It was delicious, the most moist and meaty roast I've ever had, a perfect seared crust on the outside, which just forks apart. The carrots and potatoes perfectly bite size and roasted with just enough crunch in every bite. Picked up in a covered foil pan/boxed which made easy it to travel with. Ordered to feed 4, it was $37., And the guys at the counter are all so sweet and always helpful! This is a definite stop when in the Spa City:)

They live a couple hours away but stated if they were in the area they would definitely be back. I made a homemade marinade and let it sit for several hours. I slapped it on the grill, 450 degrees for 3 minutes a side and 3 min on the top rack with reduced heat and it was perfect.
