    open 24 hours.
    Anthony A.

The kids working here at about 1 AM were nice. Its strange to have a 24 hour dining room. The digital menu indicates hash browns available 24 hours, however the counter person informed us this was not true. Due to the size of te store there are a limited number of fryers which prevents hash browns. The digital menu is produced for all of the stores and not individually. Good to know but way more information than I needed for a McDonald's. I am not a fan of fast food and this was no exception. I am a fan of 24 hour places to eat off the highway. Clean store. Well lit parking lot. Friendly staff. The food is reflective of the price you pay for it.

Husband ordered a big mac and they only put 1 patty on. Top half was just buns. We always have low expectations for McDs but dang.

Horrible service. Lazy slow and horrible. Ray Kroc would be ashamed. Dont go here unless you have half a day to waste on laziness.

The Knight and The Bible…read more On a drive up to Chicago to catch a vacation flight, we stopped at The Cup and The Scone to get us caffeinated for the rest of the drive. We got there about 30 minutes before close and the barista was super nice as we ordered our drinks. Emily got a caramel latte and I got the.. you guessed it... an iced americano. We also grabbed a blueberry-lemon, cranberry-orange, and birthday cake scone. While we stood there as the barista was making our drinks, we chatted her up a bit and we were able to get a few free stickers from her. She said they don't use them all too much and was happy to give us two each. Once we got our drinks, we took off to the upper part of the coffeehouse and promised we wouldn't be too long since they were closing soon. Before we headed upstairs, I took some photos with the suit of armor that is by the counter. When we got upstairs, I was surprised to see another suit of armor, so I took a photo with that one, too. The Cup and The Scone specializes in a lot of gluten-free products and a small bit of religion. I don't know if their entire menu is gluten-free but as someone who's mom is gluten sensitive (and I will probably be at some point), the care about GI issues is great. As for the religious stuff, if you don't see the occasion bible strewn about the place, you'd honestly never know. But, their website seems to support helping people and I think that also is super great as this world is getting rough and scary. Any who, Emily and I really enjoyed our drinks. The americano hit all the right notes and Emily was delighted with her latte. We were split on the scones. I really liked the birthday cake while she really liked the cranberry-orange while we both thought the blueberry-lemon was just alright. We held true to our promise and dipped out before 2pm and hit the road. If I find myself in Pontiac for some reason in the future, The Cup and The Scone will definitely be my spot to get some americanos.

I was initially drawn to this spot by the big knight in shining armor that I saw on Yelp (I'm a big…read morechess fan) and then pleasantly surprised at how cool this place is. The decor really makes this spot, with lots of fun themed signs throughout the restaurant. This definitely gives it a different and more fun vibe than the average coffee house and the upstairs loft is cozy to hangout in as well. The coffee flavors and preparation are quite good here -- flavorful, and made with high quality ingredients. I also enjoyed the mini scones, with a nice texture that was soft but a little more firm than a muffin. Overall, definitely worth a visit if you're in Pontiac. Great vibe and delicious food.

It wasn't crowded when I visited but I could see the place packed with no where to sit. The tables up front along the windows are a wonderful place to sit and work like I am doing but the concrete tables although cool are tough and uncomfortable to work on especially if you want to use a mouse & computer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. As far as my order the drink was definitely under brewed and could clearly tell just from the smell before even tasting it. The rice crispy I had I am willing to bet was made ages ago. It was so hard and you could clearly tell it was long past fresh. I took 1 bite and tossed it. Would I return? If just for a drink and to work probably. Think I would be willing to give it another try but wouldn't go out of my way to return just for it.

I get a bit nostalgic when I see the old maroon and white specked Famous floor at the entrance. I loved that store. I like this space at Jeremiah Joe's as it is quiet and plenty of comfortable seats. I have only been here twice and it is winter so there is no outdoor seating of course, the indoor seating is very comfy. I have encountered very friendly staff who are helpful with making suggestions for beverages. I had a very nice plain ol' iced tea today, they also have a green iced tea with coconut flavor which I did not choose as it sounded a bit strange for my liking. The iced tea was very refreshing and approximately $3.50 or so for a large. Great location in the heart of downtown, lots of free parking in front and side streets.

Super cute place! GREAT VIBE!…read more If you fancy up your shop, you should know how to make a latte. They don't. Out-of-towners who like to make stops for local, good coffee, beware! Tried a signature latte, tasted burnt. Opened the cup, 2 inches of DRY FOAM. They tried to cover the burnt flavor with a ton of syrup, no luck. $6 wasted Funny, two of us got the same thing, the other rated like watery coffee with too much syrup.

I also grabbed a package of their cookie dough which was tasty. Day 2: I had their Chicken Chipotle Melt, which was again hot and tasty. The chipotle was just enough to let you know it was there, without searing your eyebrows off. My wife went for their New York-Style Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich, along with a Latte. She said her sandwich was very good - it was so hot when we sat down she had to wait a minute. She really enjoyed her Latte as well. And more cookie dough. Go figure. We really like this place. The service is the right speed to provide quality products, and the place has a really nice look to it, which makes it easy on the eyes. Tables upstairs and downstairs, parking to the west if the front lot is full. If you haven't tried this place, you are missing a gem
