First time here for us. We came in and was not greeted, "customer service" by Airyanna was tragically flawed. Order was simple, yet she kept ringing it up wrong. Wasnt advised of upcharge on cookie for kids meal either. She and a red head are working the counter. Red head came from back area after obviously eating, failed to wash her hands and clearly arm wipes her mouth (3-3:30pm hour). Potato soup tasted tart from a can; could only eat a few spoonfulls before giving up. Redhead sees still full cup but doesn't question like ability. Best part was probably the pickle spear for Natl Pickle Day. If you don't like your job, move on and don't make others suffer. First time ever at this chain and location, have to be a 3rd degree fire before coming back. read more

Today was my first time ever going to Firehouse Subs. I know.. crazy, right? I got a medium Italian sub, chips, and a drink. It came to $12.48. I think this is comparable to every other sub shop. The employees were very friendly and worked quickly! We had our food within 5 minutes of sitting down. My sandwich was delicious! It made me regret not coming sooner! I loved the bread - it was so soft. The sauces that come on the sandwich were a great combination, too. I had no clue how big it was inside of there until today. I will definitely be back! read more

First time in this chain and enjoyed it. Subs were fresh, with a special shout-out for the bread. A bit crusty, airy and fresh. You can order a sandwich off the menu and then customize it with various toppings. There is also a large selection of condiments aka hot sauces that are rated by heat level. Normally, the sandwiches are good here. But tonight we wanted to order the $16 special on the app. I added it to my order and when I went to pay, it said that the restaurant's POS was down. So, I called the restaurant to ask about it. Maybe they need to reboot it? But they said even though they hadn't been getting any online orders all afternoon, that the system was on. Nothing they could do. I asked about just coming to the store to order it in person. But they said I couldn't get it because it was an online only special. Then she stated that she knew that the system goes in and out. And maybe I should try again later. Update: It's the next day and their system is still down. I'm wondering if this is their way of not honoring their "special". Like a bait and switch situation. I think that if I was the manager, I would honor the special for people that walk in asking about it since my app and website are not working. read more

Today I tried a Italian sub on wheat with no mayo, it was wonderful. They have a sandwich maker at this location that makes exquisite sandwiches his last name is Lambert (could be related ). This was my second visit in two days to this location the first day I had my usual club on the sub on wheat no mayo. I like to eat at Firehouse regularly. The food is always good and the employees are always friendly, but tonight I experienced something, not for the first time, that I just feel is not okay. I'm having dinner with my family when the owner storms in and rallies his employees to the back and just starts yelling at them. I find this HIGHLY unprofessional. Not only can everyone in the lobby hear him losing his mind, but other customers are patiently waiting to be helped. He leaves and other customers are apologizing to the employees for the owners twisted behavior. Something needs to change. read more

They now have 2 high chairs for kids, and staff seems to have high turn over so they are always learning. Know what your options are and you'll be fine. Kids meals comes with fire hat, my boys favorite. A rice crispyy treat comes with kids meals but ask to substitute for chips, brownie, cookie.. the options are nice. For my kids and most kids they love a pickle but it doesn't come with their sandwich just ask for one, I've never been charged. It's a chain so selection is the same. Always love the food and their brand of Hot sauce...datil pepper sauce more tomato then hot but I love that sauce on most of the sandwiches. I can't comment on the food as I wasn't able to complete my order. My wife and I had placed our order and everything was fine until I went to pay. I normally use a debit card , but as we were traveling and I wanted to use cash and needed to break. $100 . I know this isn't routine, but you would have thought I had really offended the cashier, as she told me she wouldn't take it. She said she had just broke one and wouldn't do it again. She asked if I had a card to use , and I said yes , but that's not what I want to do. Normally I would have just did this , but her smart remarks were completely unnecessary. She asked what did I expect that they were just a sandwich shop. $26 dollars for 2 sandwich combos , just a sandwich shop...so her manager said the other cashier could take my order, but I said that was okay. This place was alright. About comparable to Subway. If you're a hot sauce fan -- they have tons!!! So spice up whatever you order. Wouldn't go out of my way to get to this place... but would certainly eat here again -- if I were down there and hungry. We ordered two hook and Ladders, only got one but received two chips and two drinks. They forgot to put the second one on the ticket! So just be sure they understand what you want! read more
