First time here for us. We came in and was not greeted, "customer service" by Airyanna was tragically flawed. Order was simple, yet she kept ringing it up wrong. Wasnt advised of upcharge on cookie for kids meal either. She and a red head are working the counter. Red head came from back area after obviously eating, failed to wash her hands and clearly arm wipes her mouth (3-3:30pm hour). Potato soup tasted tart from a can; could only eat a few spoonfulls before giving up. Redhead sees still full cup but doesn't question like ability. Best part was probably the pickle spear for Natl Pickle Day. If you don't like your job, move on and don't make others suffer. First time ever at this chain and location, have to be a 3rd degree fire before coming back.

Today was my first time ever going to Firehouse Subs. I know.. crazy, right? I got a medium Italian sub, chips, and a drink. It came to $12.48. I think this is comparable to every other sub shop. The employees were very friendly and worked quickly! We had our food within 5 minutes of sitting down. My sandwich was delicious! It made me regret not coming sooner! I loved the bread - it was so soft. The sauces that come on the sandwich were a great combination, too. I had no clue how big it was inside of there until today. I will definitely be back!

First time in this chain and enjoyed it. Subs were fresh, with a special shout-out for the bread. A bit crusty, airy and fresh. You can order a sandwich off the menu and then customize it with various toppings. There is also a large selection of condiments aka hot sauces that are rated by heat level. The restaurant is well-maintained and clean. Now I need to try one in my hometown!

Normally, the sandwiches are good here. But tonight we wanted to order the $16 special on the app. I added it to my order and when I went to pay, it said that the restaurant's POS was down. So, I called the restaurant to ask about it. Maybe they need to reboot it? But they said even though they hadn't been getting any online orders all afternoon, that the system was on. Nothing they could do. I asked about just coming to the store to order it in person. But they said I couldn't get it because it was an online only special. Then she stated that she knew that the system goes in and out. And maybe I should try again later. Update: It's the next day and their system is still down. I'm wondering if this is their way of not honoring their "special". Like a bait and switch situation. I think that if I was the manager, I would honor the special for people that walk in asking about it since my app and website are not working.

Today I tried a Italian sub on wheat with no mayo, it was wonderful. They have a sandwich maker at this location that makes exquisite sandwiches his last name is Lambert (could be related ). This was my second visit in two days to this location the first day I had my usual club on the sub on wheat no mayo. It was also, wonderful which is the reason I came back the very next day to try a different sub. Very good atmosphere, Very friendly staff, Exquisite sandwiches .

Stopped in for lunch. 2 medium sandwich's, 2 bags of chips and 2 sodas cost 35.00, for lunch. Extremely over priced will not revisit.

Just had the Thanksgiving turkey sub. My only gripe was that there was no pumpkin pie to go with it. The sandwich was great.

Delicious, yes... but the body eventually starts asking for a vegetable and a reset. The space itself matches that feeling. Simply decorated, with bright murals, clean lines, and a cheerful, easygoing vibe that feels light the moment you walk in. My husband gave me full ordering authority, which is always a bold move. I went straight into tapas mode because everything on the menu looked too good to choose just one. We ended up with a spread: chicken pot pie (which quickly abandoned any "small plate" intentions), field greens and baby spinach, a shrimp and crawfish cake, and one of each of Rosy's authentic hand-rolled tamales. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying without that heavy, road-trip food fatigue. The mint lemonade was refreshing and delicious, a little on the sweet side, but it worked. Service, while perfectly fine, could benefit from a warmer welcome and a bit more guidance, especially for first-timers trying to navigate such an inviting menu. A little extra friendliness up front would go a long way here. Our only real regret? Not saving room for dessert. They looked very tempting, and we'll be thinking about that missed opportunity. If you're on the road and craving something lighter without sacrificing flavor, this spot is a welcome pause.

Honestly, that smell alone had us excited to eat. The setup here is casual and easy. You order at the counter, grab a table, and they give you a number, though a lot of the food was ready so quickly that several items were handed to us almost immediately after ordering. Our group shared all kinds of things so we got to try a little bit of everything. My daughter and I split a loaded baked potato topped with pulled pork and added several sides to the table because honestly...we wanted to try it all. The fried okra was especially delicious, but truly everything we had was good. Around the table: * My dad ordered the nachos * My mom got a sweet potato along with brisket-stuffed jalapeños wrapped in bacon (which she absolutely loved) * We sampled sides galore and nobody left hungry The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and service was FAST without making the experience feel rushed. This felt like exactly what good Southern BBQ should be -- flavorful, generous portions, no unnecessary fuss, and the kind of meal that makes everyone at the table happy after a long day out exploring.

The smoke aroma hits you before you open the door which is nearly always a good sign. Both of us decided on their Special Op's sandwich, which comes with a Brisket, Pulled Pork, a choice of sausage (jalapeño pineapple or four cheese), a rib and a side of beans. We each ordered a side of potato salad and we split an order of Brisket Twisters which are jalapeños stuffed with brisket and cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. Neither of us finished and both of us had to get a to-go box. Overall everything was really good. Everything was fresh, the hot foods were hot, not warm or dried out, from sitting around in a warming cabinet, for hours, and the potato salad was well chilled, not room temperature. It is things like this that I notice, and make a difference. The only thing I was not keen on was the rib. It was extremely soft almost mushy and literally falling of the bone. I know thats how many people like their ribs. I just prefer my ribs to be a little less well done and have a bit of a pull to the meat to get it off the bone, so I am not going to ding them for that. The counter where you order and get your meal is clean, bright and cheerful, the staff are all really pleasant, friendly and helpful. The dining room is fairly large and roomy, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy your food. Overall, a really good dining experience and we both agreed we would dine there again.

The restaurant itself is located in a historic brewhouse. With all of that being said... you can certainly expect a wait, especially during peak hours. For our party of three at about 11 on a weekday during the middle of spring break, it was about an hour wait. Thankfully, it wasn't too big of a problem. We still had some parts of Bathhouse Row that we had to explore. When there was a spot available, we got the notification through text. We headed on over. We were seated at a table right behind the host. It was shared with another pair but there was enough room so it wasn't too much of a problem. Usually, we don't drink. However, because of the uniqueness of this place, we just had to try. We aren't built for the Beer Bath that allows you to sample all 18 beers on tap. Instead, we opted for the flight which was more than enough for us. I'll be honest... I can't tell the difference at all between the different beers. Nevertheless, that speaks more to my inexperienced beer palate. The four taps that we got were all tasty and lasted us through the meal. For starter, we got the fried cauliflower. Crispy exterior that made our daily veggie intake that much more delicious. Paired very well with ranch. For main, I got Rose's Burger. The bacon jam provided a good amount of sweetness that was balanced by some of the spice from the pepperjack cheese and the savoriness of the burger itself. My mom got the reuben sandwhich. It was standard. My dad got the steak sandwich - it's basically a philly cheese. I thought it was particularly good especially since they use beer cheese made in-house. In terms of serivce, I will say that it was slow at times. However, as mentioned, this place is incredibly busy so definitely gotta give them some grace. In the future, I'd definitely come back again given the quality and uniqueness of Superior Bathhouse

We ordered hamburgers, fries and beer. Food was meh. Fries were cold and burger was mediocre at best. We still left a significant tip bc we truly talking w/our server, a Hot Springs local, who ultimately made our experience pleasant. It's nice to sit outside on the patio if the weather is nice.
