The eye rolls, attitudes, and complete lack of basic customer service are ridiculous. If asking for a bag or a to-go box is such an inconvenience to the staff, maybe customer service isn't the right job for them. I've had way too many negative interactions here, and at this point I'm genuinely disappointed every time I have to deal with the staff. They really need to do better with who they're hiring and how they treat customers. They just be hiring anyone now days. They get two stars for the good food tho I'll give them that.

The aesthetic was very appealing. I honestly wasn't expecting much because I'm not the biggest fan of American food, but this diner proved me wrong and impressed me! We started off with Fried Pickles and it was amazing. The batter and seasoning were great, pickles were a little bit soggy which my friend wished it was more fresh so it could be crunchy, but I enjoyed it. For main dishes, we ordered a Catfish Basket with a side of Fried Okra and Sliced Tomatoes as well as The Ribeye (we added additional ounces-$3/each additional ounce-to make it 16 oz) with a side of Jalapeño Bacon and Fried Okra. Overall, the food from start to finish was all amazing! Food, service, and ambiance were all good. Loved the interior design and aesthetic of this place too! Definitely glad we found this gem. 100% recommend!
