Customer service is non existent, you'll likely be sitting at the drive through window for 30 minutes to an hour waiting for entirely mid food that takes 5 minutes to make. Also extremely understaffed. Management needs to step up. read more

Been ordering pizza hut for a long time, always the same pizza $10 tastemaker, i pick it up and am a disabled veteran, so no tax, hence total always has been $10.00. Except today the lady in charge told me,$10.99 rate increase (new prices) made it that, I retorted with the local and corporate website shows no increase. Even though she only charged me $10 the attempt to steal money that way was not proper. read more

Dine in experience: horrible. Poor service. Rude waitstaff. Restaurant was empty when we came in. Yet it took a long time for our drinks to be brought to the table. It also took a long time before they brought us menus. Then it took over 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Mind you, the whole time the restaurant is entirely empty. Ordered a pan supreme for carry out. The pizza was very good. Service was slow. I know they could see me sitting at the drive thru window but no one came to wait on me for what seemed like forever. I could see a girl filling a cooler with bottles of pop. She was about 6' away or less. Finally a very nice lady came to the window with my pizza. Maybe I was the only carry out and they waited until it was ready to come to the window. I'll give them benefit of the doubt. read more

We came in today Saturday 6:00 pm, about four cars in the parking lot. Walked in to see four folks standing around the counter, people at 2 tables. We seated ourselves, and sat there and sat there. After 15 minutes (maybe more) no waitress, no greeting, no comment, nothing. We walked out. There had been a flurry of activity behind the counter, in the kitchen, and delivery guys coming and going. Still here waiting for my food figured i would write a warning to any potential customers. Arrived approximately 7:30 sat at door for 5 minutes with employees staring at me before deciding to declare that i will seat myself. Waitress promly approached me with a down right UNacceptable attitude asked us what we wanted to drink. She brings us our drinks and then says she will give us a couple minutes.... 10 minutes later (after chatting with coworkers) she decides to come over and take our order. Waitress laughed in our face as if we were idots for not knowing a medium pizza could not be a stuffed crust. Sorry i dont work at pizza hut and know that, thats why they pay you $2.50 an hour to inform us of these things. So by now we are livid, get our food and its mediocre, acceptable but not worth an hour of wait. Oh did i mention employees have time to stand around and cuss, but i had to wipe my own table off to sit down(which waitress must have also found amusing because she laughed when she seen this). The store looks awful floor trashed most tables a mess. This is the worst experience i have had at a restaurant in a very long time. Then we cash out and the manager who certainly knew we were not pleased with our service acts like we were trying to get one over on her when we inform her we were charged for a salad bar that we did not use or order. seemed like a good idea to eat there. our motel was right next door. took awhile for the wait staff to wait on us. that should of been the hint. ordered a thin crust large Pizza one side meat lovers the other Hawaiian. seemed ok at the time. it was for supper. around 3am it hit my husband like a ton of bricks. food poisoning! he was sick for over 24 hours. Disappointed with service & food. We were staying at LaQuinta just down the street & ordered a medium cheese with black olive pizza & brownie from Pizza Hut. The charge was $22.95 which seemed excessive. They also charged a 'convenience fee' of $3.00 which wasn't disclosed when I placed the order. I was told it would be about 20 minutes so went downstairs to wait. It ended up being around 50 minutes. The pizza was cold and had to use the microwave in the room to heat it up. The worse Pizza Hut I've ever tried. The pizza and garlic bread with cheese was not cooked long enough. The chicken wings were hard and dry (over cooked). I will never get anything from this Pizza Hut again. read more

Worst dine in experience ever! It began the moment we walked in the door and stood there waiting to be seated far longer than necessary. Several times while waiting we were ignored by staff looking at us without a smile or can I help you. There were no more than 3 tables in there the entire time. The wait staff was so so & the restaurant was not very clean. We all ordered salad bars with our meal for 2.99 each. Nearly half the items on the bar were completely empty & not once did anyone bother to fill it. We had to ask for utensils and shortly after us so did the next table. After having finished our pitiful salads and waiting 30 mins they brought out 1 of 4 orders and THEN decided (not when we ordered or shortly after the order was turned in) to tell us they ran out of bone-in wings for the other 3. The soltution: they would either not charge us for them (so we could start our order over or go somewhere else??) or would make the order boneless (which are fried and exactly what we were trying to avoid!). A pizza place runs out of wings!!! And for all that hassle neither one was seriously any good. We will NEVER EVER be back!!! read more
