As part of my ordered food had 2 Philly cheese steak sandwiches. When I opened the sandwich to find basically no meat on both of the sandwiches. When I called to speak to a manager I was told the were both to busy to speak with me. I informed the employee I was speaking with of what the issue was and was put on hold so that he could speak to the manager. When the employee got back on the phone he stated "my managers said that what people don't realize is that it's only 2 and half ounces of meat that we put on there." It's been quit some time since I've had domino's in McAlester because I live way out in the country and Simple Simons is closer but on Sunday nights they quit taking orders after 7 and so I ordered from dominos. I will never make that mistake again as the way overpriced specialty pizzas had very few ingredients and the honey bbq wings were not drenched in sauce like the menu shows and some of the wings had no sauce on them at all and the ones that did had less sauce than you get in a fast food restaurant ketchup packet has in it and that wasn't per wing it was for the full order. I definitely will never order anything from this dominos again and more than likely any other dominos again. I'll buy a 99 cent frozen pizza from the dollar store and cook it myself first. I'm thinking these employees are getting profits from every order thus leading to them skimping on pizza toppings and sauce for the wings. read more

Very poor customer service! My neighbor placed an order and confirmed it, yet they didn't complete it and said they would have to charge her again to correct it. Wow not customer service in my mind. I for one will not order from them ever again just cause of their attitude. read more

This is probably the worst dominos on the planet, if you don't plan on picking it up on your own then don't even bother ordering unless you're fine with waiting an hour and a half and getting a lukewarm pizza. The staff is terrible and it looks like it's being ran by methheads. read more

I had a delivery made to Walnut Grove Nursing to the staff for taking care of my mother this evening. The delivery person was on time and polite. However, the order for two large pizzas was $17.99 each and a total of $50 total. I fully accept the $7.50 charge for extra ranch, but $17.99 for one pizza? Seriously? And when I called the response was "that's the standard menu price" fully neglecting to note they have specials which would have reduced it. They also left off the cheesy bread sticks which I heard the nurse order and repeat back. The pizzas certainly weren't bad and the driver was nice. The last two times I went was horrible. The time before last I did Carside service and what they do is turn the timer off way before the two minutes is up and then I had to wait another 10 minutes for the guy to come out and say we messed your order up and we're just now having to remake it without even an apology. OK so I tried again a week later and the pizza tracker said my pizza was ready and it's already been 20 minutes so I went in the store to get my pizza it was about 50 tickets scattered all over the counter they had no idea where my pizza was I had even started it so I had to wait another 30 minutes or so to even get the pizza and when I got it home it wasn't even the right pizza horrible horrible service read more

They burned a cheese pizza. Ordered 2 one- topping pizzas and both were gross. One was burned... the other was just disgusting. Two stars bc the pepperoni (literally the pepperoni on the pizza) was good. read more

First of all, I'm not really one to write reviews of restaurants or anything like that. It has to be something either extremely terrible, or absolutely amazing for me to feel the motivation to do it. This particular Domino's, amazed us. We had been using the McAlester Pizza Hut and Papa John's in the past, and they just got to the point where time after time, we were brought a carelessly slapped together, greasy mess. Now I know, pizza isn't known for it's health value. But I'm talking puddles and pools of grease on top of the cheese, crust and dough so wet with sauce and grease that you can't even pick it up. So we tried the McAlester Domino's. Ordering online is actually fun, it has a little cartoon that tracks your order, the kids love it. It says the person making the pizza, and both times so far for us, it's been "Brandon". Our delivery driver has been "Walter" both times. We haven't had interaction with Brandon, as we ordered delivery both times. But he makes a hell of a pizza. Perfect amount of everything. No grease. Sauce isn't so thick it makes the dough wet, or the topping slide off with each bite. Just perfect. Walter, is the nicest guy. He's chatty, he's polite, and he gets here quickly. The pizza is hot, it's not destroyed or smashed en route. We'll be using Domino's from now on, any time we order pizza out. Keep it up guys! read more

Order online for delivery. Showed online that it went out for delivery at 9:22 pm. At 9:45 showed it was delivered. At 9:50 called the store and asked where my order was. Was told they were slammed and they would get it to me right away.At 10:05 we got our order. We did not get what we ordered we got part of our order and part of someone else order. And it was cold. While traveling, we ordered from the McAlester Domino's via the app. Tracker said it was delivered, but we hadn't received our order, so I called the store and was told the driver had *just* left with several orders and to be patient. After another 25 minutes, still no order, so I called back. I was repeatedly placed on hold and forgotten about. My blood sugar had gotten dangerously low by now, so my wife called and asked for the manager. She began to complain about what happened and he cut her off saying that if she didn't stop, he would cancel our order. She told him to cancel it and give us a full refund. He refused to give his name and hung up on her. She called back a couple more times and asked him again and he flat refused and kept hanging up. After finally finding a sandwich in the hotel snack bar and getting my blood sugar back up, I called one more time and calmly explained who I was and asked his name, and he again said no and hung up. I called the next day and the day manager gave me his name - Nick. I have never had such unprofessional treatment from a "manager" in my life, and he has no business in a supervisory role. It took over an hour to get our pizza and then it was cold. The tracker app said it was delivered in 25 minutes and when I called to check on it I was told by a very rude guy that he "thought it had just left" when I insisted he find out what was going on he said they were too busy and I again said I wanted to know when it had left he yelled at someone and came back on phone saying they "it had just left". This was after their tracker said it was delivered (the tracker is a joke). Over 30 minutes later it finally got here (we are less then 10 minutes from restaurant) it was cold. When I called to complain they said "well you got your pizza so what do you want us to do? You did get it". Will never get pizza from there again. Terrible experience. read more
