Chicken Express: Comfort Food Done Right…read more Chicken Express is one of those places that always hits the spot. The chicken is consistently hot, crispy, and seasoned just right--exactly what you want when you're craving real comfort food. Their tenders are tender (yes, actually tender), and the catfish is surprisingly great if you're in the mood for something different. The sides deserve their own shout‑out: the rolls are soft and addictive, the mashed potatoes are smooth and flavorful, and the sweet tea is basically legendary. Everything comes out fast, fresh, and generously portioned. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or picking up dinner for the family, Chicken Express delivers reliable, satisfying food every time. A solid go‑to when you want something delicious without any fuss.

We order chicken express through DoorDash pretty often. Every single time we order from them, we…read moreare missing SOMETHING from our order. And the bag arrives sealed. Typically we are missing a side or something extra we paid for. This time we are missing the extra rolls we paid for and the side of corn nuggets. We live about 20 minutes from the closest chicken express so when I called to ask if we could come pick up the missing items and have the rest of our order remade (since it would be cold by the time we got there and back home) I was told no. It was the carelessness of the employees working at the time that didn't include our items we paid for so if we have to come to the store to pick them up then our whole order should've been remade. Awful customer service!

We've been many times. The chicken is outstanding - it's only offered in fried versions though!…read more Be aware of that! But if you liked grind chicken strips - it's really good and the fresh squeezed lemonade is also awesome! We enjoy their fried and Cole slaw too - as well as the Texas Toast. The last time I was there - a young man was working the cash register and taking orders. He was polite and friendly and did an excellent job. A teenage student and his friend entered the line and snickered and laughed and poked fun at the cashier - seemingly acting as if they were better than the cashier and as if the "working class" guy at the register was deserving of being made fun of. I was offended at the actions of the customer in front of me - but I was extremely impressed by the cashier who kept his composure and was polite in the face of the sarcastic customer who was inappropriate. I admired both the professionalism and the obvious management training and preparation that had been done to help teach the cashier how to respond and move on without allowing himself to be tripped up by such poor customer behaviors. Way to go to the excellent customer service and great food!

Once cooled off they were still so crispy and crunchy and the least bit greasy. They gave us plenty of sauce and ketchup too. Without saying, everything was a hit! All in all, it all came out to be about $60 - IMO a person gets way more bang for their buck buying in bulk vs buying individual combo meals.

The first chicken wings we got were a respectable size, the sauces were good, the ribs were better. The chicken strips were good, big and meaty. But, as time has gone by, the prices have increased, and the food has deteriorated. The last time I got wings, they were smaller than any I have ever seen. The mackluck was disappointing for my wife. We went by last Saturday, the wings portion of the menu was missing, and the place appeared closed.

I don't wanna post this review but the third unsatisfactory visit in a row is just enough…read more Corporate needs to go in and fix this restaurant. I eat Bojangles in San Antonio and love it! Different locations all have great customer service and quality hot food! This location has given me a half filled large rice that's slightly warm the first two visits. The second time I ordered it they put an enormous amount of seasoning on the rice making it inedible. This last visit was really oily on bottom, again the last few bites were gross and went to the trash. Also this time the chicken was barely warm. Normally the chicken is burning hot, but the cooler chicken at least made the rice seem warm. I always order extra pickles on my sandwich...guess what, nope not on there. The worst part of the experience was the lack of customer service. The employee took the order of the gentleman in front of me and then went to the area where the other employee was bagging the food up. She then took the food and gave it to that customer. At this point I thought I was going to order, but no, I stood there waiting again. This happened 4 times with her staring at this screen while the other employee bags the food. During all of this no employee even acknowledged i was in the building. I'm not sure why I couldn't have been able to order instead of 2 employee's staring at a screen with only 1 of them working. I wont be back for a month or so hoping y'all get this fixed.

Vegas is about to get a serious upgrade…read more With Bojangles opening soon, I have to talk about the chicken biscuit... because nothing compares that perfectly crispy, seasoned chicken tucked inside a warm, buttery, flaky biscuit?? it's soft, crunchy, savory, and comforting all at the same time. One bite and you get why people are obsessed. And don't even get me started on the Bo-Berry biscuit sweet, warm, packed with berries, and topped with that icing that melts into every bite... it's the kind of dessert you think about long after you've had it. Vegas is seriously not ready for this combo already counting down until I can have both again
