Would go none if possible. Waited in drive through and gave up, went inside only one in there. 15 mins in gave up. You need to hire better crackheads. read more

They weren't kidding when they called it the fill up bowl! I can EAT and this is a lot of food for myself. Cheap compared to other fast food places for the amount. The Dr Pepper at this location isn't the best, not enough syrup, but other than that, it's good. read more

Ordered online. was 1 minute late checking in (12:16 pm) and was asked to wait at the corner of the building. 5 minutes later the Manager (?) came out and said that they didn't have my order and it had been given out to someone else. She inferred that I was trying to scam them. Didn't offer to remake the order they gave to someone NOT me. Yeah - I cussed at her. I worked drive thru for years - things happen. I wouldn't have gotten so angry if the twit hadn't accused me of lying to cover her butt. 20 year hiatus from KFC is back on. Will NEVER go back to McAlester KFC. read more

Food and service awesome. Appreciate the quality of the food we ordered. Keep up the good work.

Got a family deal to go (we live in a neighboring town). We got home with missing pieces and the pieces we did get were the "less desirable" pieces. In addition we were missing the extra sides we had ordered and the ones we did get were completely wrong. I even questioned if we got someone else's order. When I called I asked to talk to a manager and was told "she's busy." I said, "I'll wait!" It was a fiasco. Will never go back even though I have a credit in their store. read more

No service, finally had to ask about our food and then they same to ask us what our our meal orders were. While waiting every single worked look and made eye contact and just kept walking. Bathrooms open to workers but not public. They guy that came in before us still had not been served by the time we left. read more

Great place if you're looking for a 1 hour unexpected detour while you are hangry. If you weren't looking for an extended stay in this small town passing by, well this is the place for you. read more

This is suppose to be Fast food. They park every vehicle that goes through the drive through and then they run from car to car because they have no idea which order goes where- after they tried to give my order to three different cars.. I drove away and realized they shorted me my large drink- skip this place .. They market convenience not chaos! Skip the aggravation. read more

Honestly the cleanest kfc I've ever been too. Food was good. Service was amazing. I def recommend

One of the better KFC's we've been to while traveling. Looks recently updated, VERY clean in the dining area as well as the restrooms, attributed to the employees that were cleaning instead of standing around doing nothing. There were 2 employees we noticed that when they were caught up in the kitchen with orders and no customers to wait on, they were changing out the trash and cleaning and wiping down tables AND chairs!! Food was hot and fresh, delicious tasting as expected. Employees were very friendly and welcoming. read more

My wife and I just ate at this location and were totally satisfied with the service and the food. The location was very clean, we were greeted when we came in and thanked as we departed. Our order was brought to our table before we got to,our table. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place had the WORST service ever. The manager was so rude I mean extremely rude. My father tried to talk to her to speak about the rudeness of another staff member. She started arguing with him and then when my dad walked off she went in her little office and said whatever. Don't go to this KFC. And not to mention the chicken was super dry. Never ever going again. read more

I'm pretty sure there is 1 employee here right now!!! I've been in my dang car for 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me!!!

Because Of Chicken not being Big and Hot like it's supposed 2Be! also I miss the buffet 2.

I had not eaten KFC chicken in awhile and was anxious to purchase some. I was so disappointed with my original 10 piece bucket . It had no flavor! I could not even tell it was KFC !!! Please fix this problem !!!! read more

I wanted a snack while I was staying in McAlester, Ok. I decided to just run through the DT for a $5 meal. It is ok for the price. I really have not like KFC in a while. The chicken always seems soggy to me. The potato wedges were real good though. read more

Well I think the should heat up there food a minute before so we don't have cold food

I think the mash taters are nasty, and they really need to get some white gravy for the chicken tenders

Bought Nashville chicken today ..it was 4 dollars more than the regular 8 pice chicken bucket..IT WAS HORRIBLE. .had 1/4 inch grease in bottom of container.. (manager said it was the sauce..)..they covered it in pickels..I asked for a refund..manager got snooty and said we will refund the pieces u didn't bite into..so I had to call corperate ..4 hours later and I'm already feeling incredibly sick..I heard this was a bad location but didn't believe it..I'll never go back...STAY AWAY!! read more

Typically the food here is pretty horrible. Not to mention I've come here to order chicken, only to be told "We're out of chicken." It's happened to family other times as well. read more

We ordered a 12 piece meal with sides. After waiting half an hour we finally got our food. We got 8 pieces of chicken. The mashed potatoes were still powder. The Mac n cheese burned a hole through the container and was extremely over cooked. We tried calling four times and nobody answered. This place sucks!!! read more

I signed up to Yelp just because of the terrible service at this KFC location. Bad weather coming in. So I thought a big order from the drive-through would be best before the snow hit. I live about 30 minutes out of town. Spent nearly $40. Didn't take the time to check every box, bucket and bag. Big mistake. Drove home, found about half my order missing. Called the place to complain. No apolpgy. All I got was a monotone, repeated, "do you have your receipt?" I will never spend another dime at this location. The person on the phone claimed to be the manager and hung up on me. Just terrible, terrible service. I can't believe corporate lets them get away with it. read more

Didn't expect much from a KFC, but this one in Mcalester is the worst when it comes to taking care of their customers! We decided to stop thru here to grab some lunch on the way home from our long trip. The potpie we got was good but the grilled chicken thigh and leg our daughter got was dry and was very small for what the pictures portray on the menu but that's normally the case everywhere you go. Our biggest problem was with the very very RUDE customer service with the Mgr named R.G. or R.B. and one of their employees had. They were so EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Since our daughter's grilled chicken was dry, my husband went to the counter and asked if they had any BBQ sauce that she could use to help with the dryness and one of the employees looked at the mgr that was in the office next to her and then looked back at my husband and said that it would be 10 cents so my husband pulled out his wallet and was going to pay for it and she looked at him weird and said it's 10 cents and he said okay and she never gave it to him so he said so do I just need to get my money back for this $6 plate since the chicken is dry and then said there has to be someone to help me and she ignored him and didn't say anything, just kept looking at the office and didn't respond. So he just walked away and ended up coming back to the table without any BBQ sauce, so our daughter just decided not to worry about it and eat her chicken anyway since no one seemed interested in helping to fix the problem. A few moments later a very nice customer that happened to hear the whole conversation came by our table and handed us some BBQ sauce which was so very sweet but sad that it had to be that way. As we were leaving my husband went up to the mgr and nicely said I just wanted to let you know that our food was really good but just wanted you to be aware that my daughters chicken was dry and the mgr blurted out "well I don't know what your talking about and got very defensive with him. And then said well you should've asked for a mgr and then went on to say whatever to him. What kind of manager treats customers this way?! It's no wonder the employees treat their customers this way if that's the training they get! We don't expect to have 5 star service at KFC but we do expect to be treated as if we were the customer and not made to look stupid! So if your looking to be disrespected and not cared if the food your receiving is worth a flip, then you'll love this place! Just don't forget to get your sauces people or you just might end up getting a little attitude with that order!!! read more
