I went to this KFC a few days ago and it was an exceptional KFC visit, not the normal mediocre fast food visit. There was a tall blonde white boy working that was very polite to my mother and I and the staff made our food fresh. I came here years ago and the restaurant wasn't as great with customer service and cleaning skills but this time the restaurant was very clean and the service was prompt and the workers were very polite. It's been a few months since I visited this particular KFC. The last time I went through the drive thru they got my order wrong. I thought I would give it another other try... The red flag should have been when the cashier interrupted me while I was placing my order. I ordered a large mashed potatoe with extra gravy, instead they placed extra gravy on the mashed potatoe bowl. When I pulled up to the drive up window and reviewed the receipt, I explained I did not want extra gravy on the mashed potatoe bowl. She said she forgot and did not put extra gravy on it. However, I would need to pay for the extra individual serving of gravy, which I did. I then requested honey packets, she said they were in the bag. When we arrived home, we discovered we recd an individual serving of gravy, along with an individual mashed potatoe & gravy. We did not receive the large gravy to go with the large mashed potatoes. So I drove back to return the individual mashed potatoe w/gravy and to pick-up my large gravy. When I returned home, I then discovered the mashed potatoe bowl I ordered w/chicken on the side had chicken in it. Also discovered we did not receive honey packets. So I made another trip to return the mashed potatoe bowl w/chicken in exchange for one w/chicken on the side and to pick up honey packets. I will not be visiting this particular KFC again. read more

So I just went to Lincoln California KFC I live here I'm a local and for the past couple nights every time around 2021 October 8:10 pm or eight-ish I don't know her time schedule but there's always a Hispanic woman that's taking orders that's very disrespectful every time you roll up to the window she has attitude every time you say you're ready to order she has attitude every time she responds she always has attitude I've never been so disrespected and felt very disrespected in my own town from this individual that probably doesn't even live here or live by our towns culture please tell me that I am not the only individual that lives in Lincoln California that has encountered this woman she's Hispanic she always has attitude every time you respond to her or even talk to her please like if you agree if you have been here and please report already have I talk to the complaint center and they will be contacting higher-ups which is what I was told so if you have any bad experiences at any location especially in your hometown report them because nobody needs that in their own town to be disrespected by individuals that probably don't even live there. The last time I was here was about 5 years back. The dining room was closed 45 minutes before the posted time on the door and the manger was a jerk so I didn't come back. Today I was craving a root beer float and came her for lunch. Place is dirty, kitchen floor hadn't been cleaned in a while and the dining room floor is sticky. Our KFC in our town closed down over a year ago. My husband and I were on our way home from a Dr appointment, and wanted some lunch so we decided to stop in here. Was greeted very quickly, they had our order out fast, by the time we got our drinks filled up from the fountain station our food was ready. The food temperature was very satisfying. We tried giving this location another chance. I understand this is a challenging year for all and don't want to share a negative review for any local businesses because we support our community. But something has changed with management and staff here which is concerning and someone really needs to monitor their drive thru!! Recently, on two separate occasions, we have come through the drive through using mine and my husband's debit credit cards. Unbeknownst to us our cards were used fraudulently for online charges we never made. We had to cancel our cards and it was such an inconvenience. This happened within one week apart and too much of a coincidence that these unknown charges were made on same day of using our cards here. I called and spoke with the manager and told him my concern and explained both incidents. I asked him to monitor his drive-thru staff but his tone was sarcastic and offered no apology. Fortunately, this has only happened to us at this location. Unfortunately, I used to love KFC but we'll never go here again and have advised our family the same. This is a KFC/A&W. Both sides are horrible. In the past I've been to the KFC side and they are always out of many items offered on their menu. It's stupid. It's not just one time but several times and I'm fed up with it. Tonight I tried the A&W menu(((because KFC had such a limited choice AGAIN))) and it was below subpar. My burger was tasteless, the lettuce they pile on just falls off and makes a huge mess. The bun is horrible. The top of it fell apart and they are about as cheap as you can get. The fries were disgusting. Tasted like old grease. Basically I had to throw the whole meal out. Except the A&W Root Beer drink, that was fine. I am thinking A&W should just stick to making their Root Beer and not food. KFC should get out of Lincoln or learn to have your menu items available at all times and not just when it's convenient for KFC. I will never waste my money, time, and calories at either of these places again!!! read more

We try this restaurant about once each year. Living in Lincoln we would go more, but THEY ALWAYS TRY TO CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. They get the order wrong, don't give proper change, don't give receipts, keep the cash register drawer open, and IT HAPPENS EVERY TIME. We have reported this to the KFC corporate office, but next year we will make a police report. The food is lousy, too. read more

Grew up eating KFC and have always liked the food. The employees at this location are nice enough and were nice to us during the order. Unfortunately the place is dirty. The dining room was a mess. Wrappers,crumbs and other trash around. The entry way, tables and seats. We had to wipe our own table down . We sat in there for an hour and never saw an employee clean a single table,vacuum the floor or clean anything. Come on guys,!! Clean your establishment. Take some pride in your business. Well my older mother went in there and explained she wanted two 2 piece thigh and leg meals extra crispy, she confirmed her order twice because there was a gentleman having trouble with his order and she didn't have her glasses to read. After the man confirmed twice she got home over 15 miles away and it was two zinger spicy sandwiches with Cold and soggy potato wedges and cold mashed potatoes. The sandwiches where way to spicy for her and real weren't fit to eat. I called the manager and she said I could drive them back and explained I couldn't then because my kid were almost out of school and could do it later that night but she said that wasn't acceptable. So bringing them back now was the only option. Was really shocked to hear that but we are not big fast food eaters so maybe that's the norm. We will never go back there again and looking at there complaints I guess the management or ownership don't really care. read more

