Horrible. Instead of calling ticket numbers or taking names they call out orders in the simplest way they could. Very dirty as well. I dare you to take off a soda nossel, don't surprised if you find mold. Same goes for the troft under the drain, clearly has not been changed in a long while. Went here last night to try it out. We ordered a family meal. We sat in the drive through for an almost solid 6 minutes before they took payment. While we were waiting to give them our card to pay they were running around past the window multiple times joking and playing with each other and dancing and singing while looking at us multiples times and knowing very well we were sitting there. I went there today and bought half original and half crispy, they all were the same and tasted horribly bland, isn't the KFC I remember from N.Y. After battling with the drive thru lady, in which we were told that ordering crispy chicken would be a 25 min wait, and that we cannot have 4 breasts, the chicken was old. The skin was chewy and the chicken itself was slightly cold, as if it had been put in the microwave after being a fridge for a few weeks. Not only that, but ordering a 10 piece meal with 4 breasts and a side was $35? Almost every time we come here there is a wait. The most time I've had to wait is 40 min. KFC in Maricopa sold me hard chicken crumbs in a half filled bowl with no cheese. That is unacceptable! I drove back talked to the manager I showed him the hard chicken crumbs with no cheese in a half filled chicken bowl. He offered to give me more chicken the next day.
