Paid $40 just for everything to be halfway full and gravy spill in the bag they never seem to do anything right

This is by far the worse KFC I have ever been to. No matter what I have ordered it takes for ever. The food taste old! We need corporate to come revamp the staff and retrain on the cooking or they won't stay be in business much longer. read more

It's a fast food restaurant manned by teenagers, so expectations are not very high to begin with, but this place really goes out of their way to ensure that you will not come back. On my second to last visit, we arrived for dinner at about 6:30, and found half of the restaurant, including one of the exit doors (code violation) blocked off by chairs. After finding a table in the "allowed" section we started to eat, and minutes later, 2 staff members decided to start their closing cleaning routine, as though the place wasn't going to be open for another 4 hours. So while trying to enjoy our food, we had to endure the crashing of chairs and the horrible smell of whatever toxic chemical they use to clean the floor. There was no manager on duty to complain to, so we just rushed through our food and left. Believing that was a one time thing done by some kids who didn't want to stay late to clean, we shrugged it off. Today, I gave them another shot, and they blew it, big time. Apparently, this location just got sold to new owners who seem to have only 1 thing in mind: money, lots of it, and fast, so they have revamped the entire cost model. They want their money so fast that they changed all of the prices in the register before changing the menu boards (bait and switch). They now add a "convenience fee" if you use your debit card. They have eliminated the combo menu (no more food/drink combos). And they have raised the prices 10% or more across the board. The most irritating change for me is the removal of the combo menu. Now, you have to buy a "Meal" which has significantly more food for significantly more money, and you have to buy a drink separately. Lunch today, cost me $11! For a fast food lunch?! Forget it. You've lost this customer. Incidentally, as other reviewers have stated, this location is generally dirty (tables, floors, bathrooms), and the buffet looks very unappealing. They also insult you by giving you a child-size cup (half the size of a small) for your drink when you order the buffet. read more

Went to KFC for a late dinner with the family last night and even though the sign says the lobby closes at 9pm, they had most of the lobby blocked off with chairs so no one would sit where they cleaned already. There were only 4 booths open. We waited forever to get our food and when we did get it, it was horrible! I am pretty sure they just gave us all the left overs. The hush puppies were as hard as a rock! The piece of chicken in my sandwich was so small and old it was embarrassing! It was served cold too. There were 5 of us and we all had old bottom of the barrel food. The coleslaw dish was half empty. This is the worst KFC I have ever eaten at. The bathrooms were filthy too. The time on here says they close 9 but at the location it says 9:30 and hubby pulled up to drive thru and they told him it was closed with an attitude blaming the mgr that sign wasn't changed they did say they'd make us food but with the heavy nasty attitude hubby didn't want to risk getting our food tempered with. read more

Worst KFC EVER! !!! How it's possible to make a piece of Original KFC & manage to make it bland, greasy & dry as bark all at the same time, I just don't know. Service is SLOW, orders are constantly wrong & the food is going from bad to worse. I've made my last visit there, it's a waste of time & money. read more

Horrible. Instead of calling ticket numbers or taking names they call out orders in the simplest way they could. Very dirty as well. I dare you to take off a soda nossel, don't surprised if you find mold. Same goes for the troft under the drain, clearly has not been changed in a long while. I was there for a hour and no tables were cleaned, I had to clean my own (VERY STICKY) AND CRUMBS EVERYWHERE! Now as for food, we got 2 famous bowls and the chicken was stale and old seemed like the mashed potatoes were the only hot thing. VERY disappointed. Was just at long john silvers and got a two piece fish to go.when I got home no napkins or condiments and the batter on the fish was not cooked all the way. I'm tired of all these fast food restaurants in maricopa being so awful now.my husband and I go to Chandler if we go out. read more

The service always sucks and the last time I got my cold mashed potatoes there was a label inside. A label! Gross! Drove all the way back with no apology or resolution. 4pm picked up 2 meals. Potato and gravy was good. Chicken must have been reheated for 2 days. It was awful. The chocolate chip cookie was old old old. It was almost white. Terrible. All done with Maricopa KFC. One meal was to have white meat and meal was $3 more in actuality it was a chicken thigh. Total charge was $16 for 2 orders that 2 sodas and 2 potatoes and gravy was eaten. REALLY? We should get refund. read more

Now they've changed it so you can't order the Long John Silvers via the drive through, and even if you go in it seems to be "down for maintenance". 3rd time going and 3rd time disappointed. The first two times arrived at the drive thru at different times. Both times I was told, they are out of chicken and it would be 20-30 minutes. This time I thought I would order online...lol...wrong again. Ordered a $20 Fill Up at 4:45pm for a 5:45pm pickup. figuring they would have chicken made. As I walked in and noticed the "Online Order shelf" was empty, there was going to be a problem. Sure enough there was. Apparently they were out of white meat and they said they called me. I showed them the phone and that there was no call. After talking to supervisor she said they tried to call but the system was not working. Could not get a refund, so they replaced the white meat with 2 extra drumsticks. As I got my bucket of chicken and 2 bags, the supervisor asked if I want help carrying my order back to my car because they were out of plastic bags. KFC - Fast Food Near Me - Maricopa, Arizona

Went here last night to try it out. We ordered a family meal. We sat in the drive through for an almost solid 6 minutes before they took payment. While we were waiting to give them our card to pay they were running around past the window multiple times joking and playing with each other and dancing and singing while looking at us multiples times and knowing very well we were sitting there. Food wasn't bad...but the restaurant is dirty! We couldn't find a table that was clean (we were two of three people who were there at the time). All the chairs were sticky, the place is a dirty pit. We stood at the cash register for a full 5 minutes while the staff walked around looking at us...finally a cashier came to take our order. wouldn't drink ice tea ever from there. I went there today and bought half original and half crispy, they all were the same and tasted horribly bland, isn't the KFC I remember from N.Y. Either they forget to put the sauce on it or seasoning but it tasted nothing like KFC chicken I"m familiar with. Plus they gave me wrong item after I specified what I wanted. We love KFC but this one needs to be shut down or maybe get an adult to run this operation! How do you run out of chicken when that is what you are known for? We have tried to give this place a chance but time after time the chicken is raw, they dont have any at all or you get home from the drive thru to find half your food not there or its wrong completely. After battling with the drive thru lady, in which we were told that ordering crispy chicken would be a 25 min wait, and that we cannot have 4 breasts, the chicken was old. The skin was chewy and the chicken itself was slightly cold, as if it had been put in the microwave after being a fridge for a few weeks. Not only that, but ordering a 10 piece meal with 4 breasts and a side was $35? Almost every time we come here there is a wait. The most time I've had to wait is 40 min. It is known that the manager here is stealing money from all the new employees and is very cheap by not ordering cleaning supplies. This place has bad reviews due to him because they need more then one fryer but he only wants one and customers take it out on the employees because they do not know any better. He stealing by scheduling employees hours and has them sign it but then has them come in to work extra and only pays them the hours that they signed for. He needs to be fired!! read more

This place always acts surprised when they get an order. They always seem to mess it up too. I like a 2 breast meal. They always tell me it is extra. I always say OK. 90% of the time they stiff me with only 1 breast and a wing. I have talked to their CS tons of times. Always a coupon, never a new manager. Wing again bro, a free Pepsi tho. read more
