That's what I usually do, though there is space for casual dine-in as well. There is a separate counter for picking up carry-out orders next to where you place an order, which reduces congestion. The food itself is consistently high quality, generously portioned, and reasonably priced. Expect leftovers (though I do think the dine-in portions are slightly larger than carry-out). I rarely branch out because the sesame chicken is just too good, but I've also enjoyed the chicken fried rice, chicken and broccoli, and chicken lo mein. Carry-out always manages to stay fresh and warm. They have an impressive selection, so there's something for everyone. Wok Express is always on my list when I'm back in town! I definitely miss it when I'm gone.

First let's start off with saying that this is a food truck in a food truck yard and there's outdoor seating ONLY. We came and order some dinners with some friends and we noticed that the line wasn't very long so we didn't anticipate a very long wait. But it was also 20 degrees at night so we decided to wait in the car. He told us he will call us when the food is ready or text us. So..... One hour and 30 minutes goes by... and NO FOOD. We kept checking in and he kept giving us the runaround and he won't give us a refund so we kept waiting... but we were very frustrated and "hangry" at this point. When we finally got the food we found out that he gave our food to someone else. We figured it out. Because he messed up our phone number. There is only ONE person working. But to focus back on the food. I really don't know what the hype is because the food tasted super salty and it wasn't delicious at all. It wasn't really hibachi it was more like fried rice cooked with some vegetables in teriyaki seasoning with meat. I was so sad and hungry. Please don't waste your money if you're expecting a authentic hibachi experience or taste. Or even just delicious food.
