wings and large onion rings. The wings were disgusting, all small (tiny) drumettes, no wing sections. Cooked to death at least an hour (probably more) before we arrived. The onion rings were undercooked. The server took our order then sat at a high-top with 5-7 other employees. Came back over when it was obvious we were done, never asked how it was, and gave us our bill. Last night my guest and I were sitting in the dining room with only a few tables around us, when a manager wearing a grey sweater and long brown hair shouted at a server saying "you're f-ing drama" i think that was highly unprofessional on her part to do that in front of guests and i don't know if I'd return if this allowed to be continued behavior. read more

Walked in today for lunch. Parking lot mostly empty. Sign said seat yourself. 95% of the tables were dirty. Cups and empty cans everywhere. Sat at the cleanest table for about 10 minutes. Buffalo Wild Wings used to be one of my favorite places. It wasn't the greatest food, but it was good and for a fair price. For at least this location in particular, I'm done. Unless I hear of some sort of overhaul, I will never be back. I think the food can be blamed on the whole chain. Since things went to a new recipe for things like tenders and boneless wings, the chicken has been nasty at best. It's always chewy and malformed. I'm not sure how they even do this, but sometimes one side seems to be overcooked and the other nearly raw batter. How could that even happen? The sides are often charred on the outside but again nearly raw on the inside. How do you screw up potato wedges? That is when you give me the wedges I order and not fries. And then the menu in general... things have fallen off the menu and never returned which is sad. And the pricing has gotten ridiculous. You get less, pay more, and the quality has went way downhill. Does not make one want to return. The service at this location before the pandemic began was already abysmal. Wrong orders, long wait times and just general sloppiness. Now it has reached new levels of bad. Nearly every order over the past year has been wrong. Shame on me for only thinking to check the order about half the time before leaving, but seriously. Order wedges but get fries. Order five tenders but get three. Order honey bbq sauce but get *something* that wasn't honey bbq. And the timing it gives you on the ordering system? Hardly every correct. Add 20 minutes to it most days. So, so long Bdubs and thanks for all the "chicken"... I've spent many thousands of dollars at your various restaurants since 1997-ish. Me and my Husband come here at least 3 times a month and the staff is very friendly !! We have never had anything wrong with our food it's always out in awesome timing. We actually decided to come eat here after we got married in Friday and our server who I don't remember her name but we had 8 people sat in the bar area . This is your typical chain restaurant. With that said it's not why I gave it 2 stars. The main reason is the service isn't all that great. They have very little knowledge of the bar and beer selections and when ordering soda pop they seem hassled by getting you refills. Now with that said this is not always the case. We've probably gone here 4 times out of the past 2 months and this has been the case 3 of the 4 times. Not that great of odds of getting a good server but still not always horrible. I do enjoy spicy food and am a big fan of the mango habanero. This is very hot and not for the timid. For something a little less spicy but a slight kick is the Asian zing. This is a family favorite. What can you say. There a great chain with very good wings. My choice is the garlic Parmesan with potato wedges both ranch and blue cheese to dip followed with a diet pop. They have great food and beverage selections. Our local restaurant has very friendly wait staff sometimes a bit of a wait when their busy on both drinks and food but they try. They always do the pay per view mma fights which I love. Great place to meet for lunch, dinner, date or group events. It seems to be the Yelp consensus that this is a 2-3 star establishment. You know what you're getting when it comes to the food, so there's no point in talking about that. The thing that frustrates me about this location is that the kitchen cannot seem to get their food out quickly. There have been multiple occasions where our wait times seem much longer than usual, and for no good reason, really. The servers are also a bit inconsistent- even ones that seem decent usually fall off the face of the earth after the first bite check in. Generally somewhere between first bite and meal completion, people need a refill. It's hard to eat spicy food and not drink a ton, right? Beer tap lines are always clean. The food is always hot, it might take a little longer then other locations but that's fine. Always plenty of seats, and TVs with the right mix of local, and national sports. I have been in with kids and the kids tablets are a plus. Just make sure the kids go wash their hands before lunch. The manager stood and talked for a while with someone at the counter but didn't ask us if we needed anything after an hour. Walked by several times. Ridiculous. We came in and we're seated right away, asked if we wanted a high top, response was sure. We walked over to the high top tables and the tables were pushed so close together you couldn't even pull out the chairs. Upon telling the host, it wasn't going to work, he said he'd be right back. Looking around there were 5 high top tables covered in food and cups yet they couldn't clean the tables?...10 minutes later of standing by the table...finally a waitress comes over to take our order...still standing..we asked for another table again and she finally moved us over to a booth. Ordered food, got the appetizer of chips and queso right away to the table, but our order took easily over an hour..and what did we get? Wings, salad and nachos...I didn't know it took an hour to prepare that? Weird. Then to get it and it wasn't even hot, wings were practically sauceless, of course. Meanwhile sitting here looking at 4 tables covered in food and drinks, which they have been covered for the last hour..and there's a line out the door..maybe if the tables were clean the line wouldn't be out the door? wish i could half ass my job. read more

Good food, but... I've only left a $1 tip for a full meal twice in my life before tonight and one was the last time I came here a few months back. Once again, the food is great, but we got outright ignored by the waitstaff. My husband and I walked in at 8:40 pm or so last Wednesday. The place is nearly empty. For a few minutes, we watch a woman sweeping behind the counter who looks at us once, then (unhurriedly) continues sweeping into the kitchen. Several minutes later, the (very nice) Manager apologizes and seats us with menus and gets our drink order. He says the server is doing... Something... And she should be out soon. He comes back ten minutes later, apologizes, and takes our order himself. Ten minutes after that, he apologizes for the delay on the food and someone else brings it out soon after. THEN, our "server" appears. She doesn't take too long to get extra salsa, but we have to flag her over for refills. For most of the meal, she's disappeared, and the only time we got pre-bussed was when she drops off the bill. The manager checks on us again, again apologizes. She picks it up only five minutes later. Sigh. The restaurant is, however, neat and tidy. Sweeping Hostess does sweep. read more

Maybe BWW is a different experience if in a different city, but in Monroe, it seems like a kiddie sports bar. I'm not a big sports bar fan in general, but I guess the best comparison would be to a Hooter's... and in that regard there's really no comparison. The seating is most uncomfortable. The wings are good, but not great. Definitely not a great value. And the rest of the menu is a total fail. It seems like the inmates may be running the asylum, at least at the Monroe location. The table service is consistantly lacking. They probably don't want to pay enough to get good management, so that's the end result. No thanks. read more

Look, this place is exactly what you'd expect: The drinks are fine, the wings are alright, and its a decent place to meet friends to watch a game. What I will say is this establishment has one of the dumbest managers I've ever met in my life. He had the nerve to tell my sister in law that she needed to have an American form of ID to consume alcohol. She clearly has an Australian accent & even showed her passport to show she was above 21.
