This place is a complete joke. You would figure, a place in Hernando could find some respectable people to work the the food industry here. Our society is in dire straits if we have to rely on the likes of these employees here. No one in line, no one waiting, no one in the dining room, a dozen people working. First, couldn't understand WTH he said through the speaker, and when asked to repeat....silence. Drove to window and girls looked surprised and a little confused that a truck would drive up to a drive up window. Girl in the background stated "He told you to wait." Confusion set in quickly. Lost girl at the window asked if we could just drive around...again. What? Really? Can't take an order? I was the ONLY one there. First time here where from Texas came here thinking it was like brewings its not more fast food then sit down restaurant.Anyways food was ok taters and buffalo dip is good .they had no lids for our drinks we had to ask for napkins only to find out they ran out . Service is HORRIBLE. The people who work here clearly are children. They play around on the speaker, barely pay attention to the orders, & obviously don't care a person is waiting. These kids got my order wrong three times even after I spoke clear and slow. They were too busy speaking fast rushing me and laughing in the background to pay attention. They are not doing curbside pickup. Only drive through which is making everything worse. It's causing the line to be backed up and the parking lot full cause people have to wait for food. Had lunch here today...only word for it ..lousy! Had chicken fingers...4 for $8 including fries, slice of bread, slaw and drink. Forgot the slaw and also the fork. Chicken had too much breading. All in all...will never try Zaxby's again. read more

There were a few small things: The cashier forgot to give us our kids' meal milks, one bite of my house salad included a mouthful of unexpected blue cheese crumbles, the staff seemed more interested in talking with each other than talking to me, and I had to close the kitchen door just to get to the bathroom when there was no reason to have it left open... But my biggest problem with this experience was the lack of soap in the ladies bathroom and the response I received when I told who I expect was the manager, since she was giving instructions to an employee and had keys and wasn't in the same logo polo as the others. She said "We don't have any control over that; an outside company comes in and handles the soap." The soap dispenser was broken. Another dispenser on the other side of the room said "hand sanitizer" and since there was dried soap dripping down the wall from it I tried it too, but it was empty. So, overall mediocre. But I'd probably avoid until someone decides to go to the store for a $2 bottle of soap until the famous "soap people" can come replenish the shortage. Hopefully female employees were still able to wash their hands, because otherwise...ewww. read more

Definitely a fan of this Zaxby's. It's a nice location and the food has always been up to par. I love that they drench their kickin' chicken sandwiches, which makes it even that much better. The only negative thing I can say about this location is the inappropriate talk among the workers, specifically ones that are off the clock talking with ones that are on the clock. It's unprofessional and slows down the productivity. read more
