This is fast food, fried, and KFC. Not sure what someone would expect but the customer service in the drive thru was really good!

Out of dark meat, so half of the menu was obsolete. No original recipe chicken available. Big cardboard box on the counter. No lids or straws in dining room. Wondered if they were going out of business. read more

This is my second time to eat at this KFC location in about 10 days. On our first visit, they were out of coleslaw and butter, and the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. However, everyone has a bad day, so we thought we would try them again. That was a mistake. Today they were out of honey and the drive-through was not accepting debit cards. Just stopped by KFC to pick up fried chicken for dinner. It is now 5:30 PM. They said they were completely out of chicken and I'd have to get chicken tenders instead .You're kidding me!! This is the chicken they gave me from KFC in Hernando, MS! As soon as I lifted the lid and saw this chicken, I was in disbelief that they would actually give this to anybody! I will say they didn't give me any problem refunding me my money, but why would you serve this to anybody?!?! When I usually get KFC at this location it's pretty underwhelming. But the two workers (gentlemen and lady) on Friday May 24th around 5pm were godsend. Food? 11/10. Hot and the biscuit was the best biscuit I've ever had from ANY KFC. Idk how they did it. Buttery but crispy and soft. They deserve a big raise and Lamborghinis... Probably the worst fast food restaurant experience for me yet. One person in front of us at the drive thru. We ordered 5 piece extra crispy meal, spicy sandwich, side of slaw and side of mashed potatoes. We were told to pull around the front door right after we ordered. After waiting 15 minutes in the parking lot, I decided to go inside to see how busy the inside was since there was only one person in front of us in the drive thru. I wish I had my phone in me. Not a single customer inside and it was filthy. No kidding disgusting in the lobby area. There was trash on the floors. So I decided to wait inside for my order and watch them because after that I didn't trust them. We did get our rootbeer. Which was basically carbon water. I dumped it out. Finally someone asked me what I needed. I said I was picking up drive thru order. They said they were still waiting on the tenders. There were four employees that I saw. Three African American females and one African American male. I waited. At 25 minutes I told one that they could JJ ust refund my money. She was about 5 feet away. She completely ignored me on purpose and snubbed her face up. I waited quietly and reciewed my receipt. They asked if I got the 4 piece. I said no, I ordered 5 piece for $7.99. I looked at my receipt and realized they did ring me up for the $6.99 4 piece and charged me an additional $1.99 for an extra tender making it a total of 8.98! I was not happy especially after having to toss my drink. So I asked then for an extra chicken tender to call it even instead of them fixing my receipt. Not a word was said, just a nasty look as she went to get the tender. Chicken tenders, chicken sandwich, and mashed potatoes were good. No issues. Coleslaw was warm and made me feel too uncomfortable to eat it because of the ingredients. I normally give places a second chance visit when there are issues. But the service here was so bad I do not ever want to go back. read more

Just need to close this location..or replace entire staff..food order was wrong and cold and soggy. front counter register down took order by memory hence the wrong order..A child , apparently the child of one of the workers was running all over restaurant..her "parent" was yelling at her from behind the counter to sit down. Child was also taking food to customers car !! So sad we need other choices in Hernando. Would not recomend this location !! No napkins!!! All three napkin dispensers in the restaurant are empty. Ask a employee for some napkins and she said they don't have napkins anymore, they have those little moist towelettes. So we had to eat Fried Chicken which is greasy of course with no napkins. Moist towelettes are not good for fried chicken, we tried using them and you really need paper napkins when you're eating fried chicken. So I was thinking if we ever come here again we will have to bring our own napkins. So when we were leaving I asked who I think was the manager cause her shirt looked different than the other employees, I asked her is it true that KFC doesn't have napkins anymore? She said "that was correct, we have moist towelettes". I asked her one more time, so KFC doesn't have napkins anymore? This time she replied they were out of napkins. I said you should tell people your out instead of saying you don't have napkins anymore. What kind of management runs out of napkins at a KFC? And the place seemed like cleaning the dining room was not a priority there, the walls beside the tables looked nasty like they are never cleaned, and the windows beside the tables were nasty with greasy hand prints all over them. And the booth we were sitting in moved 2 feet every time I stood up, maybe the floor is so greasy it moves everytime. They should fix that before someone gets hurt. read more

This is the worst KFC I have every been to. Half of our food was either over cooked or under cooked. We had to have two orders remade. And the staff here acts as if we should just accept whatever they give us. I would NOT recommend eating here. read more

What a scam! After seeing a commercial on TV, my husband asked for a chicken pot pie. We went to KFC at 4:50 PM (dinner time) and we were told in a rude, non-caring manner than we would have a 16...yes sixteen minute wait! I could eat at a fancy sit down restaurant and be served sooner than 16 minutes. There was NO ONE in the drive up lane and only 4 cars in the parking lot! Why was KFC not ready for the dinner hour? This has happened before at this KFC when we ordered one bucket of fried chicken at dinner time...We were told then it would be a 20 minute wait. I want to know when do they have food items for sale? I thought a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT meant you could get your food quickly to eat! Silly me....stay away from here if you want any chicken item ready to buy and eat under 16 to 20 minutes. First, I placed my order with a cashier who did not seem to want to be there working. Then, afterwards, I was informed that their soda machine was out of order and they would have to fill up my drink for me from behind the counter. That's not too big of a deal, but it got worse from there. I went to find a seat and noticed multiple booths with tape on them due to tears in the fabric. I also noticed that the booth I chose to sit at didn't appear to have been cleaned (it had grease smears on it and the seat had crumbs all over it). The more I looked, the dirtier the establishment seemed. There was a table full of trash (used napkins, plates, trays, partially eaten food) that was just sitting there and none of the employees made an attempt to clean it during my entire stay of at least AN HOUR. The wall next to an entrance had caked on dirt on it from not being cleaned in forever, the floor seemed dirty in places, and their trash cans had food scattered all over them. An employee brought my food out to me and I thanked them, but then I noticed that they hadn't given me a fork for my macaroni and cheese. They also forgot to give me a cookie that was supposed to come with the meal as well. Finally, the Zinger sandwich I ordered appeared to have been sitting under a lamp for awhile because the bottom of the bun was hard and the chicken looked dark.
