I am free with cuss words myself, but never in a customer-service role and this guy was over the top. It was as though he was performing the role of asshole. I felt sorry for his coworker. If asking for a bag or a to-go box is such an inconvenience to the staff, maybe customer service isn't the right job for them. I've had way too many negative interactions here, and at this point I'm genuinely disappointed every time I have to deal with the staff. They really need to do better with who they're hiring and how they treat customers. They just be hiring anyone now days. They get two stars for the good food tho I'll give them that.
