This location is by far the worst McDonald's location I have ever been to. 3 out of 4 items ordered were not correct. No sauces given, but argued with me that they were in the bag. Offered for him to check for himself. Clearly they have an employee issue. read more

Fries not fresh, they re-soaked them in oil(i hate when places do this as if you cant taste the difference lol), asked for no salt & my blood pressure is going crazy. Chicken not cooked thoroughly. Hamburger was decent. Bring a mask. read more

I just placed with my family with the drive thru cashier at 8:35 pm on December 6th. We received our order incorrectly and the cashier refused to provide us with a correction bluntly stating that "it's not my problem and I will walk the f**k out". We asked to speak to a manager after receiving the vulgar language with children in the car. Mackenzie, the manager, refused to provide us with the cashiers name to complain to corporate and we had to leave our vehicle while still waiting for food to retrieve her name and our food. If I could 0 stars on this place I would. Worsts customer service ever. The lid on my coffee wasn't closed all the way, so when I went to move it. The coffee spilled, I cleaned what I could as my husband went and told the employee, long red hair and glasses.. that there was a spill. She was frustrated and mad. Came out with mop and swore at the mess and showed her disgust, as we were at the next table over at this point. A customer was at the kiosk right next to her, he was trying to order. He asked for help and at this point she was pretty much done mopping, told him EXTREMELY rude that no she couldn't help him she was busy and she didn't know how to work it anyway so she wasn't helping, he had to figure it out. Food was awful, wouldn't give any more packs of ketchup because they were to busy to get more. We left due to the sheer ignorance of this woman. Never in a million years should you complain about a spill out loud with customers present. I manage a truck stop and things get spilled a lot. My team and I clean It up no problem and tell the customer it's no problem, it happens. And we do it with a smile. As we left I told a man at the kiosk he should go to the subway instead, the place was dirty and employees rude and ignorant. read more

Typical Mickey D's fare.we were craving Big Macs! Place needs refurbishing though. Seemed dirty even though it wasn't. It is Attached to the truck stop & subway. They were very short staffed and even offered an on the spot interview for anyone who wanted one. They did a good job getting our food out quickly despite being short staffed. read more

Typical McDonald's however the staff is not nice and they are slow. Most employees act like they don't want to be here. Thru conversations between the front and the back staff are something that should not be discussed while there are customers present. This place is gettin worse. Takes 20 minutes to get your order. I've waited the last 3 times I've been here. 2 out of the 3 times our order was wrong. The customer service is horrible. I only gave ur one star cuz I had to give it something. This McDonalds was one of the fastest and cheapest McDonald's in Illinois that I've been to. There was a bunch of us (at least 20) that came into the restaurant because our bus had made a pit stop at Love's. I was impressed by the speed the workers were going at. They were handling us, in addition to regular patrons, as well as the drive thru customers. Small fries and a cheeseburger were only $2! You cant get that in Chicago! Also, the wrappers for the fries and burger included the calorie count and nutritional content. Impressive! read more

I travel a lot, & have been looking for a place to take a BREAK, & this Love's McD's has, unknowingly, "fit the need." It's easy OFF/ON of I-80, with the addition of a Subway, & Love's food, snacks, & travel needs store. I find the seating having a superbly "CCC," convenient, comfortable, & clean. The servers were "CCC," competent, clean & courteous. I dot my breakfast items, FRESH, hot, & in a timely manor. read more

This place was amazing... They refused to take our lunch order until exactly 10:30 AM. Then proceeded to make our food with no gloves and no handwashing after handling money. There were no courteous smiles or thank you's either. read more

For the price we had to pay for two meals this would have to be the worst experience ever. First of all the fries they gave us we old and when we went to return them they tried to give us a smaller size than the ones that we ordered. Our double quarter pounder had a patty that was not cooked all the way through. Our other burger did not have all the toppings that it is suppose to come with. But with the way they acted when we went to get our fries changed out we didn't even attempt to correct our burgers cuz it would have been more hassle than we wanted to deal with. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that the cashier had a good personality. Everyone else working there were horrid. Will not be going here again. read more

I am in the military, we came in with a bus of us and this McDonald's gave us all our food for free! Sooo appreciative of them to do this. ordered a mcchicken sandwich with only cheese. opened it up and got a bun with a single slice of cheese. no chicken. the screen was correct, receipt was correct, even the sticker on the sandwich. if something seems strange maybe ask the customer to clarify what they're ordering. read more

Went thru drive thru today. Wanted to use code from app. Didn't want meals. Told them I didn't want meals and they still put as a meal. Took a minute to change everything over. Ordered 2 6 piece nuggets. Only got one. They corrected this and gave me a 10 piece. My husband ordered the artisan sandwich. There was nothing on this. Just piece of chicken on the bread.. we need ottawa to hurry up with the remodel. Done going to the one utica. Never had an order come out right. read more

All I can say is that I hope I don't get food poisoning. It's my fault; I should have turned around and gone somewhere else after I saw the filth all over. However, I had already ordered and paid before I really got a good look around. The soda fountains had soda, ice, and papers all over. The counter hadn't been wiped down in a while and the ice cream machine looked as though it had never been cleaned. Other customers commented on it as well, and it was Obvious the manager didn't give a ... Well, you know what I mean. Will not go here again. read more
