If I could give this place a zero, I would. Wrong orders, no drinks available, no menu, won't take cash at the counter. No condiments for customers, "B" health grade. This place is a joke. Why keep one door locked? That's dumb. Why not have the screens operating so I can see wha is available to order? Hospitality Memphis is asleep at the wheel. Responsive to complaints on a public forum, yes. Solving the health and service concerns, NO. I LEFT. WILL NOT BE BACK. At least at Whataburger I can order and they are friendly and helpful. Covid is long gone. No more excuses. Fire the lazy people and get some quality help. You are in Hernando. Go to Bon Cibo. They know how to hire. Or visit AC's, great service. Taco Bell Hernando, MS - Attention Needed from Corporate or Regional Management I'm writing this review in hopes that Taco Bell corporate or regional management sees it, because the experience I had at the 2650 McIngvale Rd, Hernando, MS location on around 11:15 P.M. was completely unacceptable. I placed a mobile order and arrived expecting a quick pickup. Instead, I received missing food, poor service, and a rude attitude from the staff. When I politely mentioned the issue, the employees seemed dismissive rather than helpful, offering no apology or effort to correct the mistake. It's understandable that this was close to closing time, but paying customers should still receive complete orders and basic respect. This experience fell far below the standards that Taco Bell claims to uphold. I rarely post reviews, but this location needs immediate attention from corporate or regional management to address staffing, training, and accountability. I only come here to ease my wife's cravings. That said, of the multitude of times I come here, I have learned to ALWAYS, check the back before leaving. Today was different. I was distracted with a myriad of other issues and distracted, I did not check. Once again as I did in the past, I got all the way home to find that I did not receive any of the three Doritos Locos Tacos. Unfortunately, this is not the only one like this. The next closest is in South Haven. It's worse. This is the worst taco bell i've ever been to. The mens bathroom stall does not even have a doorknob on it, in its place is a makeshift hinge. They messed my order up. We sat in the drive thru (Taco Bell- Hernando, Ms) for 75 minutes from 830p-945p. The two employees would not take any orders. They were hiding inside. A few of us customers went to the window and doors to check, and one female inside shrugged her shoulders and walked to the back of the store. They would not answer any phone calls. Many people in the line had placed mobile orders. We could not find any information posted on who owns the store so we did not know who to contact. I have to say that I have only been to this particular location only once and I did not stay. Upon entering the place it was sooo nasty that me and my group did an about face and got the heck out of dodge. There was food and trash all over the floor and the doors of entry were filthy! i have only eaten from this place 2 times the second time it was just a day ago. the first time the burrito supreme was awful. the second time the power bowl had little rice and no beans. i then went to the one in westmemphis ark where i work and they have the best food. everytime i go to the west memphis ar.the food was great. i will never eat at the hernado location again and that is sad cause i live a block away. read more