I USE to love Kentucky Fried chicken. Almost every time we go through drive-through..they forget something. When I call they say come back and get it. But not worth it! So pretty much avoid the place. GAVE UP EATING INSIDE AS TABLES ALWAYS SO DIRTY. ALSO THE CHICKEN PORTION HAVE DIMINISHED AND THE PRICES HAVE INCREASED. Weary after a long trip... I decided to try again. I tried to order two pieces thigh and drumstick grilled ...I could not understand person as they were yelling into the mike. Except for , "We don't have it" We don't have it over and over. then she shut off the mike. So I drove to the pay window to order. I ordered again and wanted the thigh and drumstick grilled. Special... She said what kind of sauce and I said I don't want any sauce. She said it comes with sauce....I said I can't have anything spicy ...she said then take the Gold it is just mustard. Thinking I would just throw the sauce away. Well it was drowned in sauce and very salty. I took all the CRISPY skin off and most of the sauce ...but still got sick. Have been sick for two days now going on three. Wondering if they take left over chicken from prior dayS and then cover it in sauce. There was a problem with he workers there. I went through the drive-thru and got they're new Nashville hot they don't offer you to get the $5 fill up when you order the combo and it's $8 with a drink but with the $5 fill up its 6 bucks then they don't give you a fork to eat your food with and when you call they say something they just say sorry like it's your fault I don't think I'll ever go there again pretty sure the guy's name was sunny but can't be sure so if you want to go to this restaurant I highly suggest not doing it read more

This KFC has the best service of any KFC I have been to. It is clean and the service is fast and the staff are friendly. Sometimes the wait in drive through is a little long but even when busy, they always great you with a smile on their face. When we have had a complaint it has been handled immediately and kindly. I think it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! My husband and I have gone to the Lincoln KFC for a few years now. We have had to return many times because our order was missing items. I think tonight was the topper! My sister went in to order food but when we got home the mashed potato bowl was missing! I was so frustrated I called the store and got the manager who tells me that my sister did not order a mashed potato bowl and was not charged for it. My sister said she did order it! I asked what could be done, he told me to come back and order/pay for one. I told him it is raining and could he help me out. He said no and we have to come back down and order one! I asked him if there is a supervisor or corporate I could call, he told me "I am the owner no one is over me". I told him the customer service was terrible and we would not be coming back and he said "that's fine". I was so frustrated! I wasn't expecting him to say they would cover our meal, but to be so rude was uncalled for. I think that even if I had to drive 100miles I still will not return to the Lincoln store!! read more

I have a long history with this establishment; depending on how well they are doing at any given time, we are regulars. But we have stopped buying for months at a time in the past because their service and food depends so much on the caliber of the manager at the time. Right now, I am not hopeful. I went through the drive-through recently and ordered the thigh and drumstick, original recipe; chicken and roll only. Seems simple, right? the thigh was, I kid you NOT, 2.5 inches at its biggest part, smaller than the average wing. Since they have no problem taking my money and, for all intents and purposes, stealing from me, I cannot risk how sloppy they might be about hygiene in the store in general. I have used this KFC on and off for over 15 years. Sometimes there has been a great manager and it resulted in excellence across the board; in the employees, the the cleanliness of the store, in the quality of the chicken. Today was a very bad day. This was my second recent visit and, after I call and find out who the current manager is, will be the last until a new manager is hired. You see, I don't appreciate being stolen from. I don't like being cheated. I, along with probably every American, know what my KFC should look like. When I order, for example, a thigh, I know what to expect. If you will look at my attached photo, you will see what they put in my KFC box and charged me full price for. I won't be returning. I am, unfortunately, accustomed to having to wait for months at a time until this store hires a manager who can be trusted to act with the integrity we hope for when we go to KFC . If you value your time, as most of us do, NEVER go to this franchise. After waiting in line for 15 minutes for cars not moving ahead of me in the DRIVE THROUGH lane, I learned that my order for one breast combo extra crispy dinner could not be filled for another 20 minutes. The night manager obviously has no idea how to manage traffic flow or a fast food business. I cancelled my order for this BASIC type of chicken dinner Col. Sanders would be rolling in his grave to find out was not available to me in a reasonably timely fashion, the manager's excuse (by the time I finally got up to the pick-up window since I was trapped in between cars and could not move for ANOTHER 10 minutes) was that "yeah, we just got a big order." So, I will make it a pout to find everyone I know in Lincoln, California and tell them NEVER to support this franchise. Customer service is obviously not part of the everyday business and managing basic food orders is also beyond their capabilities. If I could give a -10 stars, I would. I got to come home after a long day's work with no dinner that anyone in their right mind could have have readily available at a "fast food" restaurant. The owner better get his management in order or this franchise will shut down just like the Wendy's that used to be next door.
