Fast service at drive up. Food (chicken sandwich and fries) hot and fresh. Wish they could teach all drive ups how to operate.

I run through this drive through at least once a week, am always met with friendly faces, efficient service, clean food. All of the food is accurately ordered, hot, fresh and delicious. My only compliant is I hate when they walk off with your food in the driveway and then hand it to you at the end. What the heck? that seems so dumb and a waste of time, plus you are cooling off my hot fresh nuggets. Please stop that one stupid policy, you are not saving anyone any time. read more

Here's why I'm upset: this place is probably one of the most expensive drive-throughs tonight. We spent $40 on takeout and got home to find that my chicken sandwich had everything but the chicken. I tried to call to report their mistake, but no one ever returned my call or answered. Ordered a 30 piece grilled nugget,and a Coke Zero. It is dinner time,and I am on a very limited carb diet. To my unpleasant surprise,I got home and realized they gave me the regular nuggets,which I can not have. For reference,to all you bodybuilding guys and gals,30 grilled nuggets is 510 calories,90 grams of protein,fast food wise you can't beat it. I understand this would normally not be a valid reason to leave a one star review,HOWEVER,when you are on a diet,fast food is something you are already extremely limited to. I was so excited to treat myself and got slapped in the face having to look at 30 regular nuggets and not being able to eat them. read more

They're fast , but the customer service was not nice. I asked the young gentleman for a drink carrier, the man who appears to be the manager told him he couldn't give me one unless it's 4 drinks with the nastiest look on his face. Unprofessional to say that in front of guests but also rude of him to say it in such a tone to that young gentleman. do better! read more

I love this place but it's ridiculous that the lines are so long. I went through the drive through and talked with a girl who was very polite and helpful but they use to have a really good Caesar Chicken salad but now they have some weird kale, lemon something chicken salad. I asked if I could just get lettuce and a chicken breast and they couldn't even pull that together THEN I finally made it to the window and I have always eaten BBQ sauce with my nuggets AND dip my fries in the BBQ instead of ketchup and I asked for 3 BBQ and was told they are having a SAUCE SHORTAGE....BUT...I can drive to Sam's where they sell it if I wanted extra. HINT: why don't you drive your butt down there or why haven't you driven down there and bought the BBQ sauce to take care of that sauce shortage!!! PLUS...it was almost closing time and Sam's had been closed hours ago. After not having the salad I wanted, waiting in line forever, and been denied that one extra sauce I requested I will go to Zaxby's because their SAUCE & CHICKEN is BETTER anyway. Plus they are still smart enough to sell a Cesar Chicken Salad. This company needs an attitude adjustment. They can flop just as quickly as they got hot...trust and believe!!! The food and the service are still good, but this is by far the SLOWEST chick-fila I've ever been to. The new building and drive through design were supposed to fix the traffic issues, but nothing changed...16 minutes for a 12 ct nugget and fries is ridiculous. I am a diabetic. I ordered a DIET Dr Pepper and I got a Dr Pepper. If I would've drank all of this drink my blood sugar would've skyrocketed. They also messed up another one of the drinks, although not as important still messy. It was like they poured the wrong drink and swapped mid-way. And forgot my ranch. Disrespectful. read more

Double lanes for drive-thru, with those taking the orders very friendly and efficient, moving the cars right along even with lines that stretched into the road sometimes. . This location is about 5 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Park. The service was very fast early in the morning.

Been to this location a few times, it's ok, just ok. Personally I think people like this place more for the good feeling religious aspect of the place than the so so food experience. I give them 3 stars based on the food quality and cleanliness. Other than that I give Zaxbys a 4 for food quality but counter and table service need improvement. This was by far the absolute WORST location I've ever visited. I love Chik Fil a but this one was a disappointment. I went for breakfast and ordered a chicken biscuit. This is by far the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I have been absolutely impressed by the service here--the kindness of the cashiers know no bounds. The food is correct all the time and very hot. Inside is very clean everytime we visit. Workers walk around constantly cleaning tables and picking up trash cheerfully, and that is something that means a lot to germaphobes like me. Keep up the good work yall! read more

Chick-fil-a is delicious no matter where you go. I've gotta say, though. There's no place in town with better service or nicer employees. I don't know what perks they give their employees but they never act annoyed or inconvenienced like so many teenage employees tend to be. This is a wonderful store to visit. I had only been to chick-fil-a one other time in my life and I didn't like what I got. That was in another city a long time ago. I ended up going to this location a few weeks ago and was impressed by the quality of service and the taste of the food. After my experience at this location I have gone to two other chick-fil-a's and have enjoyed my food and the service. I highly recommend this location. read more

Very slow mornings!! I have stopped at least three times in the last month not because I want to but my step son likes the food once we finally get it from the drive through. Without exaggeration I safety estimate the wait to be 15 mins from the time u pull up to actually getting food. Almost every time someone in line leaves out of frustration.
