I ate inside today for the first time. It's disgusting really really bad. No tables are clean no chairs are clean or booths either. I see a machine where the chicken is in and it was going off the whole time saying water heater failure and there's chicken still inside. Everything is sticky and the soda machine is ready gross and the mountain doesn't taste right. This place is less then mediocre. read more

A strange location for a KFC/Taco Bell - not QUITE off the interstate with the gas stations, hotel, and McDonalds... Thankfully, we could see it just down the way. Service was fine and the food was as expected. read more

The food here is pretty meh, considering you have to wait up to 30mins in a drive through. Not to mention the staff is pretty rude and they have sassy woman who will talk back to the customer. As well as always getting orders messed up and never cutting their grass so imagine what the kitchen looks like. read more

See the photos I posted. Not very clean restaurant. Service is ok.I have visited this Taco Bell/KFC several times over the last two years. I've always noticed that it's not all that clean. In fact, if you look above the soda machine on the wall it's dusty can can be. Hate for that nastiness to float down onto my food. If you go to the men's room you can also see signs of long term neglect. Sink is stained, garbage can needs wipe down and urinal barely flushes. Would hate to see the kitchen. read more

TRUCKERS STEER CLEAR!!!!! This is in a truck stop area and lobby is still closed. They have a hand written note to truckers to walk through drive through. How inconsiderate. if you are here go across the street to McDonald's or subway or one of the 2 dine in restaurants there or within couple blocks.... This has been a complaint for months with TB owners responding that they will take the feedback and fix it...... but months later we are still in same situation.... The three guys who work there were not warm to say the least. When picking up my meal, I asked them to check if the meal on the counter is mine (no number on the tray), I was told it was not for my number so not mine. I went back to my seat and waited. I knew that tray was mine but since there was no number that's why I asked. About two minutes later no one claimed that tray of food and one of the guys brought it to me. What was that?!?!?! My standards weren't super high, as it is a KFC/Taco Bell. I'm in the middle of a move, and my dad (after a full day of driving) had a visceral hunger that could "only be satiated by KFC." After docking at a nearby hotel, we walked to this location to get food. We got our food quickly, and the Mac N' Cheese was nice, hot, and fresh. The Cole slaw was all right, and the chicken was well original and crispy (mixed bucket). I'm curious about the sweet corn, as this small town is apparently known for its sweet corn. The staff was excellent from start to finish. Crystal was my server, and she was very personable. There was a tall gentleman (whose name I didn't catch) who chatted sports with me before granting my request for an extra bag and other items. Like I said, my standards weren't supper high (yeah puns), but this place made enough of an impact that I felt I needed to say something! Keep up that service! read more

Stopped here on our way to Galena. The service was sooooooo slow. They got our order wrong on two items. Part of my order was cold. Missing part of another order. They put mayo on the sandwich when we were firm on the sandwich being PLAIN. The biscuit was doughy. Oh my goodness!! This is one time I wish I went to McDonalds. Ugh. read more

Unbelievable. After ordering at lunch in the drive up, I was asked to pull forward while my order was getting ready. Due to the way the plowed, this meant it was difficult for cars leaving to get out. I took a call while I was waiting, during which I noticed the girl that took my order eave. Odd, as it was lunch, not end of shift. I got off my call 12 minutes later (I looked at call timer), no order. I pulled around and went in. When I walked up to the counter, they knew nothing about my order. I asked if they had any orders waiting or up on screen, they said no. I told them I had ordered, been sitting outside waiting. To their credit, they simply asked what I had ordered and made it up, hence two rather than one star. read more

Service is always super slow. Don't be in a hurry if you're coming here, it's like they don't know when lunch or dinner time is. Drive trough has a screen but I'm not sure the last one it worked, so don't be surprised if your order is messed up read more

If I could give them no stars I would. The manager there should be fired and should not have ever been a manager there. I got a 12 pc chicken strip meal ,small cole slaw , 2 chicken legs ,2 breast, 2 chicken little at 130 today for supper today for my family. And she excused me of eating the 2 legs on my way home when I live in amboy and screamed and yelled at me and called me a Lier and hung up on me. My daughter loves the legs from there I told her and that's what she eats from there. She didn't care at all. They weren't even busy the time I was there and had to wait almost half hr just for my food and tried telling me she packed it right. Obviously not. I told her I would even take a pic that we were just eating it and she still called me a lier. I asked for a # above her and she refused and hung up on me. Idc if it is a few hrs later or not I wouldn't call if I had gotten what I paid for. Some ppl pick up things to eat for supper when they don't live in a town that has a ton of places to get food. I use to work for a kfc and never had treated a customer like that or our managers we had. I just want to make sure ppl are aware not to go to that kfc u get poor service and if ur getting something to eat for ur family for supper make sure it's right before u leave parking lot.
